Bought a 2xl and received a medium size... The delivery was also very slow, took around q month to ship.. the sweater also has quality problems with the material used vs the one advertised.. the texture feels like plastic.. I am currently waiting for a solution to this problem and expect a refund or a replacement sent that meets the quality and size that I ordered.

There aren’t many reviews on their clothes and their clothing is pricey but there are many discounts on some clothes. Quaility extremely poor for the flowy dress. It was made from a stiff flat fabric, seams not even and missed stitches with lots of hanging threads. Fitted bodice uneven with one cup pointing forward and the other to the outside? weird, and shoulder straps extremely long not proportionate to dress. I ordered a pair of shoes from this site and was tracking my package. It made it to my city but was never delivered to me and was sent back to the company. It’s now been over 2 months and they won’t send me the shoes because they say they are still waiting for the package to return to them. I finally just asked for a refund and they offered to refund me 65% of what I paid. I don’t understand why I’m paying for 35% of an item I never received. Experience has honestly been awful, 110% do NOT recommend.

Shipping times are true to site, but processing time is a bit longer. Received package and loved everything! Sizes are not US sizes so make sure to double check measurements and order larger. The site doesn't show true images of the clothes there selling, cheaply made, badly sized. Paid for 2 dresses only one arrived and they ignore all emails and forms of communication. They are. False adverts, even the face book page has stolen images from Google showing the Wearhouse etc.

When one of the items I ordered was out of stock, customer service sent me an email to notify me, and when I asked for a refund I got it within 24 hours.
