“One of the worst software company we experienced”

One of the worst company which i found is Jungleworks. The sales teams will chase you, pushed to pay the first payment to send you the contract, then if you found, OMG, this is not what they promised, all from top management to sales will keep quite, and only saying, the payment is non refundable! We have been fallen on their scam & trap. Pls don't go with this company. Never ever recommended.

“Excellent Solution Services”

Online businesses are easier but keeping a record of the sales and customers is difficult. I have been running an online business for the pas two years and bulbul keeps all my records straight. It keeps all the information related to my customers in one place so if i need something i have it all in my phone. It is a complete package, love the results.

I've been using JW (JungleWorks) for over 3 years. My experience started off OK but not great. I've paid for things I've never received and just ended up dealing with it. The past year however I have had so many issues and I've lost THOUSANDS in sales because of it. I've developed workarounds on my own for some things that JW just can't seem to fix and I dealt with it. I have built a successful business with JW but now my business is failing because of their constant issues. Do you think they make it right? NO. The raised the fees I pay them instead and my account manager pretty much just brushers it off saying "Every software company will have it's bugs." Well that may be true but JW has so many at this time and still chooses to up the price? JW, If you choose to make this right with me and do the right thing I will change my reviews. “I should buy something I've never seen! Not very trustfully would not recommend to work with them!”

I was searching for a marketplace solution and Jungleworks claimed to be the better alternative to Sharetribe. We had a few meetings about the platform they wanted to set up for me and tried to understand what I need. I've never seen a demo shop or anything just fancy slides with the concept. So I asked for websites they built and got some of them. The only marketplace they sent me was a Sharetribe based one. So they really sent me a marketplace built with share tribe as a marketplace they've built. That's not very trustfully. I would suggest to just go with a solution you can try and see. “BE AWARE and STAY AWAY”

BE AWARE! After 3 years of delays and continuous empty promises and nearly $200K spent, they delivered a faulty and full of bugs apps. Nothing ever works properly as promised and they continue to ask for more money. It's a highway rubbery. Even worst criminals don't treat people like this. I highly suggest to stay away from these guys as their sales team will do everything to get you sign contracts and they will disappear and leave you with continuously changing project managers and incompetent team where your product and ideas will be wasted. They even steal your ideas and tap into your market to get your competitors to use their faulty softwares. They go with different product names and company names to manipulate the entire system. “Jungleworks Big Mistake...”

I used jungle works cus I wanted to grow my business, after almost $3000 for apps that was supposed to be so simple even a none technical lay person could handle cause they would handle all the technical aspects... lies lies... i believe that was the biggest scam ever, they over promise and under deliver and overwhelm you with more technical terms and delays on revolving issues apps not working as promised not functioning with devices, slow and bad customer follow up and ofcause they waited trying to fix issues in the apps n website 11 months till subscription was about to end to act all bothered about fixing the issues only to try and get me to pay another $4000, I was told if app and domain didn't work for me I could resell to recuperate funds the later claimed that was not the case, so many hidden subscription even after paying $5k... and ofcause my domains logins n hosting were changed when I refused to renew with them and I was locked out of a domain I registered with one company now tranfered hosting with a different one and now I don't have access to it cant renew the domain name... becareful cause you share credentials with them in order to build apps... terrible company not worth it... if you can avoid them do. “SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM”

This company is a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! They are a bunch is Indian scammers who only lure you into paying money for something and they scam you. First of all I wanted to use their services so I contacted them and I chose a short term package. They tried to convince me into choosing along term package which costs more but I was smart to have not been fooled by them, and I still stuck with my short term package. We finally agreed and I paid for the short term package which was just a few dollars. After they received the payment these guys refused to communicate with me. They had promised to deliver my project in 14 days according to the signed contract. I contacted them after 14 weeks and they told me 21 days. I waited for the 21 days again and contacted them. They then told me they have increased their prices and so the package I chose was no longer available so I should chose another package that had a an expensive price tag, I told them I don't need it so if the package I signed up for is no longer available they should refund my payment. Months have passed and these guys have not refunded my money and they refuse to communicate with me. Right now they have just gone ghost.
