Ordered 2 jumpers 5vweeks ago still no delivery

I made two separate purchases from Kiwi. First time I bought one of the cardigans which I fell in love with, and then bought another colour which seemed to be smaller size. I reached out to customer support and had a great experience - Emily was very helpful, she asked for pictures and offered advice and/or exchange. I decided to keep my cardi as it will definitely loosen up a bit. I’m sure I’ll be coming back to get it in another colour 🫣👀

My third time buying from Kiwi & Co and their service and generosity never fails to amaze me. Managed to bag myself the new cardigan before it sold out today, and I already know the quality will be as good as my others🩷🙈

I ordered my jumper 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived 😬

The best company ever! Clothes are great quality, the girls at kiwi are so lovely and do the best lives. Always amazing deals and giveaways, super easy returns and refunds if needed! If anyone needs an outfit I recommended kiwi to them first! The 12 hour live was so fun for everyone to watch and participate. Thank you so much for all my stuff girls love it all.

I love this brand and their tiktok lives the girls on there are so so lovely always so so helpful. Love their sample sales received my most recent order of some accessories and everything was packaged lovely.

Fantastic experience yet again. Just taken delivery of a mystery summer bag of accessories two lovely clips perfect for putting hair up and a gorgeous silver bag. Lovely girls and an absolute treat getting packages arrive.I’ve got an eye on a few bits for the end of the month to treat myself.

Sent the wrong colour. The wool is bad quality, the stitching is gappy uneven and loose. The cardigan is not at all worth £60, it looks like a child made it. It took forever to arrive. It is obvious that no care has gone into this order at all, please do not buy from this shop. It is knitted so badly and the cardigan looks atrocious. Nothing like the pictures. Very bad quality

Dreadful returns policy. Cannot return for money, only exchange or credit note that lasts for 6 months. Have had my credit note for 6 months in the hope something will come up that I like, as sizing is terrible cannot order any more dresses as based off first order it would be a waste of my time. Cardigans are one size fits all, doubt that will fit either but seeing as they have very little stock and never update it I’ve had no choice but to spend £63 on a cheap cardi or lose it all together. Quality of items is very poor, sizing is off. Wouldn’t bother if you’re a size 12 or upwards. Absolutely do not recommended

These cardigans are way overpriced. They look lovely on the pictures but in real life when it arrived it was horrible and not worth half the price. Quality is rubbish it just looked like a big mass of wool. No style to it and colours were horrid. Also be weary as they charge you £4 to return and it’s really not worth it. I had no issues with their service or refund time that was all good but I hate places that charge to return and this cardigan was just awful.

1st issue: I wasn’t happy with 2 out of 4 items, and asked to return, I was told that they don’t issue refunds, only exchanges. This isn’t acceptable as we’re unable to view items in person until they’re delivered. 2nd issue: one of the cardigans that I ordered is now all shabby/fluffy compared to when it was delivered. It now looks cheap and worn after wearing just a handful of times. It has been washed by hand once as per the care label. I have since had another cardigan shipped out, and I’ve been asked to return the faulty one, no label provided for return, I need to request the refund for shipping.

This company's return policy must be unlawful but they get round it by telling you in advance in very small print. The dresses were awful, really expensive and now stuck with them. Truly awful company. Please don't go anywhere near them until they change their return policy.

I recently discovered this fashion brand, and I'm absolutely thrilled with their collections! The designs are not only trendy but also incredibly comfortable. The quality of their clothing is impressive, and I've received numerous compliments whenever I wear their pieces. Plus, their customer service is top-notch. I can't wait to see what they come up with next!

Could not recommend them enough the sweetest girls who will always make sure to sort you out with whatever it is you need. Such pretty pieces I could just have everything if I could and the hugs and kisses are just beautiful in every colour. Defo worth it!!!!💜💜

We had a Christmas list misunderstanding and the wrong colour jumper was ordered. I emailed to ask could anything be done as I hadn’t actually placed the order. Incredibly helpful and immediate response. I sent the one received back and 2 days later was in receipt of the replacement!! Highly recommend. It’s a lovely surprise in this day and age to experience excellent customer service! Jumper looks lovely too. Xx

This is my second order from kiwi. Girl I dealt with went above and beyond and actually hand delivered my parcel due to an error on my side. They are always so personable when you order, good communication and make you feel like a valued customer. Quality of clothes amazing and service gold star x

These girlies never fail to amaze me ! I had a problem with my order being cancelled through TikTok, and they immediately helped to sort it out ! I needed my parcel for the next day and it was too late for the delivery ! But Hayley and all the kiwi and co team never fail and lovely Mel literally dropped the parcel off to my door !! I always order from these girlies and the products are always amazing quality, for a small brand they are such an amazing brand and majority of my wardrobe is now full of Kiwi&Co items 🫶🏻x
