Is jura-parts.com Legit?

Received the wrong parts. Tried to email the seller several times, file several support tickets, and tried calling several times. No response.

Our family has used Jura-Parts.com for over 12 years at times the four espresso machines, that we all have. Every few years the Jura Machines require maintenance and Jura-Parts has been our reliable go to for speedy maintenance when the machines stop working. They’ve always come back right away as good as new at a fraction of the cost of a new machine. Our most recent repair was difficult because the parts necessary for the repair were no longer being made. Jura-Parts found a solution, using spare machines they had on hand and really raised the bar for great service. I highly recommend this company.

“Never received what I bought”

I bought two items from Jura Parts, but only got one. I opened a ticket with their helpdesk and was advised the part was not in stock and they'd ship the part when they got it. Two months went by with me sending them a new update request every week or so... always with the same response. Finally, I asked for my money back and have heard zero from them since. Pretty terrible communication and business practice. Won't be buying from them in the future.

“Poor Customer Service”

Ordered a part for them with overnight shipping that took three days to arrive. Requested a refund of the shipping upcharge only and was essentially told to piss off and read the fine print of some tucked away company policy web page. Looks like they don't rely on repeat business.

I read reviews on here but I still decided to purchase a small part for my Jura coffee machine because I did not have many options. I'm so happy with my purchase and the shipping time. The order shipped from PA within 10 hours of ordering and was delivered to NYC in 2 days (standard shipping option). I placed another order today for a few more parts and the order has already been shipped (maybe 4 hours after ordering). So far I'm pretty impressed with the service I've received! Cant Thank Jura Parts.com enough for doing an excellent job servicing our Z 6 coffee machine. It came back quickly and works as if it was new again. The machine was 6 years old and used everyday. “These people are THIEVES and SCAMMERS who practice FRAUD!”

I ordered a new water tank from them for my Jura machine. When the part arrived, I found it was damaged (large crack,) was not in original box or packaging (just wrapped in a think layer of bubble wrap, and not new (a large black decal that was supposed to be on the tank was missing.) I contacted them immediately, and sent pictures. At first their was no response back. So, I called them, and was told that a new tank would be shipped out, once the pics were reviewed. A day later, Ron Oz contacted my be email, and said because the tank was still able to function, they could offer me a 25% discount. I emailed them back and said I did not want any discount. I want the brand new tank that I paid a lot of money for. No response from them. So, I emailed them twice more, and called them 3 more times. They are no longer picking up their phone or calling me back in regard to the voicemail or emails I sent them. These guys are THIEVES! Do not deal with them under any circumstance. They knowingly sent out a damaged, used part, and now are not responding. I will open case with my credit card company to get my money back.

Jura-Parts produces demon spawns. They found out Greg (Head Tech) was "We The People" and fired him. Then Jura-Parts found out that I am and support "We The People" 100%. “Horrible service”

They shipped the wrong part and wouldn't respond to emails or voice messages that I left over the last 2 weeks. No choice but to now dispute the charge with my cc company. So disappointed.

“Three months later and still not working@juraparts”

The Espresso *******@JuraParts company out of Pennsylvania claims they can replace and repair parts for your Jura Espresso machine within two weeks. We sent out machine in to simply have a part replaced after receiving an Error 8 message on our Jura. After five weeks, the company finally returned our machine and it wasn't working properly (water was leaking onto the counter and excess water was going into our coffee and the grounds tray). When the company finally responded to our complaints, we shipped the machine back and it took another two months for them to 'replicate the problem'. When the machine finally arrived for a second time, we were so excited to have our machine back again... yet again, the machine wasn't working. Water was leaking out all over the counter and the machine wasn't making any coffee. When we contacted the company and asked for a partial refund of the $400+ we paid for repairs, they said 'no' and asked us to return the machine AGAIN for a third time. We finally send the machine back to the manufacturer - Jura. Jura sent us a UPS label, repaired the machine in one day and returned it to us in under a week. The Jura Espresso machines are expensive and worth the price you pay, but please, if you need repairs, contact the 800 service number on your machine first. Tip for consumers:Don't use this site. “They returned my return”

I had ordered a part for my Jura S8, the part I received did not fit my machine. I called them and they said that I should fit, but it didn't. They said just send it back. I spent money on sending them the part back, one week after they received it they sent it right back to me. They don't answer or return my calls. Now not only am I out the original cost, but I'm out the cost of sending it back. I should have read these reviews first. If I could rate them zero stars, I would, Terrible service

Legit small business. My machine was retuned to me unrepaired and with a full refund as I requested. Tip for consumers:Be patient as they are a small disabled veteran owned small business with a small nimble team that is busy repairing Jura coffee machines. I know full well what you will read on-line, but after speaking with one of their managers I have a better understanding of their day to day operations and the challenges they work to overcome to offer this service. “The Worst Service”

This site doesn't ship until three weeks has passed. They don't respond to emails or phone messages. Their parts are overpriced, you can get them for less on eBay. They don't seem to care that they have taken your money without sending you the parts. I will never order parts from Jura Parts again.

