Is katycraft.com Legit?

Item described as tinsel and needing batteries made of tinsel, they were plastic have no lights in them and nowhere to install batteries, if I don't get a refund I will be opening a charge back claim with my bank.

Ordered and charged straight away. After a week no order confirmation, so contacted them. They cancelled the order, stating a stock problem. Refund issued they said…. Two weeks later and many emails no refund received. Amex contacted to dispute charge.Avoid avoid avoid

Item received was a much chepaer and leeser quality to the one described on their site. going by other reviews, a refund will be hard to come by. I went to this site looking for a booster car seat. Looking at the reviews, as most people do, I noticed the pictures from "verified buyers" all had the same table cover!? Speaks volumes what kind of company they are.

A drill guide, advertised as aluminium was, in fact, plastic. Delivery was almost a month, this company appears to be based in Vietnam. I asked for a refund as the product was incorrectly described. Told it would take a month. If I was cynical I would suspect the misrepresentation was not accidental. Despite my comments it has not been changed

I tried canceling my order before it was shipped and they refused to cancel the order. 3 days after trying to cancel they emailed order is ready to be shipped and cannot be cancelled. When the shoes arrived it looked nothing like what was being advertised. It cannot even be worn because it was a thin paper looking shoe that was supposed to be an orthopedic trainers.

Appalling, product not as described. Reviews show a quality aluminium tool the actual item received is cheap plastic and could be bought on ebay for a fraction of the cost. Doubt I will see the money back. Completely fraudulent representation of goods. Shocking really, I will take more time in future to vet companies before purchasing. Buyers beware on this one.

I am totally disgusted with this Company.I was initially given to understand I was dealing with a UK company, and I returned the product which was not fit for purpose ,back to the address on the parcel.I was then told I should have sent it back to China.There is no sign of a refund yet they have the product.I will have lost over £30 and will never ever deal with Katy Craft again

What I ordered was nowhere near the product that was advertised. In addition, the reviews on the site are obviously fake because the images show a product of far better quality and bigger in size. Avoid this site at all costs. You'll end up waiting a long time for a poor Chinese product that isn't what you paid for.

I bought a baby high chair seat but the quality was not what I expected (there was some fraying on the stitching). I ordered my cushion on 31/1/2023 received it on 13/2/2022. Well packaged. Cushion was what I was expecting. Received a couple of emails a few days before I got the cushion to update when they were arriving. Only issue is the name of the company did not suggest nor did anywhere on the website say that you're buying straight from China. My problem is that when products comes from that far away it will inevitably take longer than when the products are in the UK. I would have preferred more transparent that score otherwise I have no complaint.

Order never arrived. Company supposed to be based in Belfast but email replies are from Vietnam. Emailed on numerous occasions just get referred to a tracking number which has put the package somewhere between China and the UK for the last month. Trying to get a refund but no response as yet

I've never shopped on this site but I did check it out. Sure enough, as I can tell you, the site is a fraudulent store with an adorable look and that's all it is. Firstly, sells bootlegged anime/game figures for way much more than they're actually worth. Secondly, the owners of this site steals images of various artists on Etsy and uses them to advertise the products on their site. There isn't much more to say but, however, if you value your time and money, don't use this site, you'll be ripped off.
