I cannot rate the staff high enough! It is always a pleasure to shop instore.I am always greeted so warmly and feel completely at ease. The girls are always informative of any new stock I may not have seen & have always been super helpful in putting together an outfit that will make you look & feel amazing without pressure.If you haven’t been to a store do yourself a favour and go ,you won’t be sorry!

I need to write a review because Samantha at the Castle Towers store provided such exceptional customer service and I would absolutely go back to that store again. She went out of her way to look for the jacket I needed and put it aside for me(Pitt Crew Jacket - gorgeous!), she called me back at the exact time promised to confirm that it was available, and when I was heading to the store I called for advice on where to park in the centre, when I arrived she had everything waiting for me. Samantha was absolutely exceptional in her friendliness and professionalism, I would absolutely go back to that store for her service (noting that my closest location is the city store). 10/10 for customer service and exquisite designs.

This retailer has one of the best customer service teams you’ll find anywhere today. The shops are wonderful to visit, the online service is great and the garments are beautiful, unique and well-made. My new coat is a work of art, I bought so I could still wear something glamorous and dressy even when the weather is freezing. As Melbourne is so good at delivering!

Fantastic service great day out

I love the genuine ladies who staff the Pacific Fair Broadbeach store. They are so helpful and none pushy. The clothes are superbly made, always changing with new lines being released, ever so pretty and most of all feminine! I cannot recommend Kitten D'Amour designs and quality enough.

I can't speak highly enough about the quality of the beautiful, classic dresses from this shop, but the customer services is above and beyond. You won't find nicer sales staff anywhere they are just super helpful and the best ever. Just love it. Shopping in store or online has always been a great experience, I have been shopping here for years and will keep doing so. Every item I have bought here is still in rotation.

The staff at the Melbourne kitten d'amour were overly involved and wouldn't let me and my partner browse. They were commentating on the trying-on experience and made me feel self-conscious and anxious the whole time. I would go to a different store if you want to buy from this company. I like the products and initially went to their Brisbane store which was amazing but the judgmental nature of Melbourne staff has made me reconsider buying from this company.

Your store in Melbourne was really beautiful and very feminine. Your staff were all wearing your range and looked exceptional. They were extremely helpful and knew their products. We left with shoes and a handbag and stockings - only entering the store because of its visual appeal. Well done.
