Is jumingo.com Legit?

After struggling with another logistics company, I’ve contacted them and the company solved it rapidly. A fair price and much much better communication stands out from another vendors. Very positive experience. Don’t need to mention that everything arrived safe and sound.

A fantastic service for a very competitive price. Everything worked smoothly. I made the order early afternoon one day, it was picked up a couple of hours later and delivered in the UK (from Germany) the following morning. All for €20. Brilliant! The process was easy, especially with the post-Brexit customs requirements. This was my second time using JUmiNGO and I'll definitely be using them again.

I was amazed at the efficiency and price provided by Jumingo. I am a fashion designer / tailor and had a very urgent parcel that needed to be in Barcelona by Friday from Berlin on Monday.Having checked the offers I filled in the details for 1 day delivery with UPS and my package was collected with in 30 mins from my house cost was only 27€.My friends/ clients in Barcelona were wearing their new outfit 25 hours after pick up!!Thanks very much!

Pick up at home in Germany. Delivery at home in India. Transport and customs clearance through a competent partner. Took a total of 3 days. Jumingo had a much cheaper option than the one I took but they had not committed which carrier they will take. I knew that my chosen carrier does a good job. Did not know if any other 'Cheaper' courier will do a similarly good job. So, I took the more expensive option.Some clarifications on what type of inclusive and competent service Jumingo could offer through its own 'Free Choice Option' will be great. Maybe I spent extra money this time and there was no need to do so.

I am a long time customer from jumingo.I the beginning it run 100% perfect.If you have normal issue for shipping no problemBut nowWhen its getting a little complicated they let you downTickes were not be answeredIn the last order i neede an EEI Documetn that usually will be done from the shipper.But Jumingo told me that they are not engaged to generate that. A external company must be engaged.WHATS THAT:Shipping is Jumingos daily business, so I expect that they have at least a partner who are able to do the job, also with normal costs. But an answer like:They must seek for an external provider and that will cost a few 100 Euros.What answer is that ?So i canceled the order and the Exporter from our goods is responsible for shipping now.He is able to provide me with the EEI stuff.So I was a little disapointed with the avaraged service.

Used JUMiNGO twice for business purposes and am verey happy with the level of service. Packages are picked-up within the provided time set by the company and are delivered incredibly fast!Will definetely use again and recommend to colleagues and friends.

Delivery time 4 months instead of a few days (from Germany to neighbourcountry Austria!). Incredible series of errors. Ridiculouse effords to solve from Jumingo. I myself hat to write more than 70 (!) emails to GLS to solve the problems.After this long journey the goods were damaged. Finally, compensation for damages is refused by Jumingo based on absurd arguments.Update 20th Dec 2023: The reply of Jumingo here (30th Nov) and the regrets pretended is just fake and waffle. I wrote to Jumigo soon after, especially to Mrs. Paulus twice, last time 5th of December. No answer till today. I also called a couple of days later and Jumingo promised a recall. Never happened.

That was quite easy. Entering package size and weight, choosing a delivering and applying the adress datas.Paying was via Paypal. Then you are going to print the label. Later I choose a drop of shop and brought the package.Delivery from Berlin to USA took 6 days in total. Friday I droped of the package, Thursday it arrived - full tracking the whole time.

DHL express is a very complicated order, I could not make an order via DHL website, it needed a lot of unnecessary info that I did not have, I i was making the order to pick up from another country to myself. Jumingo on the other hand was very simple and clear, easy payment and tracking steps. It took only 24 ours door to door from Spain to Germany

I used JUMiNGO services many times. In the last time, I had an incident, some of packages for some reason got extra charges after some time I received a notification that I had to pay extra money. When I explained to JUMiNGO that these problems were not my mistake, they were because of some limitations in the wizard, JUMiNGO understood my complaints without any problem and returned the extra money to me. It is nice whenever a company listens to their customers and resolves the issues quickly. Based on my experience, I recommend JUMiNGO, and also I ask JUMiNGO to keep listening to their customers.

Extremely fast delivery for a great price4 stars only because generating customs documents was a bit more work than expected and there is no template offered. E.g. DHL offers to directly print everything with the label, which is a bit simpler and much more convenient.

I am happy with the whole experience starting from home pick up service to delivery with in 3 days to India. It only costed 30 euro where as DHL was charging 79 euro.
