jysk.se Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives jysk.se a medium-high trust score on the platform: 74.5. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 74.5 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to jysk.se's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning jysk.se, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between jysk.se and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of jysk.se. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of jysk.se, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. jysk.se is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether jysk.se has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether jysk.se boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, jysk.se.

I buy clock 12 November 2024 and clock was bigger size according to my wall . On the very next day I want to return it in sickla (Nacka ) Jysk store but the person say there is scratch on clock this and that . The thing is that he was not in mood to return so simply made excuses and I said I didn’t use . He said no I will not return and I said you can keep the clock and bill . The person didn’t insist to me that you have paid for this please take it He keep the clock and bill Then I call to customer service they reply the same . I am living since 8 years in Sweden it was first ever bad experience with me . They have very bad policy while we went to return I think they are dealing with bad economy that’s why they are trying this shit to keep customers stuff 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
This shop is the worst nightmare I ever experienced! First they forgot about my order (already PAID!) for almost a month, while promised to deliver within 5-10 days, then they gave the wrong information to the delivery company and instead of having the full service I HAVE PAID for, namely delivery and carry in TO MY FLAT (already PAID!) I got only delivery and had to carry in 137 kg (!) myself with a sick back! If they treat their customers like this they do not deserve to be on the market!
👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Too poor Guarantee and reclamation policy.Never believe in their guarantee because they do not follow. The bed support broke suddenly at night after buying it 14 month and using it 10 months.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎The answer was:Im sorry to inform you that we will not be able to accept this claim since we have made the assessment that this damage is not from a fault in the production.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Worst customer service and supportI have similar bad experience in many of the jysk stores I visited in Stockholm like Häggvik, väsby Infracity, and Nacka. Almost all these three stores I have visited have very unprofessional staff (the ones I met). They are not ready to help and respond very unprofessional manner when we need their assistance. I think jysk store personnel need to be sent to training in a store like IKEA, where they can learn how to treat and support customers in a professional manner. this is the only store so far I found in Sweden with most unpleasant staff.
The quality is soo poor and doesn't match the price, 1000kr (500kr in sale)for a shoe rack and there was a big crack straight out of the box, They agreed to return it so they have given us a new one but a different color : ( how stupid, We have to drive back and forth two times.
The stores are a complete mess, prices all wrong we discovered after that we paid. Staff doesn't care and blame other custormers for changing the prices on the shelfs. Returned the stuff immediately, will never buy anything in jysk again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This store is awful and they take zero responsibility for any wrong doings on their part. The 100 days of trying out a new Gold mattress-guarantee is a total scam, because you have to buy a mattress-protector at the same time, so it´s on the same receipt. Do the employees at the store tell you this when you order the mattress? Or when you come to pick it up a week later? No, why would they? Because then they would have to honour the 100 days sleep guarantee.Do you already own a mattress-protector that you use? Doesn´t matter. You have to buy a new one and use it. I don´t know how Jysk knows if you have used the mattress-protector or not. Do you have to bring pictures of everytime you made the bed? And when you contact customer service, they tell you that they have to follow the rules when it comes to the mattress-protector, because they have to discard of the mattress if you have not used a mattress-protector. But, they have to discard of the mattress regardless of the mattress-protector, because it is a classified as a hygiene product. Make it make sense.Oh, and just incase you really want to try a Gold mattress from Jysk and you can buy it in Norway, do that. Because nowhere on the norwegian website does it say anything about bying a mattress-protector at the same time. So yeah, the company is the same, the mattress is the same and the name of the mattress guarantee is the same, but the terms are not. Yeah, so Jysk in Sweden, and spesifically Norrtälje, just stay away.
Bad customer service, understaffed stores, nobody can help you in stores, you will only see one personal on the cashier and one on the back side of the warehouse, and sometimes on person on the floor who is always busy with tons of customers at once.Stores are unclear to navigate in and planned in a very bad way. When picking up my furniture from the warehouse you could see extremely bad logistics in terms of a tiny stockroom and over load with huge boxes, they probably make money by cutting on expenses on staff and renting unreliable retails to run their business.Customer service is bad and says things that don't match with what you hear from staff on the cashier. I bought the worst bed here and will never buy from this store againBad business, bad quality, everything about this place is the worst you can imagine.
