Is justkampers.co.uk Legit?

Excellent service for my emergency “dammit i forgot to pack my windscreen cover” purchase. I’d been meaning to buy a thermal windscreen cover for a while, and forgetting to bring my summer one for a 3 night trip away was all the persuasion I needed. Arrived fine and is an absolute game changer with heat loss. Really nice quality, perfect fit, wish I’d bought one last year.

Bought a VW T5.1 Bonnet Bra. While fitting it, a small tear appeared in one corner next to a seam. I informed Just Kampers of the problem. They asked for a picture of the damaged item. Once I had provided them with a couple of pictures they immediately sent out a replacement free of charge.

Very quick delivery, the part arrived the following day. Unfortunately the spare part (high level brake light for T5) broke as it was being fitted. I contacted justkampers about this and was offered a refund which arrived quickly. Good customer service, a shame about the quality of the spare part.

From the start to the finish the experience was wonderful, I placed my order by phone as wanted to speak to someone about items I purchased, the gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. As far as I can see they are doing a great job.

I have just purchased a 12v fridge from Just Kampers which arrived slightly damaged in transit. The customer service team dealt with it efficiently and exchanged it for a new one. Would definitely buy from them again.

I had a query regarding an item so phoned and got a very helpful man. I completed the order and received the items two days later. Highly recommend.

Yet again 5 stars Ordered some suspension parts for my T4 on the Saturday afternoon. Wanted to deliver on the Sunday but unfortunately I had too make it Monday. Absolutely brilliant service as normal Many thanks Bryan

Simple ordering, quick delivery the next day and the right part of course………………it”s not unusual for JustKampers though!!!

The rods to the brake shoe retaining clips are smaller than the originals & surrounding springs were longer than the originals. Which made it virtually impossible to fit the retainer clips. Had to reuse the originals. The remainder of the order was fine. After receiving your response we thought 2 sets were for both rear wheels not a shorter & longer set Apologies for the oversight.

The speed and accuracy of the process was unbelievable.I placed an order and within 24hrs, received the goods in Glasgow.

I've never been let down by JK for either delivery or quality. I always get the parts that fit ior a call to ask if it's correct. You dont get service like that elsewhere. Thank you for top class service.

As a first time user the JK staff were helpful in setting up my account and then the products I ordered were promptly despatched and delivered. Parts quality has also been pleasing so far (not all fitted yet)

Been using just kampers for years and they have always been great to deal with always quick postage and have a vast amount of what you need in stock to keep your camper going, highly recommend.

Got a new van , and got it into my head to get some windows cut into it , Thought I’d just get on with it , so just rocked up to just kampers and bought a window set on a Saturday afternoon.The guy who was there was very helpful and sorted me out ,usually you order , wait for confirmation email bla bla but I was on a mission, and they understood .

I found the company good to deal with and spent 63euro then the delivery agent charged another 35euro to deliver the product 10 customs charges and 21euro fees?????? What fees. Yes this was the delivery agent (ups) however this is the agent picked from the company web site on purchasing the product. The delivery was to be delivered on two separate days which I stayed at home for and despite a no show I got an email saying missed delivery shocked I checked my security cameras no delivery a third day drove to the depot to collect my parcel no parcel delivery driver still had it delivered on the third day following this. Again this is the delivery agent from this company's options. #frustrated

The speed of service and delivery, ordered the parts late in the day on a Friday and recieved them Saturday lunch time that is amazing, I have never been let down by them they are genuinly a company in a million.
