Is kisscici.com Legit?

Fraud! No way to contact company. Phone number is disconnected and email comes back. No product was delivered, calling CC company to see what can be done. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews on kisscici first..What a SCAM..Products look nothing like the pictures.. please do order from .They need to be caught tarted and feathered.Out 60.00 with something so cheep that I wouldn't even give to the Good Will.

Items weren't identified they came from China, poor quality, no care or fabric content, false advertising about coming from USA. No customer support from Kisscici and phone number was false Had to contact 3 different customer support addresses. Want a refund form but was offered 10 % discount coupon and could keep products. Refunds go to China. Bad business.......

They sent 2 products I did not order inside of plastic bags that read a different product than what was inside them in. I want my refund for the products I didn't order.No emails can be answered for return information. Always come back address not found.Will call better business

In a weak moment I made the mistake of ordering from this unknown Romanshe-Beauty .com. Pictures of pretty soft, thick wool sweaters, etc. When I tried to cancel the order I heard from servicekisscici.com. Emails in a fake, sweet, polite singsong voice that ignored my request completely. When I insisted they cancel and made it known they had pushed too far I was reporting them to Paypal, I got a curt ( for them) email stating the items had been shipped and if I wanted a refund I would have to return the items.

When I went to the website, I loved the leopard cowhide turquoise cozy hooded cardigan. It was absolutely beautiful, so I ordered it. I received my package yesterday, and I was extremely disappointed! It was absolutely nothing I ordered!It was cheap jacket material with crappy printing on it. It honestly looked like it came from wish or 5 and below! I highly recommend not ordering from this company because it's a waste of your money ( PRETTY PRICEY TO BE EXACT) and you will not receive what you actually ordered. It's a total SCAM!!!! PS: I tried to put a side by side pictures of what i ordered verses what i got, but it won't let me.

Made a Order not realizing from Hong Kong made.Right Away Canceled Order ' and Requested Refund of money back into my acct ASAP.No Response to email or Phone No' given False Advertising --Not in Service.You have a 24 -hour window . Absolute rubbish. What i ordered looks nothing like the advertised goods. Could of bought a SCREEN PRINTED top at k mart for half the price. Thought I was getting something with studs tassels etc looking very indian. Absolutely disappointed. Lesson learnt will not purchase anything again. Real RIPOFF.!

Absolutely, positively DO NOT order anything from KISSCICI. Clothing is terrible, sizes are tiny, returns to CHINA must be paid by you. No return address is given. Repeat after me, “This is a scam. This is a scam.” I wish I could leave zero stars.

Purchased a jumper that on the advert said knitted but received one that was sweat shirt material!! I had previously bought one that also said knitted but same thing I hadn't checked the first one!! Offered 10% discount!! They seem to operate like this as the product comes from China and returns are difficult!! Cheep and cheerful!!Doreen Compton.

The company has gladly taken my money. But, as of yet, have received no product. Will my credit card company reimburse me, if I mention, that, this is obviously a scam site. Why is face book, allowing these scammers on line ? So disappointed

I placed an order in February. I still haven't received it, even thought their tracking tells me that it was delivered. I've e mailed the company multiple times to resolve the issue. I've heard nothing from them. I've been scammed. Don't way your money, no matter how attractive the items look.

Well I ordered a sweatshirt 3 weeks ago with fringes, never received it and now I have reported them to the better Business bureau!! I would suggest that anyone that is having problems please report them because it will help us not get hooked into a scam!!

I thought their clothes were amazing. I bought a bunch of stuff. The sizing was inconsistent. Items I bought could not be exchanged as they don't have a full range of each item. They require advance return authorization. They would not respond for weeks. There is no receipt showing the exact price for each item, and when you go back in, the item page no longer exists. In short, save yourself the headache and look for the stuff elsewhere.

What an absolute scamming company. From what I ordered to what I received is like diamond to cow poo. So very disappointed that these companies can still b allowed to rip off people like me. I have been in touch with them n who would guess....no response. DO NOT SHOP WITH KISSCICI THEY ARE THIEVES.

I received one of items i ordered, still waiting for dress from 31st January, dont think ill be holding my breath !Joggers were nothing like i ordered. Never have dealings with this Mickey Mouse company again
