The Scam Detector website Validator gives jysk.co.uk a fairly high trust score on the platform: 80. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Fair. Valid. Known.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 80 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to jysk.co.uk's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Fair. Valid. Known. tags above. Long story short, we deemed this a known website, with a low scam probability. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning jysk.co.uk, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between jysk.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of jysk.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of jysk.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. jysk.co.uk is an innocuous suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether jysk.co.uk has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether jysk.co.uk boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, jysk.co.uk.

Customer services basically calling me a liar after sending pictures of sofa dipping in middle and sitting cushion not reshaping or plumping back to shapeNow I’m going to get a straight edge to prove itWouldn’t mind but only purchased it in October and said I would be happy for exchange or pay for a better sofa supplied by themSteam clear people
After seeing the many, many negative reviews on here, I just wanted to add my recent positive experiences with the Jysk store in Parkgate. From my initial queries, to paying, to collection, the staff have all been fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered a sofa that was on sale, was informed that it would take around 4 weeks to be delivered to the store and it arrived exactly 4 weeks after my purchase. I collected the sofa, needed 2 cars as it came in 3 large boxes. The guys working the warehouse were very helpful and loaded the boxes for us. I got the sofa home and assembled it the same day. Very, very pleased with my purchase and with my overall experiences with this company. Unsure what happened with all the reviews before mine (glad I only saw them after I purchased the sofa), but I would highly recommend this store.
We ordered a sofa from jsk granthamPreviously on larher items we bought the delivery was straight forward. But when they messaged to say the sofa had been delivered to them and was ready for delibery to us we were told we had to contact anouther company to arrange delivery. We were told in store on the day we purchased the sofa that drlivery would be £70When we phoned the company they use were told we would have to pay £140And extra for insuramce, making it a very expensive sofa that we couldnt affordTo say we are unhappy is putting it lightlyWe are furiousWe will never buy from them againThe sofa isnt here yet, but i will updaye my reveiw once it is here
Absolutely awful, order still not delivered after a month since order and customer care absolutely rude and unhelpful. AVOID!
Still waiting on delivery 14 days after the estimated delivery date. When I used the customer chat facility I was told my other was somewhere on its way to England? Given a DPD tracking number which is no use because DPD don't have my parcel yet, but they were very quick to take payment. Will never order from them again
Shocking support and service. Was told my items would be delivered in 10-15 business days, no sign of them. No contact from Jysk to advise there would be a delay, no clue who the delivery company is as there was zero contact to confirm anything to do with my order - no tracking information, no tracking ID, no weekly, fornightly update to confirm where my items currently were. Abysmal service. Had to contact Jysk via Instagram to get onto them, phone and chat service non existent - only to be told firstly that the order would arrive today Friday 29th, then that actually that was incorrect - and the order would instead arrive in another 5 days time. Again, just taking this as gospel from a random agent on Instagram - no follow up email provided, no confirmation email, nothing. Worst support service I have ever dealt with and would never use them again. No items and out of pocket for over 400euro. Imagine paying 80euro to get a table and 4 chairs delivered, and not hear a peep out of Jysk or their delivery partner about where your items are. Joke!
Click & Collect is a waste of time. Every time I use Click & Collect my order is never complete even when I get a confirmation email. The staff aren't helpful and don't bother looking properly for missing items. I use the service to save time on my lunch break but end up waiting around for 20 minutes to get part of my order.
I give one star to Jysk as a company and the quality of their products. Their customer service is also at a very low level; they need training and education. However, I would like to thank Felippe very much for his excellent professionalism. He was the only one out of three customer service employees who went above and beyond. He assured me that he would arrange the collection of the package manually despite the courier company's system being inactive. Thank you very much again, Felippe. Don't waste your time and talent at Jysk.
Ordered a large photo frame which arrived badly damaged. When I complained to customer services they apologised and sent a replacement, which arrived even more damaged than the first. Terrible quality and wouldn't order from here again.
