Is kiddospace.nl Legit?

I have ordered an item on the 4 November still waiting for it to arrive I'm having emails from the company supposedly , apologising for the delay. The lady in the email's name is krizzha Marie , I'm wondering if I have been scammed or if this is an illegit email?

i am so glad I found this website through Facebook. I've been looking for something affordable yet very valuable to use for my child that is educational in exchange for screentime. Kiddospace Handwriting practice kit is the best for my child getting ready for school plus their customer service is very satisfying excellent problem-solving. Thanks to Mary who provide attentive service.

I never received my package. I sent a message they responded quickly. They said they would send another replacement no questions asked. They were prompt and friendly.

I did have a few issues with delivery, Melody in the support group was incredibly helpful and responded to every email promptly and with great understanding. If her manager reads this give that girl a pay rise she is a star. Very happy customer I will recommend your company without hesitation.

I placed my order 3 days ago, I still have not received my order number or tracking number. No one is replying to my email. Instead I'm being spammed with so many emails a day.

I'm happy with the personalized name stamp I bought for my daughter. The quality is amazing, I've stamped few items so far and I am satisfied. The stamp is very convenient and helpful, makes items look neat and cute.. I'll surely get more with time, and my order arrived very early than the date that was estimated.. I'm very happy with my purchase and also the communication and updates while my order was still being process

Part of my order was significantly delayed. However customer service was very pleasant, and acted on my inquiry promptly. I was even offered the current running discount for my troubles.

I was panicking on the arrival of the parcel but the quick response from your team made it seamless.Upon arrival of my stamp, I took out my son's clothes and lunch box...I started using it and it has been so amazing. It works effortlessly. I just got my son's uniform and wow, I am happy, satisfied and over the moon. There are also a few friends that are about to order these stamps.

I honestly LOVE and can not believe how much easier these products have made our life, we have twin girls at home that are only 4 and a half, so there are always arguments over clothing and toys. With the kiddo space stamps and the labels there are no more fights! Everything is now clearly labelled so we know who stuff is who’s, and also we are teaching the girls about responsibility and taking care of their own toys and clothing, so it’s even better. These products are life-saving and we can not recommend them enough, the stamps are so clear and easy to use, we use them on all clothing, down to socks and underwear, to teddy bears and shoes. The stickers, there are two different types, one is clear and the other is full, it makes labelling different products so easy, from books, to plates, even pens and sunglasses, we even put them through the dishwasher, and they are fine! I’ve ordered more just to get a kick start on next year! And I’ve ordered more ink for the stamps because they are just so useful! Ordered my stamps and have confirmation number and my account charged.I have now received 2 emails asking me to complete my order. Reached out and was told that my order was processing. Checked the status of my order with my order number and states Order Number Not Located..Have sent another email requesting update on my order and shipping date ~ waiting for a response.

I received an email with a 30% off black Friday deal .I ordered the stamp, money went out of my account but I never received a order number nor tracking number. I feel the kiddospace is a scam unless they will respond to my emails and fix this problem but for now ,I will strongly advise people not to buy anything on this website .

100% so happy with my experience when I rushed my order i wrote the wrong name and I had wanted to change it when I emailed them they were so quick to get back to me and fix up my mistake.

The best, super quick and effecient service and I have not yet even received my order. I incorrectly placed same order twice. Sent an email requesting for one order to be canceled. They responded within 15minutes and the money reflected in my account immediately.

I just love this product. I got the double aides stamp in white and black for my child's things as they started school. We also got a bunch of stickers with his name on it and tape I can write on as well. This product has saved us from losing anything at school. Also the teachers appreciate us labelling everything so well. I definetly recommend this product and company for any mother or someone with a elder family member. Especially if you have someone in the hosptial. Great product and great company.

Delivery took ages. The stamps fade quite quickly. Instructions were followed but when pur child's coat was lost and su subsequently found, we realised the stamp was barley visible. Re-stamped and after checking, same again, I'll go back to Stamptastic.

My order was lost, no-one got in touch when it hadn't arrived. When I chased it they re-did the order but just put it to the bottom of the order pile until I chased again and complained. So my order took well over a month to arrive. Items are fine but I wouldn't order from this company again.
