Is keepa.com Legit?

SCAM. Data is unreliable and wonky that's one reason I stopped using them. Believe the reviews. Good companies don't have to trap you in annual payment plans when you cancel service. FACK THESE CLOWNS.

Great tool for customers and sellers alike.As a consumer, you can use it for FREE to track hundreds of products and get a price alert if your desired price is reached. As a seller, you can get all the data you can dream of and more, to run a successful business. Keepa lets you keep an eye on all relevant data and your competition (pun intended).

Like another reviewer I did not sign up for auto renew with Keepa. I contacted Keepa the day before the charge cleared my credit card that I was no longer an FBA seller on Amazon and wanted to cancel their service. The company's response was that they had notified me by email prior to charging me and did not offer refunds. So now I am stuck $207.24 charge. What is important to consider here is that I never agreed to auto-renew and that Keepa has such low morals that they are perfectly happy to charge us for a service that we cannot and will not use. Please notice in the reviews that you read about this company how willing they are to charge people for a service they do not want and will not use as evidenced by their lack of response to negative reviews regarding their charging for services that people do not want and are not using. In my opinion this policy has the morality some gangster collecting "protecting money" from some small merchant.

If you don't allow for refunds for a SaaS product, you admit that you're trapping people into buying your useless tool. Good job getting those FBA creators to promote your crap.

Data breach reported by google password manager: email address associated with my account gets changed on 29th may, they start blaming multiple users rather data breach reported by google. I didn’t receive any login attempts nor OTP but my account email gets changed without any notice. They are still not accepting nor denying data breach.DO NOT BUT ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

Paid for data subscription but did not support the feature I wanted. Tried to cancel within 5 minutes of ordering, only to be told they don't do cancelations and they'd ban me if I tried to do a refund. Terrible service.

They have gone mad. In order to stop people from sharing accounts, they are targeting their legit buyers as well. Now you cannot use your keepa account in your laptop, if you have logged in to your pc already. Moreover, if you use vpn for any purpose, they will restrict your account. They have a glitch in their website, where the website keeps reloading and tools are not accessible. If you contact them, they will point fingers on you and tell you that, you must be sharing accounts and you must be using any proxy.

I upgraded to the Keepa Deals finder today and after a few minutes realized it was not the product I needed. After writing a personal email to request a refund, they wrote and informed me that they don't do refunds. What kind of modern company scams people like this? STAY AWAY.

they put me on an auto renewal (that i never asked for), I contacted the same day I saw renewal notice and they had already charged my card that day. I immediately asked to cancel - they said "no", we don't refund ever. I consider horrible way to do biz, charged $200+ for service never asked to renew - and will never use. bad karma for them.

Very bad Experience with keepa. Kate , representative is very rude. they charge whole month fee and Unsubscribe keepa within 5 days. Im very dissatisfied from Him

The software developers have NO EXPERIENCE AND NO KNOWLEDGE. disgrace. He closed my account with the nonsense of sharing Keepa, which I only use on my own laptop.THIEVES.FRAUDS.

This company will not refund your purchase price if you decide their services are no longer beneficial to you. I bought a years subscription cause I wanted to see if the software would help me but the next day I decided it was not worth the money I paid for it (about $300 CAD) so the next day I canceled my subscription as asked if I could get refunded and was basically told there is no refund policy. This is 2020 my dudes every online service has some sort of refund policy. Absolutely pathetic company

Cancelled my subscription and was still charged, after contacting them they don’t care and told me I didn’t. Won’t refund despite being a few hours after charge. Awful customer service, just blanked me. Would avoid, premium is not worth it

I have been having great experience with keepa i have over 10 years of experience of e-commerce business so it helped me a lot to grow my amazon business with in 5 days doing business in thousands i would greatly recommend for new sellers

Worse customer service from Jessica. So apparently you can not use your own account on your laptop and work computer. This is a breach of their TOS. Are you kidding?

They terminated my account without notifying me when I tried to enter my account the error came with an invalid username and password. when I emailed customer support and told them all about the situation MISS JESSICA replied to my email this '' Your subscription has been terminated due to a breach of our policies. My account was hacked and after emailing then for 3 days. They denied to help me and stand with hacker. I asked them to atleast cancel the but they didn't niether they refund. Hacker I enjoy paid subscription and they are encouraging it.

It is beneficial for Amazon sellers. Without keepa I think sellers would be blind on Amazon
