Is kapowtoys.co.uk Legit?

Kapow were really understanding and helpful with my purchase. I pre-ordered months ago and paid a deposit only fee at the time. Then the figure came into stock and needed the sizeable balance settling before dispatch. Unfortunately I didn’t have that kind of money at the time, but Kapow were kind enough to allow me to wait until payday to settle up the balance. Delivery was very speedy after payment, figure arrived safe and sound and now has pride of place in the cabinet. Thank you!

I have ordered multiple items from Kapow Toys and even had direct help from Andy himself when trying to source a figure I could not find anywhere else (and successfully obtained through Kapow). Ordered another figure recently and as expected, it arrived very promptly and in mint condition as requested in the order notes. Highly recommended company and Andy is great - one of the best around! What a thoughtful company: customer service quick and efficient and very considerate indeed. An issue with something that the manufacturer had not included in the box (no fault of Kapowtoys) was resolved, with a very meaningful birthday present saved as a result. Aftersales can be better.Bought original Takara transformer with Black Friday discount.Item arrived ok, box not damaged. Inside i saw some big flaws with the Figure. A KO version would look better. Answer of aftersales was, it’s A discounted Figure and that is what to expect, they didn’t mentioned iT on the site at the article I’m not happy, they even didn’t try contacting Takara for this issue.Shipping was exelent, fast response on my mail, but disapointing answer, can not rate higer then average sorry guys.

Super Happy with my preorder which arrived today. The ordering process, including deposit and being invoiced for the remainder was seamless. Item was pre-ordered several months ago but once it was in stock and paid off it was shipped immediately. Item arrived within the 48 hour tracked so very pleased indeed!Definitely one of the best figures retailer out there.

Ok, Kapow toys have always delivered on their promises....if I order an item, I receive exactly that.I just wish there was some sort of reward or points scheme to honour loyal customers.Also I have subscribed to their news letter in the past and never received it.....maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Hasbro released a figure I wanted as part of a really expensive 5 figure box set, with 4 figures I had no interest in. Kapow were selling the figures individually so I managed to get the one I wanted at a great price. When the parcel arrived, I have no idea what the royal mail had done to it but there was a large tear in the box. I fully expected the box to be missing the figure but in amongst a cocoon of bubble wrap was the very well protected figure. Amazing packaging that you don't get from any other retailer really saved the day! Brilliant service from Kapow as always!

Ordered Ghostbusters Plasma Series Neutrona Wand for next day delivery, having just cancelled Zavvi and Amazon orders for the same product, both of which said they wouldn't be able to deliver for a further 2 weeks, despite having preordered months ago. Received my wand within 24 hours of order and at a lower price than Amazon and Zavvi. Can't fault Kapow - will defo be buying more from them. Thanks guys!

You won’t find a group of more caring and honest people than those at Kapow Toys. They are passionate and knowledgable fans of the product themselves which goes a long way to building any customer confidence. During this COVID-19 crisis their ongoing service to keep product safely shipping to those of us at home has been commendable. It has broken up the days with some toy goodness and brought happiness.Kapow Toys is often imitated but never bettered.

Awesome company. I've ordered from them directly and also via eBay, and experienced first-rate service on each occasion. Products (Transformers in both cases) were exactly as described, and delivered quickly and very securely packaged. Will definitely order from again.

Recently ordered a lunar cruiser prime, it broke out of the box. Got into contact with kapow, sent back my copy and they sent a new one out in 3 days. Exceptional service. Definitely recommend !!

As a 1st time user I was a bit sceptical as always with new online businesses but save to say Kapow Toys are genuine.They were quite helpful when it came to a lost order, due to Royal Mail. Order was resent soon as.very pleased with helpful service

Recently made my first order and was sceptical as was a lot cheaper then other stores online but I thought I'd give it a go. Product arrived next working day at no extra cost and incredibly well packaged. Very pleased.As a result i've already cancelled 2 preorders I had elsewhere and placed them with Kapow instead. Saved myself £70 in doing so!! Will make this my first stop for collectable toys from now on:) thanks guys!!

I've been shopping with Kapow for years now and never had an issue. Even when I recently purchased something with a part missing they were more than happy to help. Given I had already opened it, I chose to keep it and build a replacement part instead.Their customer service has always been very quick and helpful, from changing addresses to updates on preorders. I highly reccomend this site for collectors.

I am ordered from them twice.The last time I ordered Mastermind Creation Reformatted R-28 Tyrantron Reissue,Transformers SDCC Titans Return Primitive Optimus Prime and Generation Toy GT-08B Copter ( Katanna ).The quality for the Figures are nice. Unique and rare. If you are a collector you definitely need them too. The service well packed my Items and delivery has always been prompt.Their customer service has always been very quick and helpful. They have a fantastic selection of collectibles. What a great store! I'm especially impressed by the level of the customer service. Everytime I order something, I'm very pleased so I guess I will soon place another order.
