Is kansimo.uk Legit?

I am so annoyed with myself for not checking the reviews here first! I am slightly more fortunate than some of the other reviewers in that my order did arrive (after a very long wait) but it wasn't worth it arriving at all. Terrible quality, looks nothing like the picture. Do not purchase from here!

Awful company. Avoid! Pics are misleading and product quality is horrendous. Refund policy is lengthy and costly. This is not a UK based company contrary to the URL; it is based in China.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Why didn't I read reviews????? My purchased never arrived. No contact details,no customer service that I can find. And no reply to my message through facebook. Hate being ripped off

I would give this less than 1 star. I have been waiting for 2 months on my cats new toy and it’s never arrived. I asked for my money back and they said it was “not in their policy’ to give money back when the item is in transit? It’s been 2 months. They rip people off constantly. I just wished I had read the reviews before buying. I’ve found a phone number for them and will call them. I will also find ways of reviewing this company to make people avoid them. Taking money out of my bank is theft Kansimo and NOT in my policy either. I have asked if it is likely that my item will be delivered sometime this year !!! I’ve had no response yet

So annoyed, read trust pilot straight after purchasing and immediately asked for refund, to which they queried why, ignored email then few days later got email saying item had been shipped. Ball arrived flat-packed and weeks later still hasn't got it's shape. Avoid at all costs!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!😡Toy is really poor quality flimsy and awful-not as advertised - comes squashed flat in a vacuum pack and never recovers.Company is in Austria cost £9.40 to return and they didn’t bother to collect it so it was returned to me - has now cost £35 for two awful useless toys that probably cost around £1.50 to produce.

Like other buyers I wish I’d read these reviews. Purchased on impulse after seeing it promoted on Instagram. Supposed to be a Christmas present for the dogs but still not arrived despite being supposedly dispatched on 14 Dec. No tracking links. Didn’t realise they were coming from China. Save your money.

What an absolute joke of a company.I placed an order on 6th Feb. Never arrived. emailed only to be fobbed off with it rakes 10-12 business days as stated on website, which it isn't. Chased again today to request a full refund. I doubt I will get one. Imagine how much h money this company are making from people and not fulfilling their commitment.An absolute disgrace

I ordered a dog toy from this company via Facebook after seeing all the Facebook reviews. Wish I had come to TP first. After 6 weeks my toy did arrive, but it was broken. Their website looks really professional but in reality they are selling cheap tat that would probably not meet UK safety standards. Even if this toy worked I would have reservations about allowing my puppy to play with it, the quality is awful.

This is one of those websites that looks like you are buying from a UK retailer but it's actually being shipped direct from China. I bought the snufflemaster, it is vacuum packed so the ball does not form a sphere when unpacked. It took almost a month to arrive. Not trustworthy. Wish I had looked for a review first. I tried to leave a 1star on their website. Unsurprisingly, it's not there.

Absolutely appalling. I ordered a treat ball in october. I was happy to wait the long delivery time. It arrived on November 20th but was vacuum packed so split the rubber. I immediately contacted kansimo who offered a replacement or 30% refund. I took the replacement and told it was arrive between 12-16 days. After 22 days i contacted them as i hadnt recieved it. They seem to have gone mute on emails and now wont respond to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Kansimo are a shocking company. Ordered a dog toy which looked great in the pictures. After 2 weeks nothing arrived. Messaged their customer services who were rude and unhelpful. Package arrived a few days later from CHINA. Awful quality product which did not function correctly and was not getting near my dog. Tried to return the item and was told it was be at my expense and it had to go to SWEDEN even though they claim to be UK based. No refund and crap product. In the bin. Avoid.

Like so many others, I wish I had read these reviews. So disappointed that I’ve ordered and paid and now they ignore emails and the Royal Mail number says they are still waiting for it. It’s been over 10 days since it was sent on a 48hr tracking. They do not reply and they have no way of being contacted other than email. Annoyed and disappointed on behalf of my bank balance and dogs.

Ordered two dog harnesses back at the begining of October, they supposedly shipped on the 15th. Didn't arrive by the 31st so contacted them. They claimed to have reshipped with the explanation that it was the carrier that had messed up. Still no harnesses by the 10th of novemeber. Asked for a refund and I've been told no because they have personalisation on them which is a lie. There was no personalisation added as my dog already has the velcro labels for her current harness which can be moved over to the new one and the puppy doesn't need any. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.

Still have not received my order. Have asked numerous times for an update and just keep being told it's coming or it's not their fault that it hasn't arrived and that it is the shipper....clearly it's their fault as my contract is with them! Have opened a fraudulent charge with my credit card provider.

I have to admit I was worried after I saw the reviews however I have to say my items arrived and in quick time I had one happy puppy Thank you

I ordered a dog harness from this company in October, and the excuses for non-delivery range from problems with shipping partner, high influx of orders, your replacement is in progress, and a 30% discount on my next order. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. This company is a complete SHAM. They claim to have 52,000 satisfied customers but it is impossible to leave a review on their website, and despite several requests for a refund, I AM STILL WAITING. Like others I wish I had read the reviews at the time of ordering, however I shall put this one down to experience. PLEASE DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY>

I purchased the dog collar convinced it was going to stop my dog barking but made no difference at all not happy

I placed an order for a personalised dog collar on 6th October. I received a shipment confirmation on 14th October. When I tracked the parcel the number was not recognised. I emailed Kansimo several times but was told repeatidly "I can confirm that your order has been processed and is currently being shipped". The customer services is rubbish. They are unhelpful and just repeat the same thing over and over - "I can confirm that your order has been processed and is currently being shipped". In total I have sent 25 emails. My parcel has never arrived and Kansimo refused to send me a replacement collar or refund me. They had the cheek to offer me a 10% discount off my next order. Do NOT buy from this company. They are a scam!!Be warned.

This company does not even deserve a 1 star but there is no option for 0. I agree with every single one of these reviews, absolute scammers. Ordered a harness on 13/10/23. Bet you can all guess I haven't received it. Rubbish communication from the company. They blame it on shipping and tell me they've sent another weeks ago. Will NEVER buy from an ad on Facebook again. My puppy will be an adult by the time I either receive the harness or get a refund.
