Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT BUY. OVERPRICED JUNK!! $1300 Tree arrived damaged, No Working Lights, tree looked nothing like photos as far as flocking either. Had to perform 5 tests, pictures and videos and took 7 calls to get customer service to approve refund and not charge a $175 return fee for their broken crap.To this day I am still waiting on a return label. It has been another week and 9 more calls. And umpteen emails. I was told I only needed the one (2) labels of the same for each box. Loaded the 2 large heavy boxes and took to Fed EX only to be told I in fact needed 2 different labels with separate tracking numbers. As I assumed. Still to date waiting for another label!!! You only get agents from another country and English language is not the best. AVOID ALL AT COST Today is another day, I’ll see if ai can get another label!!

*** Shoppers Beware of Pricing Games.***This business wildly fluctuates their pricing on their trees several times a day. These changes are significant.
A tree I just received and paid $299 for (on a “Black Friday sale”) was:
* $149 yesterday—for a taller version. (An email KoC sent me let me know.)* $499 a few minutes later, and then…* $99 later that night (flocked version).If you have a question, customer service puts you on hold (half an hour both times I called) while they check with the back office; and the reps provide contradictory information. The tree I received (King Noble Fir), to give my honest assessment, looked like it was worth $99. Only the outer edges of the branches have “realistic” leaves; about midway into the middle and lower branches, they are *very* cheap looking. The wire wrapping the “trunk” had a large bunch of unraveling, wispy threads obviously coming apart from something within the wires.I decided to return the tree, even though it means I’ll lose $50 ($40 handling fee + non-refundable $10 shipping insurance).

Last year my husband and I who are both 77, decided not to try to haul a fresh tree in and try to keep it healthy, so I ordered one of the trees. I paid over $200 and apparently it was an "open box" with only 90 day warranty. Guess I didn't think I would have to worry about a problem only the 2nd time I used it. They offered no troubleshooting just....."sorry no warranty" . So now I have a $200 tree with only bottom lights, so it will have to be unplugged to use it. I am so very disappointed in this. It was not what I would call cheap so I sure expected more....guess that makes me naive.

I received this tree a couple years ago and it is the best!! This tree is so full and perfect each time I set it out! I actually set it out on Halloween day just to be able to enjoy it longer. The ability to change the lights from color to white and adjust the brightness and twinkling is amazing.I definitely recommend purchasing a tree from King of Christmas, in fact I am actually thinking of purchasing another one!

We have had this tree for over 5 years and have loved it until now. Recently a section of 10 LEDs stopped lighting. I contacted King of Christmas expecting to be able to purchase a new string of lights out of warranty. They e-mailed me a form requiring photos. I spent hours photographing, transferring files, resizing and sending the photos and form. They then sent a e-mail saying they would not even try to help me unless I supplied an order number. Who keeps their order numbers after 5 years?! After more time wasted with their customer service representative on the phone he tells me that even with an order number they would not sell me any lights or parts after the warranty has expired. Would have been nice to know at the beginning. Nice tree but horrible after warranty support. Will never buy from them again.

8FT tree is missing - not delivered as FedEx says. This is the response we get,As per our Lost Item Policy, we ask that you please fill out and submit the affidavit below, as well as provide a photo of a matching government-issued ID to the name/address on your order. As your order is above $500, please file and also submit a mandatory state police report.Once submitted, please allow a representative up to 24 business hours to review your claim and assist you with the next steps toward resolving the matter.Please note, that the required documentation must be submitted no later than December 2, 2024*. If after this date, your claim is no longer eligible to be reviewed by a King of Christmas representative.*So, their missing delivery is on their customers to show proof of no delivery. Worst customer service ever. Run!!!!

This is absolutely the best company to trust with your Christmas decor! Wonderful pricing and amazing quality, I will forever buy my trees from this company, they have extremely quick shipping and amazing customer service. I have referred them to several of my friends.

Hands down my ultimate favorite tree! I’m so in love with my 7ft Prince Flock!! It’s super easy to assemble literally did not take long at all! I love the way it looks and after I puff it even more gorgeous !! Thank you KOC for such quality products!!!! I will be recommending my friends and family !

I purchased a tree, expecting a high quality product, only to find that the lights do not work. I spent hours taking videos of myself troubleshooting and trying to fix the issue, as per their instructions. After a week of back-and-forth, there is still no solution.To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unhelpful. They refuse to let me speak to a manager or escalate the issue to the troubleshooting team. I have been left with a defective product and no resolution in sight.This experience has been a nightmare. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. I will never buy from King of Christmas again and highly discourage others from wasting their money here. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Buyer beware… Although they have a very eye appealing product there after warranty has much to be desired. They offer no replacement parts after the warranty has expired this is only the 3rd Christmas and top section no longer works did all the trouble shooting as directed but when determined the top section was faulty Christian at customer service basically advised time to replace the tree.. most likely will never buy again.

I recently purchased a tree form KOC, overall it was a good experience. The product descriptions and pictures match the items. The tree arrived well-packaged and in good conditions. It is a much better tree than others I have purchased before online. The setup was very straight forward. Overall, I would highly recommend KOC for anyone looking to purchase a quality artificial Christmas tree.

I had the best experience with king of Christmas! I usually go for the real trees but I didn’t want the hassle this year. This was my first time ordering with them and it was with ease. My tree came super fast and it’s so beautiful! The quality of the tree is so nice full and real like. The lights are bright and I love that the lights time out after a while so I don’t have to remember to turn it off for bed!

10/10! Worth every penny!! We bought our first King of Christmas tree 3 years ago and we came back for our seconds! Our first tree is flocked and it’s gorgeous, but we wanted some green this year. Our new tree is just as beautiful and high quality as the first! Customer service was fantastic helping make the right decision for our new tree. We just finished decorating both trees and we couldn’t be happier!

Wow is understatement… I hardly write reviews, but this company deserves one. I was recommended ordering my tree from here and it was nothing short of stunning. Super easy to set up by myself. The quality is exquisite and I had no fall out from the branches! No mess this year! I’m obsessed and so happy, well worth the purchase.

I bought a tree last year from King of Christmas. It was pre-lit and unfortunately I bought it for this Christmas and didn't open up the box until this past week. The tree I purchased was supposed to have two different types of branches the more realistic looking ones and a thicker brand. The realistic types were all hidden it was they were close to the pole on the inside so you couldn't see them. So with this type of tree there's really no fluffing of the branches involved cuz they don't really move. I've had the tree up for maybe four days some of the lights are no longer working. All the ornaments are on it I have over 300 ornaments that go on it and I am not about to take them down but I would not buy a tree from them I would never recommend buying a tree from them I would not recommend even going into look. Just finish your bought one from there doesn't mean that's the one you're getting. Plus I wrote to them and never heard of reply back. The respectable company can't reply to their happy and or unhappy customers they're pretty crappy company in my opinion.

I couldn’t figure out how to leave a review on the website so I will do it here. This was a 10/10 experience. Shipping was insanely fast and I am in love with my tree. Trying to convince my husband we could get another one. It’s hard to find quality Christmas trees as all the ones I’ve bought from the stores don’t nearly match up to my new King of Christmas tree- by far the best tree me and my family have ever had. Makes me excited for the holidays. I got the Alpine Fir for reference <3
