Is klarstein.nl Legit?

I bought a freezer that arrived with the glass completed broken. I was in touch with costumer service immediately, I message them, they took long to answer me, I needed to be very insistent, call a lot (very unrespectful with our time) but finally they answered and sent me the instructions to send the freezer back, I MADE all the steps requested and the DHL never showed up. I complaint again with Klarstein which said that I would complaint with DHL, I complaint with DHL and they say me that Klarstein would solve my problem and not them. With this broken freezer at my place a piece of glass went inside my finger. I needed to go to the physician to take it out and paid 200 euros more to have this medical procedure. The freezer still remains at my place without solution.

I bought a wall heater off this 'company' . It no longer works. The display comes on . I wrote to their "customer service ".. I was told that it's outside the 2 year warranty . So if an item stops working after 2 years you have a pile of rubbish that is fit only for the trash. I won't buy a thing from this company again, dreadful . It's products are Chinese made with no guarantees of lasting very long . The EU and our British TS need to investigate such shady companies

Communication was excellent from the moment I placed my order. I had up date emails that kept me up to date with where my order was. Today, I received the new addition to my kitchen, I absolutely love it.

Their customer service is nonfunctional. Nobody is answering. Also, their AI chatbot is useless, claiming my order number does not exist.What is wrong with you guys? Also… did I mention that there is no update and my order is not even handed over to the delivery company for two days even though they claimed via e-mail that it was shipped. I should have known better and I’ll never order again for sure.I’ll wait for a few more days and if there are no updates, I’ll ask for a refund and buy from a more reliable company.So sad, your products look great, but unfortunately, it is not enough.Update: I verified my account for you and you still haven't reached out. Two unanswered e-mails for 4 days. :)

Very bad experience with this company. I have bought a refrigerateur and it was delivered defectous with one lateral external damage, most likely sent like this as as the box was ok. I have asked for a replacement and the company is asking me to send the product back by going to the post office.I have tried and tried to explain that firstly, it is not my fault the product is defectous, it was sent like this to me. Secondly, I have no way to transport a 25kg refrigerator on my own to the post office, as I have no car nor other way to do so.Inspite my attempts to find a way to return the product in the same conditions it was delivered to me, I always got the same answer for a week. I need to go to the post office. A lost of time, patience and moneyVery poor customer service, extremely disapointing. Avoid buying their products if you can.

I had a better price for my ice cream maker by buying direct from the supplier Klarstein. Ordering was easy I was kept updated on delivery and the item arrived very quickly. The product was extremely well packed. The ice cream maker is even better than the pictures and works really well. Would definitely buy again from this company

Terrible experience with klartstein.roI've placed one ordered and it was cancelled, because they didn't actually have the product that I ordered. I've placed another order and that one was also cancelled, due to an error of the system. I wrote an email to complain about this and nobody answers.Plus, if you use one of their discount codes, but the page gets refreshed (or something similar), it consideres the code already used and you don't receive the discount anymore (even if you haven't actually used the code).

I ordered an air cooler from Klarstein on July 2nd, and today, July 21st, I am still without it. They have not responded to any of my emails, and the tracking system on their website is completely broken. This entire experience has been a nightmare. We needed the air cooler for our child and it was promised to arrive in 8 days. Moreover, we paid the full price upfront and now we can't even find out how to get our money back because they are not responding. This level of service is unacceptable and highly disappointing. Avoid Klarstein at all costs!

Easy online ordering, with some discount on the goods. Smooth to receiving the package. The customer team is friendly and responsive to our questions re time of delivery etc. The only thing is a couple of accessories were missing from the package/delivery. Hopefully the company will send them over soon. Anyway, not bad experience at all and will check them first when I need appliances. Thanks n

The order number is #1202603383Bought the Klarstein pasta machine. It simply doesn't work. Total waste of £150.

The first delivery , the glass hob unit was damaged. I refused delivery of this item. I retained the second box ( the fan and ventilation system ) and requested klarstien send me the replacement hob.They informed me this was not possible and i should return the whole item. They sent me the return label and I did this on Monday 24 June. I then sent copies of the receipt from DPD.On Monday 1 July a delivery arrived and it contained only one package and not two.In spite of them telling me it was not possible to only send the glass hob, they did so. I rejected the delivery. I sent a letter of complaint which with all subsequent emails was totally ignored. I raised a dispute with PAYPAL and they were fantastic. Got refund. No acknowledgement or apology from Klarstien. Honestly never use this company. The customer service is totally non existent.

Our first item was faulty but customer service was very efficient and helpful and a new item was delivered within a few days. Very pleased with the item and the service.

I haven't opened the package yet (range cooker hood) as it's not scheduled to be fitted until next week and I want to keep it safe, I'm confident it will be perfect though. I can honestly say that this has been a great experience. They kept me fully up to date throughout the entire process and the Evri experience was the icing on the cake.I've already HIGHLY recommended Klarstein to my friends and colleagues. Well Done!!!

Great induction hob and at a great price too, perfect for my needs. My only negative comment would be the time the goods took to arrive, which was 8 days as the goods were shipped directly from Germany. Had it not been for the long delivery time I would have given 5 stars.

I ordered from them a wine fridge that was never delivered to me.The shipment was picked up and then returned to the warehouse, once they noticed something, I believe a wrong address, even though I gave them the correct details.Now their internal system shows like all have been completed successfully. Phone calls and emails have been ignored so far. Customer service is a complete catastrophe.Edit: After communicating through trustpilot, the issue was resolved. hence the increase to 3 stars
