Exceptional product, well worth the money as the quality is unsurpassed. Unfortunately the UPS delivery was not as smooth but JumpSport quickly reshipped the items and resolved the issue immediately. I found them to be outstanding and just as valuable as their product line. Very easy to assemble too.

I ordered a handle bar to go with a JumpSport rebounder I had already purchased. They emailed me to make sure I had chosen one that would fit correctly, and also returned my call quickly when I called about an installation question. The handle bar was received on time in perfect condition and works great, as does the rebounder. They appear to be very well made and high quality products, and I'm glad I decided on this brand after doing extensive research.

Delivery was early and flawless; bungees were all on and I just had to put legs on. -Packaged well and easy to find parts in the box. It has a nice bounce and knowing it has adjustable tension is a bonus that I may use in the future. Personally I would like a bigger surface to jump on for my stability and walking, closed-circuit moves. I will look into 44 inch models for the next purchase in a few years.

Loving the rebounder so VERY MUCH!! It's an exercise product for everyone because you can go at your own level and pace. It works every muscle in your body and you really sweat! The videos I have been watching, during the free trial period, have really helped me understand the potential of what the rebounder can do for my body. Since I live in Miami, my favorite part of this new lovely experience is having the ability to workout outside everyday :)

I liked the fact that the rebounder had the bungee cords already attached because I know that attaching the cords is not easy and time consuming. I also like the way I can adjust the cords for a firmer bounce or softer. I have not been using the jump sport but a little over a week but so far I am very satisfied. I can exercise on this without pounding my feet as I have been having problems with metatarsals in my right foot,

There are known issues with shipping causing assembly problems. That issue was addressed immediately. The second problem was bent tubing that needed to be pounded out.

Arrived on time and easy to install. Red color made it easy to track black cord replacement progress. 39” rebounder bounces like new!

The foam on the mini trampoline handle bar was damaged. They replaced it with a new one without any hassle. The replacement part was received quickly. Katie