The Black Friday deals at Jysk seemed misleading to me. I ordered a table and chair online and paid in full. The next day, I was informed that my order was processed and sent to the nearest store. However, there were no updates for a week. Repeated inquiries to the customer center only led to assurances that my items were at the local store and would be available soon. After four more days without any delivery notification, I decided to visit the store myself. They informed me they hadn't received my order, though they had similar items in stock. They offered to cancel my online order so I could buy the items in-store, but I discovered that the prices had been raised. It appeared to be a tactic: advertise discounts for Black Friday, then increase prices and delay deliveries if there's high demand. I chose to cancel my order, as I found similar furniture at discounted prices elsewhere. The customer service was disappointing and seemed dishonest, showing a lack of professionalism and transparency.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with JYSK, and I feel compelled to warn others about the appalling level of service I encountered.First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. I've never come across such a disregard for customer satisfaction in Sweden. Misinformation and misleading policies seem to be the norm rather than the exception. One glaring example of this is their home delivery service. Both in-store and on their website, they advertise home delivery to your specified address. However, don't be fooled. They conveniently "interpret" home delivery as dropping your package off at the nearest pavement—not your actual address. This kind of blatant deception is unacceptable and reeks of dishonest business practices.Their lack of transparency and disregard for customer welfare make them not worth the trouble.
One of worst experience i've ever had with JYSK, i ordered furniture for my apartment, they sent on wrong address and after 2 weeks they were able to deliver the furniture at correct address and i lived in my new apartment without having anything for 2 weeks with my small kids.Once received, sofa and bed was damaged, i claimed and again they sent on wrong address and after multiple calls and visits ar store they delivered and again 2 pieces of sofa was damaged and the committed the compensation for delay and told me to take the damaged item and they will give me 600 SEK. Sofa price was 8000 SEK.I opened again support ticket and it took me 3 months to get claim but they never send me claim nor damaged item and sofa get harder and internal spring damaged and they are not accepting claim.Worse part they send me email that they sent 600 SEK gift voucher but actually didn't send me anything nor accepting claim and closed the case.I strongly not recommend JYSK for their worse quality of furniture and worse customer service.STRONGLY REJECTED JYSK
I live in Lund and I had done a click & collect for a coffee table at JYSK Trelleborg, as the item was only available here, and I got a confirmation message that I can pick it up. I drove all the way to JYSK Trelleborg, paid for the item and when they went to bring the item for me, they came back and told me that they have sold it to someone else. How is it possible that a customer has reserved an item through click and collect and you sell it to someone else? And why did they charge me before confirming if they still had the item in the store? The staff at the store did not even apologize, not to mention driving all the way to Trelleborg with the increased fuel prices. Anyhow as I had already paid for it, they made an order for me and said I should get it in two weeks. Its been more than two weeks, and no info yet. I try to reach out to customer service via chat, they have no information either. Worst supply chain management ever.
I ordered "Ikea-like" furniture on Jysk and I was afraid of the quality. For what I ordered it reached my expectations and I was happy with it.Also ordered few decorations that look nice.
I ordered a bed and a recliner chair in the beginning of January 2024, the delivery was set to the week after and I was to wait for an order confirmation on the different boxes .It came a few days into the week and the week after I could see one of the 6 boxes wasn’t updating so I called JYDSK customer service - they told me the transport company , BRING, had “ probably lost one of the boxes” (???), so my options were to take delivery of the 5 boxes and pick up the last box at the nearest shop myself , as I payed for home delivery for all of it it, it kinda lost its meaning to have some delivered and not all of it, so my second option was to delete the existing delivery and make a new one for delivery the week after . The week after I get the Chair and 4 other boxes and one of the boxes is missing - also one of the boxes is missing one bracket for the bed . So I can’t assemble the bed. A week later the top mattress arrives, and in that is the instructions for assembly ,- so yea, that was missing aswell . They end up sending the missing part to a shop at the south of Sweden - I live in Torsby in Värmland so that’s just stupid .The last part got sent to the correct shop after another 14 days and the whole ordeal from start to finish ends up taking close to two months without me being able to assemble what I already payed for . They gave me 1500 SEK compensation, I personally think that’s way under what’s needed for a case like this - An simple order that was supposed to take one week ended up taking more like two months. I’m never ordering from them again .
