Is justvitamins.co.uk Legit?

Have been buying from them for years, suddenly a subscribe and save went from 1 packet to 11 at a cost of £197 without me doing anything. Luckily I saw the email and immediately phoned them. The said that they would sort this out, not to worry. This was 12th Sept. The next day I checked my bank and the £197 was still pending meaning I would be very close to going into overdraft. I phoned them to be told that it was all sorted the day before and that it could take up to 2 days to go back into my bank. I checked my bank again and now suddenly the pending amount had changed to £179 with the £17.96 for the vitamins having been cleared. Monday the money has still not cleared so rang again only to be told that its nothing to do with them. They have now lost my custom as I shall not be buying from them again Update 16th SeptI have spoken to my bank and apparently the pending payment of £179 will not be released back into my account until 8 days after it was generated. I have also spoken to Just Vitamins and apparently they have given me a full refund for my order though interestingly the £17.96 I paid for the supplements is still only showing in my bank as a debit amount. This has meant that, through no fault of my own, I am having to somehow manage with £44 in my bank until this pending transaction is released.

Wrong order sent in 16th January. Phoned the company which promptly sent the correct order, but still had 6 packets of the wrong items to return. Despite phoning a further two times i received no returns envelope. On third attempt I was kept waiting for 10 mins before they promised to send the returns envelope (again). Finally got this some 4 days later but was told by Post Office there was insufficient postage! The product i ordered (when I finally got it) was fine, but the customer/after sale service was extremely poor and inefficient.I would be very reluctant to order again from Just Vitamins in case I encountered the same problems.

Subscribed to a product by accident. Called customer service who were very helpful not only cancelled the subscription but refunded my money in less than 24 hours. You never really know a company until something goes wrong & all I have is praise for the way my problem was quickly resolved. Highly recommended

I have used them for many years, every year their prices increase, often ahead of the rate of inflation. Whilst their packaging has improved the seal on the bags often fail causing the contents to spill every time you handle the bag. Right now Jan 2024 they have a 15% off everything but its a false sale as even with the 15% reduction the price is higher than last years price so I have decided to change suppliers.

I've ordered a ton of times from these people in the past however they have made ordering now impossible. I'm logged in to my account and attempting to place an order. The site wants a code that has been sent to my mobile (no code received). I select the alternative use email option and it won't allow it without providing a code sent to my mobile. I attempt to use the contact form to give them a chance to fix this and it says there's an error due to anti-spam measures. I've order a ton of times in the past - no more. Sort it out

I could not order via website, like I have in the past as PayPal said JustVitamins wanted my attached Spanish Phone number - and it said 'Spanish' (we live in Spain half the time), so, I entered it. The website said - 'This is not a valid UK Phone number!'. I queried that with PayPal and they said it was a JustVitamins imposed condition and probably a miscoded payment form. So I rang up JustVitamins, who blamed PayPal and referred me to them. The lady was very snippy and curt to the point that I did not want to deal with them any more, JustVitamins lost the order and all future orders.

I ordered 5-htp and have taken several now but it just doesn't seem to work at all compared to a different brand I usually purchase. I tried Just Vitamins as the price was better, but will have to go back to my usual more expensive brand as at least they work! When I contacted them they wanted me to send the packet back but this would just cost me for delivery and wasn't worth the faff even if it meant getting a small refund.

Visisoft ultra bright eye vitamins Second time I’ve tried these and have now stopped as they gave me awful stomach ache. Can’t comment on if they work I’m afraid as couldn’t keep taking them.No such issues with other products I buy regularly .

I ordered garlic supplements but when it finally arrived I find on the ingredients that it has sucrolose (sweetener). Why on earth would they add that to a health product? Obviously my fault for not checking ingredients properly. Looking for another garlic supplement elsewhere.Edit. They emailed me saying they would refund me.

Loyalty will not be rewarded. After several years I tried alternative suppliers and found that Just Vitamins are among the more expensive nowadays. They argued that their products are superior but only scientists could confirm this. The same ingredients with comparable mg weights can be found much less expensive elsewhere.

I CHANGED OVER TO JUST VITAMINS FROM MY PREVIOUS SUPPLIER MAINLY BECAUSE OF THEIR LETTERBOX FRIENDLY APPROACH, I WAS GETTING FED UP FINDING TIME TO GET TO THE POST OFFICE TO COLLECT MY SUPPLIES. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DELIVERY AS THE PARCEL WAS TO BIG TO FIT THROUGH THE LETTERBOX, I EVEN PUT IN SEPARATE ORDERS SO THEY WOULD NOT COMBINE THEM .

Long time satisfied customer with just vitamin's service.However, I recently tried their highly recommend Glucomannan supliments.Just vitamin's has highly endorsed this product on their website. I ordered one packet, which was I noticed, higher in price, in relation to their normally cost effective products. I used the tablets as recommended, for approximately 3 weeks. From day 1 until now, I have seen NO benefit at all, in regards to filling up ones stomach significantly to reduce/ or lengthen the time until ones intake at the next meal.A complete waste of money!

Dishonest. The company are not transparent about their product ingredients. I spent ages finding vitamins which do not contain 'Anti caking agents' or 'Bulking agents' as fillers. The ingredient list noted on their website within their 'product information' isn't honest or fully transparant. The do not declare they use 'bulkers' and 'fillers' within their 'product information' section of their website. I was really disappointed when my vitamins arrived (Osteo 4 + Vitamin D3) and the ingredient list on the physical packaging calls out both of these fillers in the ingredient list. This is unacceptable, false advertising. They should be ashamed that they are falsely selling products with out full transparent declaration. The products were not fit for use and were thrown away!!! I have reported this to the company and their response was patheticIan: "there is no lack of transparency or dishonesty in the information we provide. All ingredients are listed in the Product Information tab on every product page".I suggest Ian you take the time to read the back of the pack ingredient list and compare this to the 'product information' on your website; and you will see what information has conveniently and purposely not declared on the website in the product information section. Very dishonest!!!

I've been using JV for many years now. Deliveries have always been accurate and prompt. Never had a problem. I have noticed their prices have risen quite a bit recently so will probably shop around before ordering again.

They really work 🤸‍♀️💯I can honestly say high strength Vitamin D 1000IU are FANTASTIC. After reading the reviews, I purchased mine on the 9th of February (amongst other items too) and I have already noticed the difference. I feel more energetic, before I get up and don't feel tired during the colder weather. Also I was taking 500IU previously which were ordered from another company. I take 300 mg per day before bedtime and can clearly feel in the morning that the quality of sleep has increased. It has also helped and friend of mine who needs bupreniophine for pain management. Since 5.htp can bind to the same areas in the spinal cord and potentiate the analgesic effect. He can now take lower doses and get the same effect in analgesia with the upside of lowering side effects.

I wasn't in a rush so I opted for the free delivery which was estimated at 3-5 days but my order arrived the next day (less than 24 hours after I had ordered it).Conveniently packaged to fit through the letter box which makes life easier & packaging makes them easier to pack when I'm working away & I've already figured out they're going to be easier to take on holiday too!
