I ordered from this website, and never got a tracking number and product. I tried to contact them using there online chat, but they totally ignore me. I paid over $300. for 5 bottles of ketamine nasal spray
This is a update. It has been a week. For some reason there online chat is not working. I write a message in there contact us, but no response. I did write there shipping dept, but they said order is on hold. I asked them a reason and they only say "let us get back to you". I assume I got scammed from this site for over 300 dollars. Do not fall for this site. It is truely a scam. I wish I would have done some research on it before I sent them money.
It has been 12days and still nothing. Other day was able to talk to a rep named Ian. He said he would email me updated status. Never did though. Scam, Scam, Scam company. I ordered Ketamine pills 10/19/21 and have received nothing but BS and empty promises. Don’t waste your money here. I will be contacting the FTC and my bank next. And I will do everything in my power to warn others and to take this scam company down.
SCAM SCAM SCAMMY SCAM SCAM. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCESDO BUSINESS WITH THESE A-HOLES. I chatted with "Ian" who told me that there was a 5 bottle minimum for ketamine pills, plus $35 for shipping. I should have figured out that "Ian's" first language wasn't English. I sent Zelle, $1080. (you can buy bitcoin, too.) I asked for tracking numbers and finally on day 2 he gives me a number with a link to a freight company I never heard of. Number comes up, says it's in Oregon and will be shipped via USPS. (???) Later on that day another freight company (with the same photos and layout) informs me that my package is being held because of it's unknown contents and if I don't pay $2000 as "refundable insurance" they're going to inform the FEDS, DEA, FDA, FBI, etc, etc. Of course by this time I'd read reviews (too late!!!) and knew what they were going to do. I wasted some of "Ian's" time and then let it go. Expensive lesson learned.
Ketaminestore.org is a SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! They took us for $300. At first they seemed legit and gave us excellent customer service. Ian...the customer service rep who is online 24/7 gives excellent support and answers all your questions. This is all done in chat. I felt confident sending $300 through Zelle. After all, the guy had an account at my bank, right? So anyway, after a couple of days I got a notice from a fake shipping company saying they needed a $400 insurance deposit in order to release my package. I contacted Ian and he assured me it would be taken care of. When Ian got back to me to let me know this was a one time thing and that they would never use that company again and all I needed to do was pay the deposit and the Ketamine Store would reimburse me. I told Ian to have the shipper return the package to them and reship it to me UPS or USPS like they say on the website they use. Ian said ok. I never got my package or heard from Ian again. When I tried to chat with him he completely ghosted me. As I read other reviews I see other people have been taken for thousands of dollars. I don't know how this website is still up and running. The 5 star reviews are lies. They must've paid people for them.
This place is a scam. Ask for more money for the shipping company to complete delivery.
