Wanted to order a customised one, and noticed the rest of the website looked very… fake? Odd? Like everything is being drop-shipped. After a quick google search, I realised they’ve stolen all the photos and video content from Iddybiddytitty.co.uk for the sweaty mugs. And that they don’t have any mugs in stock. It’s all a scam. DO NOT BUY
Do not buy thinking you will get a quality item manufactured in the USA.The tracking starts in the states then continues to China.I bought the "gear balls"as a stocking fillers.When they arrived they were hard plastic with sharp edges and very small.So far they have offered a £5 refund or send back at my expense and they will reimburse if they agree with my complaint!Avoid!
I bought 4 G63 clocks that are meant to charge your phone as well as playing music and have a light display. They’re Christmas gifts but I thought I’d open 1 to check it worked. The cable is so short it won’t reach the clock (it’s about 10cm long). The phone charger part doesn’t work. I contacted customer support who have offered me £5 refund. Please do not buy from this company. Waste of money.

Also like others I have been charged more than the invoice amount.I ordered some of their plug in Heaters, when I received them I read the instructions and safety - they are a hazard and I would never dream of using them or giving them to anyone else. Ordered from this company on 23rd June, still not had my parcel. The bras were far too small, despite them allegedly being the size I ordered. The only way I could get a refund was to pay £18 for return shipping. This option was better than the £4 refund offer. I received a full refund for the bras, but no refund for the postage.
It seems they only refunded everyone £2 but I paid £12.99 plus insurance. I wouldn't order from them if I checked their reviews earlier as the size is much smaller than UK size. I will not order anything through Facebook or Instagram adverts again. Waste your time and money.
Two different sizes arrived after about 6 weeks of waiting. The cup size part of the label of the smaller one had been physically cut off with scissors. Paid £26 and was offered £4 compensation. Absolute disgrace.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered a 3 pack of strapless bras...they took 8 weeks (and lots of chasing) to arrive. When they finally did, the quality was very poor - uneven shape, poor stitching, puckered material - and actually not aligned with the design advertised. Spend your money elsewhere where you have better chance of full refund if not satisfied.

This company is a SCAM COMPANY and should be totally avoided. At the point of sale they purport to be a UK and USA based company when in reality they are based in China. Between point of sale and delivery they send a series of e mails which state the goods are being shipped from the USA - the goods are coming from China. Immediately after the point of sale they send an order confirmation e mail. This e mail confirms you will pay the listed price. What then happens is the company take a much higher payment from your payment source. You only find this out when you check your payment source account and see the higher amount paid. They try to justify the unauthorized higher payment as "tax" and "insurance" (which is illegal). The company use glossy videos to advertise their goods on both their website and other online portals - the goods shown look to be good quality as would be expected from a UK or USA based company. The order process uses UK sizes. What you will receive in goods is nothing like what is adevrtised on their website and at the point of sale. What you will be sent by the company will be rubbish quality and poorly manufactured. The goods are so dreadful they are unusable. The sizes of the goods sent will likely be wring and even if marked as the size ordered will not be of the right size. When you challenge the company over the unauthorized over payment they will part refund the over payment but will staunchly refuse to refund all the overcharge so you will have to fight via your payment platform. When you raise issue with the poor and wrongly sized goods the company will offer a paultry amount of refund and insist you pass the goods on to others. They will also lie claiming they sent correct and quality goods and will fight if you raise dispute via your payment platform. AVOID AVOID AVOID - you have been warned about these scammers. I ordered 3 support bras from Kanners-ashines, I have been bombarded with emails about the updates about tracking my order, only to see that the order is at the customs in the United States again. I have been waiting now for a month, the lastest email I have to date, is to speak to customer service, sounds great, but it does help when you have a generated computer robot, not being to understand your query, the only infomation I got was, I order a sports bra , in which I did not.. and it is now being shipped to UK. If this company isn't fake fine, but making your business appear fake, cannot be good for the customer or the businness, I hope to get my goods that I am still holding out for. My advised anyone who mabe thinking of purchasing goods from Kanners-ashines. Don't go there.
