Bought a lovely chandelier (Elstead Amarilli) 3 lights in Bronze and Gold . Very pleased with it . Chandelier came directly from Factory. Kes lighting got in touch to make sue chandelier arrived ok. It was well packaged and arrived in amazing time .! I am delighted with it and Thank you The Kes company for taking time to contact me I appreciate your great service. And the great looking light.

The light fitting we purchased was the best price we could find for it on the internet. It arrived two days later in perfect condition and is now hanging proudly in our hall.

Very fast delivery, easy to assemble, a couple of the glass rods arrived broken, however there were spares which is definitely a good idea to provide extras!

Fine selection of lights and good service. Only drawback was punitive delivery charge to the Isle of Wight.

Some years ago we bought 3 identical lamps from KES but recently broke one of the glass shades. Faced with the prospect of the expense of having to replace all three to keep a match, I contacted KES. From a photograph of the lamp they were able to get in contact with the manufacturer and even though the lamp was out of production, they located and supplied a replacement shade. Amazing service.

We like the lighting unit but I found the assembly instructions inadequate. A more specific explanation of how the glass front hinges to open up the unit would have been helpful. Also advice on the physical size of the bulb, not just its recommended wattage, would have saved time. Standard bulbs are too large and prevent one closing the glass door.The little brass screws which fit on to the four recessed bolts are fiddly, and until I realised that one should sellotape the bolts to secure them to the black plastic panel I spent a lot of time making the hexagonal bolt head engage in its hexagonal hole.

Excellent quality of lights I bought and I am very pleased with them. However one of the light bulbs I bought for them was broken and I had no response to my email asking for a replacement which was disappointing

I don't normally write reviews but I am so impressed by this chandelier! Really good quality, beautiful design and smart, speedy delivery. I'm shocked they can make them for £173! There's so many dodgy looking lighting companies out there now that take 3months to arrive, no customer services or chance of a refund. KES is a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the whole team. I went into the store with my family and we bought all our home lights from this store. In the shop the staff were very attentive and helped us make the correct choices for each room. Whenever we needed any further advice Anne and Donna were always happy to help. I would highly recommend this shop for lighting. We had all our lights fitted yesterday and they are beautiful. The delivery of all the items was very efficient and there was no damage at all.

An order was completed online and the goods were dispatched within a couple of days.Breakable goods were very well-packaged and sent by a special courier to minimise breakages, all goods were delivered in perfect condition.

We received a damaged product initially but the team were great in arranging its return and sourcing a replacement.

It has been more than 2 weeks but I have no idea when I will receive my delivery—shameful communication.I have asked for the cancellation of the order.Can you not send updates to the customer on the delivery? You used Parcel Force but I had no idea. I believe they are an outdated company who left a note in the letterbox which we found only after 3 days. A simple email would have been so conveinent and stress free.I do hope you can upgrade on your technology and make hassel free purchase for the customers. I don't think i will shop again from KES.
