They are the first SEO agency that we used that actually got us very high results on Google. We went through 3 other so called SEO companies who talked the talked but never delivered results. I found KD Web by simply searching Google for SEO Companies, and KD Web were listed as position number 1 on Google UK in the main results out of tens of thousands of other SEO companies, so I immediately trusted them. They did amazing work for us and around 4 months in, we now hold position 1 in Google for words like 'fireplace' and 'fireplaces' up there with Homebase and wikipedia. We also have many other fireplace related words and variations of our products also all up in the top page of Google. Before KD Web got the contract, our previous agencies couldn't even get us into the top 50 let alone page 1 position 1 in the whole country. They are worth their weight in gold. We have been a client of KD Web over the last few years. It hasn’t been the easiest journey, and now looking back, I wish we have moved to another company much earlier. But, as a small business that has no clue about marketing, we put our total trust in KD WEB developing our website and running our SEO and PPC campaigns. After the investment, we waited for a long time for the SEO to work. We even invested in a new website at the advice to ensure the money we were spending would not go to waste. However, after over a year and thousands of pounds, the SEO did not bring any business for us. In fact, without the PPC campaigns running simultaneously, our business would go completely dead only with SEO. So, we decided to stop the SEO and only run PPC campaigns. We had issues over the years where nobody would do anything on the campaigns for months. The company would still make the payments or where someone forgot to turn on the campaigns. We have now left KD WEB. We are now in the situation that our campaigns are suspended by Google, and we have not had any advertising since September. We would never find out there was an issue with the advertising, wouldn’t we ask for a meeting with KD WEB. Nobody knows within KD WEB what is the issue with our PPC campaigns, and the only solution given to us was to spend more money with them without knowing it would fix the issue. I cannot help but feel that someone within KD WEB created the problem and is not taken any responsibility or tried to fix it. We are now left in trying to find another company to fix the issues created by the incompetent company we trusted for years. I am also being forced to keep paying them for their services even though no work has been done or can be done, only because I am being told I agreed to 3 months’ notice period. Anyone has not taken any responsibility within KD web for the problem created by them or contacted us to speak to us to try to resolve this issue. All I can recommend is to AVOID this company, look further, try to find a business that cares about the client and is not just money-orientated. If you are looking for new business I hope this helps you to make a decision on this company.
