The dashboard has not worked for us for months now. It should actually show the performance at article and account level. This worked well in the beginning, but for the last 3 months it has suddenly stopped working. Completely incorrect figures and incorrect data are displayed. We have contacted support several times, but unfortunately they are no help at all. We have had to send in the same sales report 3 times by e-mail, but nothing has ever changed. The support team simply doesn't care. There is also no ticket system. It feels like you have to explain your problem again every time. I can only advise anyone not to get this program. It is far too expensive for that.

I had a problem receiving information I needed and reached out to JS to take a look at it. JS responed within 8hrs letting me know they received my email gave me a few things to try and that would get back to me shorty. They got back to me by the next day saying they had fixed the problem and asked if everything was satisfactory. I'm completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

We had to cancel our subscription as we're closing our account, unfortunately forgetting to do so before the renewal period. The support team went above and beyond, reaching out to the billing team on our behalf. We've been fortunate to receive a partial refund as a result. While it's not the full amount, we're deeply appreciative that JungleScout showed understanding and provided some consideration. It's already more than enough for us.Should we decide to launch a new business in the future and require JungleScout's services again, we'll have no hesitation in returning to them.

That's why I purchased a one-year subscription.I must mention that Helium 10, as your competitor, provides somewhat more, or at least more interpretable, transparent, and easier-to-handle information for beginners like me. I am not a subscriber there; I only see the free data, and I confirm that I am still learning how to use Jungle Scout. But since most of us continuously gather data and browse constantly, this is what I experience with their free version. They are able to find quick solutions to the problems they face, no matter how unusual. This is because of their competence. At the same time, they provide very fast feedback and you can see the eagerness to help in all of these feedbacks.

They were fast to respond, addressed each of my concerns, responded back to my follow-up questions quickly, they sent screen shots for better clarification, and they were honest, even when the mistake was on their part. I have a great amount of respect for that.
