Is kellyobi.com Legit?

The clothes and accessories are unique and stylish. I have purchased necklaces, earrings, blouses, and full outfits from this brand. I get constant compliments and people ask me where I got it from. Items were shipped and delivered as stated. Cost is affordable and worth it! I definitely will continue purchasing here. I literally just got a graffiti denim jacket and another blouse. Love this designer!

I ordered 2 items October 15th still have not received. Contacted customer service. Received automated message that they are backed up. Order delays, supplier fire. Going to dispute charge with my credit card.

I am very concerned reading these reviews. Between early Oct.- Nov, I purchased 5 order#s 55957, 55880, 56817, 56361 and 59214. They have not provided a status or shipping information for anything. I did buy pre-orders and I have waited the 5 weeks lead time and still no response and no merchandise. I hope they respond and fill the orders. I like their clothes but I'm ready to take action if necessary. This is sad. I hope to hear from them and receive the orders soon.

This is my second time placing an order with this company and I’ve ran into problems on both occasions. With my first order, I requested a size S and received a size M. I messaged customer service and when they did respond more than a week after, they indicated that I can have it returned if it didn't fit and discounted. I live all the way in Trinidad so returning the dress would cost almost same as the product cost which doesn’t make financial sense, so I was forced to keep it.On the second occasion, I ordered 6 dresses. Thats on the 16th October, 2024. Today is the 10th November and they still have yet to be shipped. Messaging customer service comes like wasting time as they’d take days or weeks to respond if they do. With this being said, if you need an item urgently, this wont be the company for you. They have decent clothing but their customer service provision is very poor.

Received merchandise ordered. Took a while on shipment item returned for exchange 2 months ago. They claimed they were facing issues. Never received exchange item. Requested refund. Refund hasn't reached my account yet I really liked the Red pleated dress ordered but they never sent the larger size for exchange. Never received refund

Same as the other comments, ordered goods, email to say there was a fire so maybe a delay. Numerous emails since that update on 18th October and no response to them from customer service. I am now going to contact my bank to get my money back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

Ordered a pair of shoes on 10/18/2024, then received an email saying that there are delays due to a "fire" at a partner's warehouse. No more correspondence after that. Contacting the Attorney General's office in New York to have them investigated. Customer service does not respond!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM! They took 1.5 months to deliver a pair of shoes. But what’s worse, their straps are abnormally large and won’t hold, they’re unwearable. The company stopped answering my emails once I requested a prepaid shipping label considering they sent me a DEFECTIVE item.

Horrible experience. Customer service doesn’t reply to messages. Takes a month to receive partial order & then items that aren’t shipped are not even offered to be refunded. They take your money & don’t ship the merchandise. Dont order from this company they suck & the quality of their products are horrible & cheap

Made on order with order number #53191 since 10/10 and i am yet to receive shipping confirmation. This is very disappointing and frustrating especially since it’s a black owned business. Looks more like fraud. The company needs to be investigated. Kelly Obi i need my order or refund my money.

Ordered on 10/8/24. Received an email on 10/16/24 stating that there was a warehouse fire. I immediately emailed back to inquire about my order…if order was still being shipped and/or receiving a refund if it was no longer going to be shipped.Unprofessional automated responses and no responses to emails, messages and number they have listed to text. Contacting my bank to see if the transaction can be traced and if I can be issued a refund.

DONT LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! I FINALLY received my order on Oct 16th after it was placed on August 16th well past my event date. Customer service is NOT helpful and gave generic responses. I decided to return 2 cheap looking items (one was as described) but because it took two months to get it, the website won’t allow me to request a return slip and guess what??? Now customer service is no longer responding..Per the website you have 14 days from the date RECEIVED to return. Guess they are going to hold off another 14 days so I can’t return. This place is a joke please don’t get scammed like I did. $146 GONE!

I placed an order on Sept 15th and as if today October 16th I have only received part of the order. I have received a tracking number of the last item under this order number on October 5th and the updated keep changing. You receive bull crap messages from the company with lame apologies. Once I receive all my orders I am done with this company. They are advertising merchandise they do NOT have in their warehouse. Poor business tactics.

Wait, what? I logged in to write a review and I am shook at some of the reviews. Kelly Obi is one of my favorite places to order fun clothes. I’ve ordered probably a half a dozen times and I’ve never had any issues. They always have fun, colorful items that fit my style. I often get compliments on the items I’ve worn from Kelly Obi. I will continue ordering from them as I’ve never once had any kind of issue receiving my order. They are always getting new things in so I’m constantly checking back for what I can add to my wishlist next.Order #31933

HORRIBLE.. I placed an order on 9/27/24 and it’s 10/20 and I have not received ANYTHING! It hasn’t even shipped. Is this a real company???? And it is impossible to communicate with customer service BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ONE!! There is not a customer service phone # to actually call, just an automated text. DO NOT ORDER from them.

Let me start by saying that Kelly Obi has some beautiful pieces…. If you can ever get them . Don’t think about ordering something for an event because you NOT get it on time. I have three orders that I placed with them one being over three weeks ago. I just received a partial order and immediately have to send back send as it looks as if it’s made for a toddler. I have three open orders with them and totally disgusted with the automated responses.
