I had never even heard of this store before I had a fraudulent transaction appear from my bank card. I attempted to get my money refunded via Chat, but the customer service person just kept saying that they couldn't find out who used my card details and to contact the police. The store is in Casablanca, I am in Australia. I work for an online store here, and our company would at least look into the transaction, and when found would be able to tell it wasn't me. This company is just a front for criminal activity.

I bought a router on this platform but they sent me another client's item who received mine by their mistake. So, I tried to reach out the costumer service, then the hell began: First call they told me to use the inapp chat which is not working. No agent was available. Second call was declined without any reason. So I've been using their food delivery website since its inception and it worked pretty well. I ordered some takeout a few days ago, and the delivery took longer than expected. I request customer support to change it to my current one and they've told me that the order should be delivered within an hour. More than an hour goes by again after that I decide to contact them again and their reasoning this time was that the delivery person was unavailable for delivery and proceeded to tell me that I will receive a call from the rep's supervisor to have this issue fixed ASAP. A couple of days go by and I get nothing even though the call was supposed to be done much sooner. I reach out to their support to my surprise they said that the order amount will be refunded and I should receive the funds within 3 to 5 days. The promised refund period had gone past and I reach out to them once again repeating the same message without having anything fixed.Now, one thing that I intentionally did not mention is that their customer support was horrendous. They'd take way too long to respond to a single message and in some cases close the chat leaving my question unresponded. More than a week had gone past without having my issue fixed.
