Is juntame.com Legit?

There's lots of different feelings when using this toy. I've got to experiment some to find the exact feeling I want.Expensive, but worth it.

Feels good but unable to get off. Still waiting for resolution on the broken Gale unit I returned. Apparently an internal part on the Gale became loose and has lodged itself (I’m guessing) into whatever gears run the unit. The rotating portion of the unit no longer functions. I don’t know the order and logistics numbers. They are on the packing slip that was returned with the broken unit.

Juntame.com was great as far as customer service and shipping. As for the product, I don't really know what I was expecting, just got lonely one day and bought this. It works as described and it is very fun, but of course it is not actually like the real thing. That being said I like the vibration part most of all. The sucking part has 4 different modes but they are all programmed for power. (4th mode is like a penis pump it can really suck!) I think the "bj experience" part could use different speed settings as I found the pace was too slow for my liking. There is a learning curve to figuring out how to use it best for yourself. 4 stars because it is great, but there is room for improvement. I would give it 4.5 if I could. Great product overall.

My recent purchase from Juntame.com went off smoothly, no hiccups.I was content with price I paid on Juntame, but, became QUITE a bit more pleased, once I checked the manufacturer's site, and, saw what the manufacturer was charging for the item!And, quality-wise, handling the product, you can tell that it's WELL-made, and, probably worthy of the manufacturers' price...which only made the much-discounted price that I paid on Juntame even that much more of a value.

This product is amazing! The size is good and inflated feel so amazing the varied vibrations are strong and satisfying. I definitely got what I was I was looking for (the P-Spot orgasm) this thing will really get you there! Can’t wait to use it while balls deep in my wife!

Orders are always shipped in a timely manner. Anytime I’ve ever had an problems they addressed them immediately. Very good customer care.

No problem with the company. The device is very small and there is nothing to stop the juice from getting into the gears and shorting out the electronics. You can't clean the device without water getting into the unit and causing damage. Poorly designed.

I’ve been waiting for two weeks and was told my parcel was missing. Due to that, I had a bad shopping experience initially, but it was excellent in the end because the after-sale service solved it for me perfectly. After contacting customer service, they replaced a new one for me as soon as I explained, and the product was absolutely worth to wait.

No directions in box. Battery and cap on remote popped off when pulling tab off was difficult to put back on. Too small and not long enough. On remote you can not see which button to push between the power and different mode function without a good light and reading glasses. Directions would have helped.

Definitely order from somewhere else if you are UK. Try bondara just as good a selection and UK based. Difficult to contact and they use two useless couriers yunexpress who's updates are a day late. And the worst of the bunch evri. Had my parcel lost with no tracking information and neither company bothering to get in touch. Still waiting for the parcel still waiting to be contacted.

I ordered my items the 18th of December. Order was filled on the 22nd. Didn't leave California until the 29th and I received on the 2nd of January. I know that this was much longer than the original estimate but quality like this is worth the wait. The freebies were really cool and appreciated too! I had no trouble with email correspondence with them and they kept me abreast of all the things going on with my order. Don't listen to the impatient haters here. Junta you should more accurately forecast the delivery times. WILL DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS AGAIN!! Do not worry this is no scam site. I had to come and defend this company after the bs reviews that were left. And those of you that did leave bad reviews now you got your stuff come and update your statements!!

I am pleased to let you know that Julia Keller did respond to the email that was sent about a broken item. It was a simple process of showing a video that I was telling the truth, then within 5 days I have received a replacement. Thanks so much for responding!

Just received it about four hours ago. Plugged it up and brought it out to play with. I was not gift with a large tool, that being said, even lubed up well the motor would stop.While it does rotate and pulse there is no vibration and it is real loud. My car is quiter than it, I will fully charge it tonight and see if it works better tomorrow.

Update: showed up just in time, but the fact that it took over 24 hours to contact anyone, and that their phone was busy for hours on end does not instill confidence.Old review: They make promises when buying about delivery that they failed to meet. There phone number has been busy for 3 hours straight. Their chat window says, and I quote "we reply immediately," yet they haven't in 3 hours.They've sat on my order until it is likely to miss the day I need it and have been unresponsive as you can see.

I occasionally saw Juntame while browsing for some couple play sex toys. Got plenty of stuff for me to use as well. It delivered from the US to Australia only cost about one week to my hand, which was a very fast shipment. I can’t wait to try this with my partner and see his reaction to those toys.

While the toy works great it didn’t come with a charger and anytime I tried to contact the company, either the phone doesn’t work or nobody checks the emails. Honestly just makes me think their customer service is bad.