The service for buying large items for delivery is shambolic! Waited 3 weeks for my delivery for the oldham store to tell the driver he was on his own and didn't know were my order was! So I womt be refunded my 27.99 back and I've still no goods, and the guy in the oldham store called mitch put the phone down on me
Extremely bad quality products. The wardrobe I purchased is flimsy with doors falling off. I reported the problem with doors and was advised to purchase my own hardware and fixtures the company would reimburse the price. I am sorry I may well replace the wardrobe! The truth is the design is so bad replacement fixtures would not help at all. Customer service is useless. The problem was left unresolved. I would definitely advise to avoid this company and find better quality and service elsewhere.
Callum in the Derby store was brilliantwe had ordered products required urgently but received an sms advising un availabilityCallum found them in another store and sorted the issue brilliantlywell done a credit to yourself, your employer and retailers in all
At the Swadlincote storeI chose this store as near here todayCustomer Services awfulTook ages to get anyone to assist me. Then they gave me the wrong item. Had to swap itTook ages when trying to collect my itemFinally got it home and it was brokenWould not use this store again .
Terrible customer service!In-store staff and online customer services just refer customers to one another to avoid dealing with any issues. Bought a faulty mattress, refused to replace despite being under warranty. Won't ever shop with the company again!
I ordered a side board in September for £200 with a £30 delivery fee. The sideboard arrived and there were two of the same parts in one of the boxes so the sideboard couldn't be put together.Customer serviced explained they could offer me a refund on delivery and send out the correct part or refund completely with a collection of the item. I originally picked full refund but after all the effort I had put into putting the item together I then asked to change to having the specific part sent out to me rather than a full item return.I heard nothing for a month and then eventually recieved correspondence from the customer service team and the new parts were delivered mid November. (Still no refund on delivery.)To my joy, the new parts I recieved were damaged! I'd waited nearly 2 months to get damaged parts! When I complained to customer service, they offered me a £20 voucher for me to keep the item with damage as this was the most 'environmentally friendly option'. I'd love to be able to say I'm joking... the £20 voucher is less than the delivery service they promised to refund and never did!Now they are offering to refund me the delivery charges which was offered initially without the issue of being sent damaged parts. Feels like they're saying a big 'tough' to me. Take it or leave it attitude. Avoid at all cost. It isn't worth the money and there's no real customer care when it comes to spending your hard earned cash on their items. Go else where!
Good quality product but company not very transparent.. Placed an order in store, supposed to arrive in 2 weeks, I'm 5 weeks in and still awaiting... Customer service not very helpful either. Definitely go for IKEA next time...
First of all, I love Jysk because I grew up with it. I ordered a sofa a few months ago, took a few weeks but no issues. Then I ordered a chest of drawers three weeks ago, nothing happened, Jysk said it got lost so they will send another one. However they could not expedite this in any way or compensate me for waiting for three weeks. I ended up ordering another cabinet which she couldn't include to the current shipment. The processes they have are not customer friendly, I would assume after waiting for three weeks, they could have been more helpful or flexible. I asked many times, is the 4-8 day estimate including the processing time at their warehouse (which usually takes a week alone), she said yes, their website said no. When or if I will receive my items? No one knows.
My parents recently decided to purchase some new chairs for the living room. They had looked around the Rotherham store and found some they really liked. We then read the JYSK reviews on Trustpilot which were mainly negative so this discouraged them from the purchase. When they were unable to find other chairs they liked as much, they decided to risk it and were pleasantly surprised! The supervisor that assisted them in the store was friendly and helpful. Although the chairs were not already in stock, a date around 10 days later was given for the chairs to be delivered to store. My parents were contacted on that date to say the chairs had arrived. My mum then contacted the delivery team which delivered the chairs within a couple of days. Everything went smoothly and my parents are delighted with the chairs. Not sure why so many people are having a bad experience with this company but gladly this was not the case with us!
I have placed two orders, two wardrobes. First come damaged almost on every corner, I did put that together, and go with it (my mistake). Another order, wardrobe, come to me fairly damaged. After I spoke to customer service, they offer me refund for shipping (£89 - very expensive) and they will sent me new parts. After 3 months, no parts, I asked for refund (in the meantime they were supposed to come, then cancelled , etc..). I ordered new from IKEA, get it in 3 days delivered, no damage, happy days. Now waiting collection from JYSK, if that happens at any time..So, never again, and my warning to everyone, plenty other options online, avoid this company!
Delivery was delayed multiple times. Very poor service overall. Still waiting for my order after 3+ weeks.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
