Is kissanime.com Legit?

Old kissanime is worse and so many pop ads but new kissanime website don't have any ads on the website and video server is super fast and the website is friendly interface and easy to use

Riddled with pop up ads that will open new tabs without permission, redirect the site and there's no quality control so plenty of the ads that you're forced to see have malware/viruses/etc that try to install onto your computer. But you gotta disable adblock to view anything!These stupid asses don't even know why people use adblock- because of idiots like them.

The site now bans you upon entering it with adblock. Formerly, one was able to turn off adblock after receiving the request from the site (which was needed to access the content anyway). Even if I excuse the uselessly obstructive ads, banning someone for ENTERING your site with ad block is nonsense. Many of us were willing to tolerate this site's uncompetitive ads but are now banned for no reason. Its not as if there was some account being banned here. Your IP or browser seems to get blocked. How are we even supposed to know? It seems like newcomers are no longer welcome in this site.

I've been banned twice now for posting "Spoilers" and "Directing to competivie sites. Disquis is also to blame as I tried to delete my other account (The one I got banned on first) and they changed my password so I couldn't reset it. I'd join the Discord to complain but I know that it's just full of a bunch of incels that sit at their computers all day. Honestly if this site were to be taken down no one would miss it because of how cancerous the moderators are. Why even have moderators for a pirated website?

Great streaming site, but i am getting annoyed at the "anime episodes" getting in the way of my viewing of advertisements and captchas. Luckily in recent months the anime players have mostly quit and the hide ad button vanished. So i get an uninterrupted viewing of adverts and malware!Seriously it is up to date with all the anime and dubs, but they have absolutely no ad screening and every button you press (literally any button) opens a pop up malware ad. Once you have cleared three of these, you can use the site until the ads are off cooldown (takes about a minute)

I don't mind having some ads on somewhere that deserves them. Supporting creators is cool. But not only they have those insanely annoying pop ups and new tabs with ads, but they now have ads in-between videos, just like YouTube. But, instead of allowing you to use your adblock, which is completely fair in this situation, it seems they've actually banned users who supported them. I've never even been an user of that site, I've only commented there by disquis. But, by god, have they gone mad. I'm never using that site again. They even added the auto-next feature, which would make me use that site forever, haven't they gone completely insane.Ludicrous.

Used to be good to use, certainly have a great selection of anime and in good quality, but getting banned for using an ad blocker on an illegal streaming site? Yeah no thanks I'll just go over to the next site. As others have said, wouldn't mind it if the ads were like they are on any normal site but they're everywhere even on the play button so you can't avoid getting dodgy or nsfw pop ups that will try to trick you into downloading malware. This ad blocking prevention happened a few times recently to me but then I was able to watch anime fine for a while but just got banned so time to say goodbye.

I wish I could give it negative stars. I completely get needing ad revenue, but still, that's WAY to many pop-ups and redirects. I'd never go back, And you can't contact them because when you hit send they always say it can't be sent because your e-mail is not valid. Yeah right...what a cute little way of not having to deal to deal with anything.

I recommend everybody who reads this to get on google chrome, download "fair adblocker" and "pop up blocker" in the google webstore. The only safe way to not get any trojans and viruses from this site.I told the site owner once that I saw a pornographic ad and he didn't care and pretended it wasn't sexual at all. Yeah sure "Meet me in your local area to fuqq!!" is totally safe and not pornographic. He's a douchebag. My 8 year old niece uses this site a lot so I made it safe for her.

They flagged/reported my commentary on their website because they (or some mod who doesn't know how to mod) considered it "spam", when clearly, it was not. Spam is spam. Not commentary. Anywho, I messaged them on their only means of communication (Facebook; very unprofessional) twice, and received no response, albeit they read my messages. Such unacceptable treatment from a so-called service. Not to mention that they force you to remove ad-block to their convenience, and my inconvenience. Most often their players don't work either. Very bad website. I prefer gogoanime or Crunchyroll.And lastly, they are not helping the artists who need to make profits out of these anime. No help to artists, no help to Customers = bad bad host.

Worst Moderator, i using the spoiler tag and they still ban me and said that they not allow spoiler even if i use the tag. Staff is so arrogant that when i ask them to Unban me and they got no intention to. while the whole damn site live by people seeing their porn ad, they still think that they are better than us. The funny thing is that when i complain on the reddit they block me out. Being with this site for many years and this is how they really treat old customer . At some point, i even being their premium member. So so disappointed and so greedy.

I have been using kissanime for more than 4 years and i have finally decided to let go and move on to a different anime streaming website. Mainly because i've seen this site go from a few advertisements to insane amount of advertisements that are sexualised (hentai). If i wanted to watch hentai i'd search for hentai. The first transition of this site for using ad blocks were to simply asking the user to disable them to view their content (which is completely understandable), then it moved on to losing Kpoints. And finally banning people for using Adblocks. Honestly i haven't seen a anime streaming website monetized this badly. The future for this company is only going to be downhill if this keeps on, as a brief search shows that the number of visits for the last 6 months on this website is down by 52.18% according to similarweb. Hope they fix this.

Been using it for a long time and it was great because episodes load very quickly and only the occasional buffer. but for some reason I got banned as I was using an adblock - which was not an issue before. And it has been going downhill recently with a lot of inappropriate ads everywhere

I love being able to watch anime without ads, better than paying 10 dollars a month to crunchy roll or VRV, but the ad population is becoming too much. I average around getting sent to 3 - 5 websites PER EPISODE. The porn ads are too much, also considering people around my age see this too, I’m not too bothered by it but others my age would. I use it, and will continue, once I can pay for subscriptions though, I’m done with it.

they banned me for using ad blockers ....which i wouldnt mind but they have the worst user interface.there are mandatory pop ups from just entering the site.dont go there there are many alternatives like 9anime and go go anime kissanime was good but now its trash

I don’t know if it’s because I’m watching it on my phone but every time I watch a anime it always skip backwards every few minutes, it makes me very annoyed. There’s also way to many ads, pop ups and directs it makes it hard to go to the next episode. >:(

They have a wide selection of anime. That’s the only good thing I have to say about the website. Constant pop-up ads, weird and sexual ads everywhere, some servers don’t work, the servers that DO work have constant issues, such as inconsistent load times and audio and video randomly crashing. The only reason for the bot capcha is to further bombard users with ads. An extremely annoying website to use as an anime enthusiast.

The website was amazing some time ago. Now it's a host of aggressive ads. It's enough to click anywhere on the screen and you get a pop-up. As well extremely long loading times (my internet speed is 300mbs), buggy video player which crashes 2 episodes makes KissAnime unacceptable for pleasant viewing experience.

I've been using Kissanime for some time now to watch my favorite anime episodes that I can't watch due to not having cable. I've used it to watch Dragon Ball Super and Boku no hero, at that time I'd give it 4 stars, but not 5 because of the constant ads popping up. Recently, the website has changed, and now it's very confusing to navigate and find the anime version I want, so I bring it down to 3.
