Is kauaiexclusive.com Legit?

Clean, well maintained, spacious, great views, good parking, central location on east side. Only frustrations are that the clothes drier didn’t work super well, stovetop kept turning off, jets in tub didn’t turn on, and the code to get in was changed before the check out time. They say it is disabled at 10am but at 9am it had been disabled and we couldn’t get in.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our unit was very clean, tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. We would definitely stay here again!

We rented a third floor condo for 12 days. The condo was comfortable and relatively clean but tired. There wasn't a sharp knife in the drawer or any hand dishwashing soap. Only 2 small containers for food storage. No personal contact was experienced with any management. Location was good for accessing local restaurants and shopping. Grounds were well cared for.Salt water pool was great for swimming. Beaches were not within walking distance if taking chairs etc.

The room and rate was amazing. The resort had a lot of great amenities. The process through email and txt was easy and simple to follow. The concierge was kind and helpful with local activities, rental car, and questions we had during our stay.

The unit itself was fantastic !! Direct ocean view with great views and big balconies . Loved listening to the waves crash and beautiful sunrises/ sunsets .. The condo was super clean (and im picky when it comes to clean ) and spacious . Each room had its own TV so adults could watch their shows and kids could watch there own . I would stay here again in a heartbeat as kauai exclusive were on it and even let us check in early ..

My stay with Kauai Exclusive Management was just what we were looking for. Staff was prompt with responses and very friendly. Our room at Waipouli Beach Resort was comfortable and the location was perfect for an easy commute to both sides of the island. We will be returning on our next trip to Kauai!

This is our second visit to Waipouli Resort and it is perfect for families with the pool and beach. It is located perfectly between Poipu beach and Princeville but also surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Unit E401 is just as pictured. The kitchen is stocked with basics but nothing extra (spices, oils, foils, baggies, etc), travel size toiletries are provided upon check in, beds are comfortable enough but the mattresses are definitely starting to sag a bit, no beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrella, etc) is provided, and wifi is provided but can be slow at times. Overall it was a pleasant stay but missed the personal touch that other units have offered to truly feel welcome.

A wonderful home away from home. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, plates, glassware, and cooking utensils. A very comfortable condo to enjoy the island from!!

Location was fantastic.. condo was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed except a pizza pan or cookie tray( to reheat food) The parking lot was really the only issue(another renter hit my car) there is not enough room to turn the car around and head out instead of backing out...there is the back lot though. Overall it was absolutely fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.

Found this place online for my and my wife's trip and the staff was lovely and very helpful. They had tons of recommendations for sightseeing and eateries. The suite gorgeous as well. We'll definitely use them again!

Loved the unit and it's location, great views of the pool and ocean. Shopping directly across the street with a Starbucks, ABC Store, Safeway, Ice Cream Shop and Ross. Fully stocked and clean. The only thing lacking was there were no beach chairs, cooler or anything like that to take to the beach for the day. Also the air conditioner unit is in the closet right beside the main bedroom/bathroom and it was extremely noisy and came on every 10 minutes, bring ear plugs if you want to sleep through the night

The condo was well appointed and in a very convenient location with a grocery store right across the street. The outside grounds were beautiful and the pool which wrapped around sitting area had a couple of water falls and two slides. The beach was just behind the pool. We loved staying at the Waipouli Resort!

Property is well cared for, our last minute booking was a breeze. Location is excellent as is price, so yes, highly recommended.

We had a most amazing time. The place was in perfect order and just as expected. Such a pretty location and beautifully decorated! We were so ready for this home away from home.

This was a wonderful complex with very nice accomodations. The Pool and hot tub area was wonderful. Our unit had 2 bedrooms with a pull out couch bed and another sitting area which was perfect for us. Everything was well kept up. We had a question about the wifi when we got there and we were able to get that figured out right away. The Customer Service was great!!

Waipouli Beach Resort is a great location to stay. Easy access, walkable location to restaurants & groceries. It also is great to visit north or south shores. Unit C405 has ocean & mountain views. It was very clean & provided a relaxing vacation.

A perfect vacation for our family. Everyone was so accommodating and super friendly and kind. Loved the sunshine through the rain with amazing rainbow views!