I bought a sofa last week and I got an email saying that the sofa will be available to collect about one week after the order. The week passed and I got no confirmation that the sofa is available, so I talked with the customer service via chat, they informed me that the delivery date will be after one and half month, and they have nothing to do related to this situation, I don't recommend to by from this company, as I think they have a very bad supply chain management, and they don't care about the customers at all, they don't even bother themselves to send you an update about your order delivering situation, you need to follow them.
Purchased a large bed from a physical location (Karlstad) in August (cost over 5000 kr). Was handed a pamphlet with my receipt that stated there was a warranty included with my purchase. This was the first time I purchased a larger piece of furniture from Jysk. After around 7 -8 months of normal use,my back started hurting every morning and I also noticed the bed seemed more sunken in the middle as if the springs in the mattress had gone bad. I am 169 cm tall and weigh around 72 kg. I decided to turn the bed over and saw that not only did some springs look like they had become disoriented and had very little no resistance , two of the wood planks that made up the bed frame were popping off where it looked like the construction was uber cheap, and the staples from the staple gun used were misaligned and were stapled at a very unstable way. I remembered the warranty and called customer service to inquire about it. I explained the problem and offered to send photos . The rep told me I needed to take the entire bed back to the store I made the purchase at to have them switch it out for me. That the store would have to take back the old mattress since it's a reklamation and then they would give me a new one the same say if in stock or order one to be picked up later. I disassembled the entire bed and being a student, had to ask a friend to borrow their vehicle and help me load the mattress up. When I got to the store, I explained what happened and what the rep had instructed me to do. The associates at the store seemed confused and hysterical, telling me that the rep didn't know what she was talking about and that it " was common that the store and online customer service were often not in sync with one another and had issues". The store told me that contrary to what I had been told on the phone, I wasn't supposed to leave the matress with them and that they would have to send pics and contact the distributor who would be the ones determining if I even qualified for a reklamation in the first place. They said it could take up to 2 weeks for a response! They refused to use the photos I had taken already on my phone without even looking at them and instead asked me to drive around to the stockroom in the back of building to take their own pics as if they did not trust to use my photos. So I had to drive back with the broken matress and sleep on my couch for the time being of which I never received a call from the store as they had promised . A few days after having to reach out again myself to the store, I received an email from the store with just a forward cut and paste if a partial convo with the " distributor" . It simply said that what happened to the bed was due to " normal use" they couldn't offer me anything. Completely shocked that they consider a bed to break after 7-8 months as normal use was astounding. I called customer service to ask if maybe there was some mistake and question the warranty surrounding the purchase and how not even 1 year was considered acceptable for a bed to break. The customer service rep seemed uninterested in answering my questions and began to just tell me unempathetically and rudely that she unfortunately did not know and couldn't do anything about it. i asked her if there was maybe a supervisor or someone who might be able to answer the questions since ahe didn't know. She became aggressive and told me there was no one and no supervisor. I asked for an email or phone number to the customer service manager or someome equivalent. She refused to give me any information. So lesson learned. Jysk sells beds of horrible quality and their “ warranty” is a scam that they use under their discretion with the malicious intent to not honor. A bed brand new from the store should not be in this condition after only 8 months tops! The customer service reps leave much to be desired. Rude, unprofessional, condescending, and dismissive- saying lack only competence is being gentle. Do not waste your money here!! A fair warning!!
Terrible service Sodertalje Vasa, poor quality everything...
Date of experience: July 27, 2022
The worst company ever. I have made a order for a bed frame, after confirming the availability with the customer support. After 10 days I receive only a small box which contains a pair of feet, not the frame. I called the customer care, raised a complain and then re ordered it, again after 10 days I receive the same small box. Its really frustrating being paid the whole amount and its been 28 days since, finally requested to cancel my order. So I have paid 3500 SEK for nothing.
I had worst experience with JYSK Karlskoga. I bought some material cost 15000 sek. The customer service from jysk is very bad and not suitable for marketing and working in shop. Really I don’t want any jysk in the future for me, my friends and relatives also.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
