Is kidinn.com Legit?

This was the only place that seemed to stock a specific item that my daughter wanted for Christmas. I had never heard of them before and it was getting very close to Christmas so I was skeptical. Estimated delivery was Christmas eve!It actually arrived a day earlier and was exactly what we wanted. So I am really grateful and really recommend.

The item I ordered arrived sooner than expected even though it was over the Christmas period. It was cheaper than I'd found elsewhere online.

The Pacman boardgame is great, our 5 years old son loves it and played non stop for the first couple of days. It is also fun for adults!

Item order on December 9th for a delivery between December 16th and 20th. It arrived on January 4th.When I questioned it, the response was:Write a complaint to you local provider. Since I was not satisfied by the answer, I received a discount code for my next purchase : 25CINN.5%, too kind of them. This website is a joke. Avoid ordering there.

Regarding to my package was sent from Spain to Denmark In five days, before Christmas, I will say it was very impressed. I will recommend it for sure.

I ordered a sports bag as a Christmas gift, I received regular updates and was able to track my parcel. The parcel arrived the day before original delivery date but with the updates I was aware it was going to arrive early. The sports bag itself was perfect and my grandson is going to love it

Lovely lunchbox for my son, it's high quality which can sometimes be hard to find when ordering online. Although I had ordered this from a different country (I am in he UK), it came quite quickly taking that into consideration. Would recommend this company.

First time ordering with Kidinn, I am so happy with my order from start to finish. It was delivered within the time frame and it was well packaged. Its a Christmas gift and I am excited for my grandson to take a spin in his doona trike!

I was sceptical at first having read previous reviews but my experience from start to finish couldn't be faulted. Quick delivery- ordered item 13/11/24 received 19/11/24. The item was packed well and exactly as described. I would definitely use Kidinn again.

Everithing went event smoother than I expected. The shopping was very promopt, everithing was packed well, and I could track the parcel on aby given moment - that an enormous plus. I was a big vary because of the prices but the goods were all brand new and legit.That made me a definately coming back customer - I placed a new order already to be honest :)

Got a plush toy for my daughter, same item was considerably more expensive elsewhere. I was a bit worried about using the website as I’d never heard of it but actually everything went well, and I feel like I got a bargain.

The toy is fine and came well secured in a package. But, they claimed I will get it 2 weeks sooner than I actually did. It was a Christmas present that arrived on 31.12 instead of 18.12 as the website promised when I ordered it. And it's not the courier service fault, it's Kidinn who shipped my order on the 18.12, order placed 8.12! When I contacted their customer service on 23.12 they just said it will be delivered soon, no help.

Unfortunately, having paid an extra €39 for fast delivery guaranteed by 24/12 and receiving the package on 27/12 with the same delivery times is absurd and unprofessional.I recognize that you sent the package on 21/12 therefore the fault lies with the courier, but I suggest you notify DHL as it is creating a disservice to us, but also to your image.I am sorry for the bad rating, but I cannot do otherwise.

The price was great item was perfect was a bit worried but as it shows nothing to worry about and will be ordering in the future well done kidinn my granddaughter will be buzzing thank you package packed well delivery is fast

I’d have loved to have given this company 5 stars however the item’s box was slightly ripped in two places. The plus point is that the company was faultless in delivering the item and was very quick with it.

Still waiting for a response about cars I had for my son that broke after a couple of days

I am very disappointed! I ordered a toy as a birthday gift a week ago, and the delivery was scheduled for yesterday. Today I checked the delivery status – the package has not yet been handed over to the shipping service. The employees in the chat are not helpful. You wait 20 minutes for a response and only receive the tracking number, nothing more. Terrible business. I will advise everyone against shopping here.

I've ordered a Molang for my son. It's super soft, great quality. The communication was great with Kidinn, until the point when I started to receive emails from DPD, worst delivery company ever (at least in Hungary).
