Have had a wonderful experience so far with Kibopay, and especially with Mike Klimczak who has been more than helpful anytime we have a question or concern. He goes above and beyond and is a delight to deal with at every turn. Initially we met with a little resistance from patients who were reluctant to pay the additional procurement fee, but now the platform seems to be working smoothly for us.