“Very Bad Service”

I ordered a part for my Jura machine, after paying $19.95 shipping for a $19.95 part, received the part about a week later and it's not including the three clips that are needed to secure the part. When i contacted these rude people, i was told those parts are $1.00 each, but i have to pay another $19.95 shipping for the three clips i need, they sent me an invoice for two fastening clips, but they sent my an invoice for TWO clips, so i write back but i need 3, then i get another mail saying we only sell them i pairs, so i say ok then i will take 4 clips, then i get another mail where they apparently changed their mind and will not send me an invoice for the 4 clips, then they send me a mail saying they changed their mind and will send the clips after all, its been two weeks and now nothing, its funny when i used their message service to complain, i got an apology message but months after i originally got my part, i cannot still install it because i do not have the necessary clips. WTF is this kind of company. If anyone has more info about them i would appreciate it if you would share

“Machine came back broken”

I had series of problems. The first repair didn't repair my Jura F-50. It came back in worse shape than before --- makes extremely loud noise and didn't make coffee. So I had to send it back. Then when it came back the second time, the cover of the coffee bean receptor was broken and it came off. It took over a month to repair a machine, and it came back broke. After paying over $1,000 for the coffee machine and additional $400 for service, I was extremely disappointed. One more thing --- I'm an original box guy so I can re-pack anything I have into the original box when I move. Naturally, I sent my Jura in the original box, inside outer box (double-boxed). The original box is good because it has all the packing materials and I could firmly secure it inside. But they toss my original box, they don't sell any extra box for a fee. Yes, they say "don't send the original box" in the web site for security reasons (?) but they don't say they won't return them. I am really dismayed that they seem to try hard to lose customers. Tip for consumers:If you have the original box, don't send it to them. Never. Had a 2 year old x8 machine develop a leak. I reached out to this company multiple times and never had a response either via phone or email. For all I can tell, this company no longer exists. Service

“Refurbishment of a Jura J6”

I filled out the online form for the refurbishment of my Jura J6. I shipped it to them when they requested. They repaired the machine and shipped it to the wrong address. After several weeks I finally had someone's attention when I threatened to reserve the credit card charge for the repair.The unit arrived but had Error code 6. I was able to get a west coast representative on the phone and he said the east coast agent would call this morning around 8 AM. Guess what? No call. There appears to be no end to this and I may have to reverse the credit card charge and send it somewhere else for repair.

Was going to send in my Jura C9 unit for repair when I saw they are not affiliated with Jura at all and have an "F" rating with the BBB.

“Jura Glass milk container”

This is the biggest piece of sh*t and Jura should be embarrassed to put their name on it. I can't believe the glass doesn't break in shipping it is so THIN! I have bought two and they have both broken after minimal use. I think they spend more on the packaging to get it to you without breaking then they do on the actual container. Seriously I have never seen anything made with glass this thin! Shameful to sell this to loyal customers and to offer no recourse. I never leave a bad review without giving the Co. A chance to make it right. I got sorry we have no warranty on our glass products... wise more since it's again a piece of Sh*t! Sent my machine and $520 to this company for repairs. They keep your machine and your money. I called 20+ times got voicemail (when it wasn't full) left messages with the receptionist twice trying to get a call back, status of my machine, sent lots of emails. NEVER got a response. Finally 5 months later get an email telling they don't have a part to fix my machine. They still won't answer the phone, my emails, send my machine or money back. TOTAL RIP-OFF, and THEIF. Take my advice and NEVER do business with these UNETHICAL people. I am told that James is the owner, he is obviously a scared wimp that takes your money and hides behind the phone. Sent my machine in at the end of February. Received an oddball email in April saying the machine was going to be shipped in March? Found this site and worried I wouldn't get my machine back at all. However, I did get the machine back mid April. I haven't had time to turn it on and see how it works but I will amend this review when I do in the next week or two.
