Is justborn.co.uk Legit?

Ordered 2 personalised bottles for my little ones and they absolutely love them! Delivery came much quicker than expected! We’re trying to move away from plastic bottles so these are perfect, just placed another order for my nephew, only thing I would suggest is having more options for girls for example strawberry patterns or princess pattern etc other than that they’re perfect!

I ordered a personalised weaning set and a bib and I didn’t get my order. Upon asking your team I was advised to contact Royal Mail as they delivered. Despite checking everywhere I still couldn’t find it. They attached a picture down at the apartment building stating it’s delivered. I am really disappointed

The customization of products was so nice. The pacifier clip is the most useful item :) I expected the comforter to be a bit bigger and the delivery a bit faster. But apart from that really good quality products, beautiful colors and the customization really gives it that special touch!

I like Just Børn products - good value for money, lovely design, and thoughtful packaging. These products make excellent gifts and I really like the option to personalise products. The colours can sometimes be a little inaccurate but overall, I'm a big fan of Just Børn as a company and hope they expand their range of products as I will keep buying them!

The products are really good quality. I bought a personalised pacifier clip and bear teether - both products are really good quality, I love them! Also, I had issues with my delivery, the package got lost by the courier and JBorn sent me a new package super quick - great customer services.

The personalised weaning set is gorgeous and the quality is great. It made a perfect gift in the box it comes with and the recipient was very pleased. I also sent a query to customer service and was really impressed with how quickly I reveived a response. I would highly recommend!

Where do I start - I always buy Sho bottles but I really liked the design of thier bottles and the fact it was branded so decided to replace our daughter’s current Sho bottle with one of these. It was meant to be for her first day at school but we were going on holiday so decided to gift it to her early. My daughter only has pure water and we filled it to go on the plane. When we opened it on the plane it exploded water everywhere and would stop flowing with force like it had been pressurised. This happened numerous times on holiday covering us with water and eventually the bottom of the bottle had blown out so it wasn’t flush and could not be upright anymore. I contacted the seller three times. Once they replied telling me basically not to take it in a plane and ignored everything else I had said… they still have not replied to my last email. This bottle was a complete waste of money and I’ve just had to buy another bottle. Bad service and a poor quality product… I would recommend you look elsewhere.

After having a bad experience ordering elsewhere, I thought I’d give Just Born a try. I am so impressed and will be ordering again. The dummies are lovely and well priced, lots of selection, good shipping time and good shipping price!

Everything was fine until I realised that a claim (Made in UK) on a product page was false advertising. The only reason why I purchased the product was because I thought it was made in uk. When I received the product the label said made in China. I raised it with customer service who made the changes but didn’t offer me any compensation whatsoever. I wouldn’t spend this much money on a made in china bib when they are so cheap on other famous retailer sites. Very disappointed.

They popped up in the ad and I liked their modern product style, so decided to give it a try. Everything arrived quickly and quality was great. Have been ordering multiple times now (love their pyjamas!), never had any issues.

Their products are great, but service is horrendous. Refund policy not clear on website and they don’t state customer covers shipping costs and you don’t get refunded for initial delivery. Also, now I’ve returned 2 items that simply looked too boyish for my little girl, which were delivered for a while now according to tracking, and company is not responding anymore.

Such a cute water-bottle i cant wait to gift it its small and easy for kids to hold and you can tell how good quality the bottle is!! Also really fast shipping came in a few days !! Will order again <3

I I bought pyjama and a water bottle for my 4 years old doughter. Pjs are made of a very soft material and feel nice on the skin. Perfect fit even though she have a long pair of legs. :) Material is quite stretchy, so I would think that it would make it easy fit to any little figures.Water bottle looking very cute. It’s coming with the straw inside for those who prefer to drink with it, and quick removal of it, for those, who like it with out. The product is very well made - easy grab by the lid for a little hands, made of very light metal, and fitting my car cup holder. I add personalisation on it, so it is no confusion on the playground or any other places. Delivery was unbelievably fast! I place the order in the morning and have delivered next day!Very happy with the service and planing to buy more. :)

Ordered a BIB dummy in blossom colour, size 2. Received a size 1, so I emailed customer service with photo proof, who then said they’d send out the correct size. The replacement order arrives & is a complete different colour! I emailed again with photo proof, to be told they checked & did send me the correct item, even though the proof was in the pictures!! They then haven’t been responding to any of my emails! Disgusting customer service!This has happened on another occasion where they sent the incorrect item but did resolve it then, so placed this order for this to happen & be treated this way. Terrible!!
