I just got the doll in 14 Days after place order and received only 14Days that was really fast tho everything is good when I received the parcel.Anyways KANADOLL are trusted and responsible I don't know another sexdoll store website are good or no but KANADOLL are trusted for everyone quality is very good and affordable price.They also gift something value useful stuff too.

An actual work of art. Customer service was excellent and the workmanship and attention to detail from the factory was above and beyond. The total time from ordering to delivery was just short of a month but it was worth it.

The customer service was really good. I got a quick response and all my questions were satisfactorily answered. The doll was in good conditions except for the back part, where there was some hard impressions left on it which may be due to the doll was placed on that position for long on the hard surface inside the box. And the most important thing is that I had expected the TPE body of the doll to be more softer than what I have received. I hope in future company will manufacture more softer body to provide realistic effect. Overall the doll is good and good looking just as shown in the advertisement. Thank you.

I ordered a doll from far away. I am pleased with the company, they explained everything constructively and to the point and showed the product in photo format. The doll arrived relatively quickly, I’m happy with everything, the only thing is that you need to be physically prepared, because it is very heavy, but otherwise everything is very high quality and beautifully done!

Purchased a torso from Kanadoll. It wasn’t pricey (over $500) so I wasn’t expecting high quality. I thought I was purchasing from the US warehouse but apparently I didn’t do it took a little longer than expected. They sent me photos of the torso (w/ head and arms) and it look just like the pic on the website. Once my purchase reached the US it arrived at my place pretty quickly. I opened the box to find that what they sent me did not match the photos they sent. Same design and all, skin tone was very dark. I wasn’t too happy about the bait and switch photos. I checked my order and I didn’t realize that I had purchased the torso with tan skin. The website photo was NOT tan and the photos they sent me it was NOT tan skin either. If they had I would have canceled the order and reordered with the lighter skin tone. But I didn’t want the hassle of returning it so I just dealt with it. After a couple of uses I noticed that there was a sloshing sound coming from inside the torso. I’m always careful when cleaning. I even put a plastic bag around the neck and held it with a rubber band. Apparently the back of the vagina cavity wasn’t sealed and there was a hollow area just behind it. Either a design flaw or a manufacturing defect. I emailed Kanadoll to let them know. I got a nice long response telling me no refunds on custom orders. Which it wasn’t, it was a “purchase as is”, absolutely no changes. The email also said it was my fault for not checking it out when it arrived. I’m sorry but that issues was in a place where it is not visible, I can’t even stick my fingers in that far to check it. Just FYI, I did not request an exchange or refund when I emailed Kanadoll. Their response put all the blame on me. This was my first and last purchase from Kanadoll. First the bait and switch photos and then blaming me for a defective product.

So, I snagged this silicone doll from Kanadoll, and lemme tell ya, the realism is off the charts! But, here's the kicker—it's crazy heavy. Like, seriously, I can't even lift it by myself! The lifelike vibes are spot-on, but handling this weight is a workout I wasn't ready for. Still, if you're all about that hyper-realistic doll life, Kanadoll's got the game on lock. Just be ready to pump some iron to move this beaut around!

She reminds me a lot of a character I've seen in video games, and some of the best game designers have created such characters. Once more =P, the model designers should get a raise because they have skillfully chaptered several lovely sorts.

I have a certain amount to spend on a doll after all normal expenses are taken care of. Well Kanadoll has what I was looking for in a BEAUTIFUL doll for a reasonable price. I paid $600 for a doll with two (yes, two) heads. That’s usually a $300-ish value for that second head. I’ve bought dolls before and usually cheap dolls wouldn’t last. This one looks very quality built and the kicker? She’s very light! I don’t know what else to say but I am very happy with the doll and I will definitely be giving Kanadoll more of my patronage.

decent doll for a beginner. Remember that the reason I'm reviewing this because of how inexpensive it is. It's my first doll as well. The doll was well packed and came in an unmarked box. The doll itself has decent craftsmanship and is reasonably priced. It was lovely that it came with two wigs. The not so good: The hair comb, douche, and supplied "extras" are the cheapest, thinnest plastic I have ever come across. They are completely unnecessary for this purchase, there I threw away. I'm pleased with the doll overall, and I plan to buy from Kanadoll once more soon.
