Justin is the real deal. For years I’ve been trying to find the perfect on line platform that I can adjust my workouts accordingly to my current health situation. I go from no health issues to bad knees and arthritis and back to normal again repeatedly. This is the only program that caters to all of that. His workouts are with purpose and target whole body and also specific areas for strength, mobility, as well as aerobic conditioning. Throw in a meditative experience (as he is so calming) and you have the best app out there!!

At 55 I find the gym to be intimidating! But Justin’s workouts are the BEST! even if you think they are simple I promise you will feel it. His supportive and compassionate nature is incredibly welcoming. If you are considering, DO IT!!!! You won’t regret the decision.

Very accessible and easy to use website and app to help you get and stay motivated to take care of yourself and get more active with short and easy to follow exercises, there’s also fun monthly programs/challenges and an interesting range of recipes to try. Very friendly community too… all you need to do is get started and keep showing up.

I discovered Justin on Instagram and knew his workouts would work for me ( I have osteoarthritis in my foot, knee , hip and lower back and moving has become difficult the last 6 months). I started doing the monthly challenge and enjoy them very much. You won’t be disappointed

After watching and saving every post I came across from Justin I finally signed up to start a life of intentional movement. His workouts are created to be gentle or rigorous, you choose which, and his commentary and instructions are encouraging and thorough. Many professionals tout their knowledge on how to lose weight but I never lose weight. When I did the exercises and adhere to a diet under 1400 calories - I lose weight. I just have to stay away from sweets-my sweet tooth must remain dormant however there are times I indulge without gaining weight. If you follow Justin and do the exercises and maintain your eating schedule-you will lose weight, feel great and have the balance and body you want. Wishes do come true as long as you work at it. He enjoys moving - he has lots of experience and knowledge - he understands what it takes to wake up muscles that haven't been used in years - and he is upbeat and encouraging ! I found Justin online and loved his upbeat, optimistic attitude about working out and life in general. Also, I needed a gentle approach to the workout world in my life right now because I have a lot of chronic arthritis pain in my neck and everywhere else. I always feel better after working out with Justin. I joined this year, and I'm looking forward to the start of 2024 and an even better New Year!!

Many of Justin’s workouts are aimed at rank beginners, people like me who have lost a lot of muscle mass from sitting around after injury, surgeries, etc. He speaks reasonably slowly with a very pleasant tone to his voice. I am much more likely to stick with one of his routines because I don’t feel overwhelmed. And yet, he smoothly, relatively gently helps you get the job done. I have come a long way in the first few months of my membership and often catch myself doing one of his exercises when I’m waiting for the coffee maker, etc.I highly recommend Justin and the program he has built.

As an overweight 67 yo woman who needed help. I found Jason on Instagram during covid aftermth. I hate exercise but Justin has developed a prorgam that DOESN"T HURT. A little muscle soreness, some sweat and a feeling of finishing the entire set. Love it.

I found Justin on instagram. I found his reels helpful and achievable for my exercising with chronic pain. So much so I subscribed to his program and use the app every day. Sometimes I only have time to do a mobility routine in the morning. Even that helps me move more throughout the day and walk farther with less pain. He is encouraging and cheerful and communicates dignity and respect to his audience. Even though I have my favorite videos memorized, I keep coming back for the new material each month. Highly recommend.

Justin has a very calm and relaxed vibe that promotes safety and going at your own pace. I have been dormant for years and his program is helping me reawaken muscles I haven't used in years with his consistent, gentle movements for everyday life. A must have for people beginning to workout again!

I finally have found the entryway for a daily, joyful exercise practice. These routines are brief, often 13-15 minutes, and include warming up and stretching before the momentum begins. Justin's attitude is so gentle, so encouraging. He offers a welcome smile in my day every morning.

I have been afraid to exercise due to disc issues, chronic back pain, and knee pain. I have been unable to stand or walk, when my disc slips from time to time. I used to be able to climb mountains and now I can barely put on my own socks, and I'm only in my 30s! Justin is so supportive of coming to you where ever you are at. I retired 3 years ago and immediately stopped moving regularly. I was a nurse, on my feet, for 43 years and thought I deserved a break. Well my break, plus covid isolation led to a body that gained 60 # and was so wimpy. Thru dietary changes I lost 50#, but I am still wimpy! Starting with JA because it is such an accepting environment and I didn't have to start out "fit" in order to begin❣️

Workouts for every level, from very beginner to advanced. The workouts are engaging, love his attitude and energy. Having the app and website options is such a convenience. I will often screencast to my TV. Out of all the yoga classes and workout classes I’ve attended, Justin is my favorite trainer!!!! There is such compassion and understanding of meeting you in your journey. Innovate style of working out, love the timers and his awesome personality!

I was the picked last, uncoordinated kid and when I grew up I dropped out of every excercise class I ever tried. I knew I should be more active but I just couldn't make it work. Despite that history, Justin's videos make me feel successful. He's the kind and patient coach I always wished I had. The instructions are clear, the pace is even, the routines are varied enough not to be boring, and Justin's tone and facial expressions are calm, positive and reassuring. This is the first exercise routine I've actually stuck to in my life, I love seeing how much stronger and more flexible I'm getting and I enjoy the extra quick sessions I can even do at my desk to boost my energy throughout the day.
