Came sooner than I was expecting. Well informed with emails. Good price. Nicely packaged. Definitely use them again.

So easy to order and delivery was within a few days. Great range of products which are not all readily available in retail outlets. The price is much lower than the supermarkets too. Absolutely fantastic procedure throughout and I can more than happily recommend and give five stars.

First class service from this company. Have ordered twice, and each time the product arrived on time, with regular updates, and in perfect condition. The coffee is excellent too. Highly recommend.

This is good coffee at a good price, with delivery in 1-2 weeks.Real coffee is generally cheaper in European supermarkets than the UK, and this extends to online purchases too. I've placed two orders with Kaffekapslen for the office coffee club and have been very pleased. First purchase from this Company.Ordered 280 capsules on June 19 delivered to Limerick June 25 . Great selection and üp to date tracking information.So 280 capsules mix of brands and intensity worked out @ .25 cent per capsule. With expiry dates 03 /26Very happy with my first order thank you.

First order customer here. I ordered dulce gusto pods. The first three pods i tried burst in the machine. They were from different flavours and batches too. The hot liquid spilled out all over myself and my kitchen each time. I quite rightly had no wish to burn myself again so contacted Kaffekapslen for a return and refund & was asked to provide batch numbers and pictures of pods and machine so that they could 'contact the manufacturer' Something I do not believe has taken place nor is likely to. It's taken at least 2 weeks after delivery to get to this point and I've dealth with 3 different people who havent bothered reading the info. They are refusing to refund. I am sending all this information and the remaining defective pods to Trading Standards. Nobody deserves to be burned by these pods. Customer service from this company is well below standard and I would not recommend wasting your money or time.Edit- I have received an offer of a 50% refund which I have not accepted. Still refusing full refund. Still delaying.

We had prevously ordered the cheaper pods for dolce gusto and they were ok, the next time we ordered a lot in bulk as the delivery took ages the first time. When they finally arrived the majority split within seconds of making the coffee, it was an awful batch. We were having to use two pods + a nescafe decaf to make one cup of coffee not to mention all the mess and frustration. Kaffekapslen took a while to respond with a solution about this but in the end gave us a £50 voucher which helped but this did take a while and there was a lot of slow back and forth with messages over this. Im saying 4 out of 5 because they are a decent price for the offical nescafe pods, but be prepared for a long delivery time if you arer in the UK as they send them from somewhere in Europe. We wont be ordering the cheap ones again, if it was based on that and they didnt provide a solution I would rate 1 star, but they did and the price was ok, so 4 out of 5 seems about right

We are a family of coffee drinkers and found a couple of our favourite types, lungo and espresso were not always available in dolce gusto pods at the supermarket. Drastic action required so I placed my first order for over £50 hoping the product was ok.Delivered postage free in good time I got 20 compatable boxes and in terms of taste it's top marks for the whole range that's latte, cappuccino, and flat white as well as the aforementioned types.Remarkable value too well below even supermarket brands of the original pod. In the words of Arnie 'I'll be back!'

Will definitely be buying again! First time using this company. Usually buy tassimo coffee pods as we're coffeeholics, a fantastic selection to choose from. Great tracking and considering it came from overseas it arrived very quickly! A week in fact! Would recommend highly!

Gotta be honest here....I really don't rate the coffee from this company. As someone who loves coffee and drinks a lot of it and mainly black coffee this was so disappointing. The vanilla flavoured pods left an awful taste in my mount, the crème brule pods also tasted atrocious. The dynamite coffee wasn't as mind blowing as expected and the normal pods are average at best. Quite honestly having tried different pods from most companies these rate below the Costa pods which are also shocking.I can't fault the price or the service as they are top notch but when you buy over 100 pods and they taste dreadful and leave an awful taste in your mouth it's depressing as I've thrown quite a few away and just kept the ones that are ok. Again nothing special unfortunately. Really disappointed and will go back to one of the other pod companies.

We have three different coffee machines (one pods, one beans, one filter) and the reason we love Kaffeekapslen is that you can order all different types from the website, which is convenient. This is our fourth order and the prices are cheaper than in the local stores. The only downside (but we're already factoring that in) are the long shipping times. It usually takes 10-14 days from the day of the order so we always order before the last coffee runs out. People need to be aware that shipping times are much longer than advertised. I also wish there was a loyalty program, to my knowledge there isn't one.

Super cheap at 10.6pence each when I ordered 470 capsules at £49.77 including freight from Denmark. I normally pay 27 to 35 pence per capsule but now pay 1/3 and they taste great. Shipping was slow since packed Friday morning and only left Denmark the following Friday. Two weeks but i was informed about delivery progress. I save so much money and do not mind waiting. Very well packed. Will order again. Strongly recommended.

Great price compared to the UK, excellent shipping price too considering where it comes from. It takes a bit longer to deliver but Kaffekapslen is very open about this and it is explained during the order process. I ordered on Thursday very late and i had my pods the next Friday so about a week. Cant be happier, will certainly use them again

They use DHL, so my parcel never arrived!! And they dont answer, when I ask for my money back🤬 The only respons I got, is the one under here.....and a mail saying they cant fix it anyway! Stay clear!!!

Fantastic!! A great selection at half the price of superstore prices. I opted for a ‘trial’ nespresso box which has 10 different varieties - I also added additional ‘dynamite’ boxes and strong lungo options as well as decaf. I chose the aluminium pods as they work best in my machine. The taste of the hazelnut, vanilla and caramel pods is unexpectedly flavourful for those hints, and very enjoyable. I ordered over the Easter holiday period so although delivery was 2 days longer than the expected period, was not unexpected. Arrived well packed and really pleased. Have already picked out my next pods for next time.

An excellent variety of coffees all at a very competitive price. Considering Kaffekapslen are based in Denmark, delivery to the UK was surprisingly quick.One thing I'd like to see is the flavour being indicated on the individual Pods rather than just on the box. Now that I've stored them away I can't remember what colour is what flavour. Ah well, nothing like a surprise each morning !

Any reservations I had about using them were quickly replaced with great communication and package tracking. The choice of pods and flavours is amazing with pistachio being a personal favourite of mine. The products coming from Denmark initially worried me, but they were delivered promptly and I was updated every step of the way. This is my first order of what will be many. I highly recommend this company. Edit. It's now the second time I've used this company now and everything ran smoothly even though it was sent over the bank holidays, there were zero issues! Customer for life.
