Thank you for the wonderful product you have that my 21 y o granddaughter put in her Christmas wishlist and than was so happy to get it!

First I got an email from their shipping dept to confirm my address. It shipped within hours of my order and arrived three business days later. I ordered the UF x Autna doll and she's amazing. I got the cherry blossom version and she's incredible, details are amazing and I'm very happy with her. So much infact I've got another on the way. Hopefully I don't get a duplicate!

Shipping was super fast. Package arrived safely and in perfect condition. Was exactly as advertised. Loved this website!

Kikagoods is an Ali reseller hiding behind a legit-ish looking web storefront that pours a ton of money into their Instagram ad budget. Their shipping is insanely expensive, their markup is super high, and they separate items that come free with preorders and resell them back to customers who should have gotten them for free. Kikagoods has routinely been caught selling counterfeit items, especially enamel pins. Their “lucky bags” are packed full of old stock they couldn’t otherwise sell, and I’ve had more than one package from them that was shipped so poorly it was a miracle anything inside survived when the outer packaging was completely obliterated. You are WAY better off using a proxy like Superbuy to buy direct from SimonToys, Rolife, Penny’s Box, or any other brand they carry. Not impressed. Wish there was a zero stars option.

I love Kikagoods, the shipping is always fast. The products are always clean and crisp and well made. I love ordering from them, they also provide so many coupons which is yet another wonderful bonus. I would highly recommend anyone shop with them.

They have a great rotating selection of items! They ship rather quickly considering it comes from China. Only minor issue is that the packaging is sometimes not great and the boxes get a bit damaged.

Always had good experiences with this company, items are usually shipped and delivered faster than expected considering theyre coming from China. The one time I had an issue with my product customer service was prompt to respond and flawless at fixing my issue. Just all around great.

Excellent service, and company ships items as fast as they can - arrives to my country(NZ) in about a week, which is very impressive! They also package every order I have made super well - they even go the lengths to make sure your package won’t get damaged from weather. I trust Kikigoods as a company and recommend them to other figure collectors. They also have sales which are very good deals if you are trying to get more for your money.

This site hooked me when I bought three adorable insect figures for my grown, bug-loving kids. They arrived with their packaging in excellent condition, brand new, and looking exactly as depicted. Sure, it was a little pricey and took longer to ship than it would have had I tried finding them on Amazon, but I always get weird scuffed, defective, and/or broken toys from Amazon. It feels like Kikagoods actually cares.

I ordered some Bubble Egg figures and they arrived really quickly considering they travelled halfway across the world. They were boxed really well to avoid any damage to the items which I appreciated. I will definitely be buying my Bubble Eggs from here in the future! The little cat paw keyring I got was adorable too.

I am continuously blown away by the quality of products offered on kikagoods, especially for the price. Tracking my order has always been easy and my orders have always arrived on time. The points program is an added perk because you can either redeem them for free items or on money off your next order. Finally, I like that you can include a tip for whoever is getting/packing your order.

I enjoy the wide variety of products and price points. It is refreshing to see the more popular brands and some brands I have never encountered before. Sometimes the website can be difficult to navigate and visually overwhelming. However my items are always packaged securely and arrive in a timely manner. I have ordered several times and it always goes smoothly.

Love Kikagoods! Prices can be a touch high, however we don't mind considering we are getting adorable, rare, Blind Boxes. Shipping is quick, which is amazing! Would highly recommend, and will continue to purchase our blind boxes through here!

Kikagoods is an ok site to get blind boxes from, especially those only offered on this website, but they take a long time to send out and I noticed they charge you before they send the product out. My blind box took a long time to get through customs, was broken, crushed and opened, order at your own risk.

My order was correct, and I had so much fun opening the blind boxes great service! If you’re into buying blind boxes this is the best place to get them at a discounted rate :) They kept me updated with my order via email and using the app shop. 10/10 will be ordering again :D

I've ordered multiple times, and always received what I ordered. Customs is paid upon checkout, so there's no stress of extra taxes either when receiving the package. I've never needed to contact customer service, so I cannot say how the support is
