Absolutely the best experience EVER !!!I was in search for the perfect ring fromEmporia, Kansas to Kansas City and then I found Karats and I had no desire to look any further.Selection, service and best value from all the stores I visited. I started my journey for the perfect ring many months ago and then came back to Karats to finally place the order.I have now gotten a beautiful engagement ring and two wedding bands from this amazing and local establishment.Visit Karats and you won’t regret it. They are absolutely top notch.

We just returned for our wedding bands and the service was exemplary and we found the perfect wedding bands by the help of Elise. I can say that working with Karats has been the best experience, it was nothing short of magical for me. love this place. I went just to start preparing get an idea on price, quality, and the perfect ideal balance. The staff was incredibly knowledge and heard every word I said when describing what I wanted. Although I made it clear I wasn’t ready to purchase or finance the day of visit they still gave me 5 star service as if I were ready to buy the most expensive ring in the building with no pressure just purely informative. 5 stars for the service and 10 stars for the inventory. So many options to fit the identity and personal values of just about any customer. Highly recommended.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Purchased our most beautiful engagement ring 💍 from Karats. The process from start to finish was smooth and the best. We ended up at Karats after we had a less favorable experience at another jewelry store in town. After my experience here , I will never shop at another jewelry store in Kansas City. Have you seen a movie where the entire jewelry store is closed, because the main character is shopping there? When I went to Karats, I felt like I was the lead in a movie. Andy not only took the time to make us feel like his most important customers, but he listened to us as we talked about our tastes, which was obvious when the suggestions he brought out were spot on. The selection is amazing; there are lots of options, whether you're spending $ or $$$$$.

We custom designed our engagement ring with black diamonds and they turned out absolutely flawless. A great gem in the Kansas City market. I've been in to see Mr Andy at Karats twice now, and twice I've left with 2 fantastic watches at great prices! Andy and his staff are super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the brands on hand and even ones they don't carry. The selection is far better than anywhere else I've been. Andy and the staff actually care what you're looking for and don't give the off the "I'm better than you" attitude that other dealers give off if you aren't looking at the most expensive piece in their store. Andy, you have my watch business and when the Mrs is due for an upgraded ring, we'll be back in too.

KARATS not only has a great selection of engagement rings, bands and other jewelry, but also a very helpful and friendly staff. After getting engaged my husband and I picked out our rings together. Over champagne, trying on hundreds of styles, with full service, we both found the perfect rings for us. Andy went the extra mile to ensure we were both happy.
