Is juice.ai Legit?

There is no option to cancel the plan, what? why? this is SaaS right? why there will not be option to pause or cancel the subscription if i needed? and then when i ask them via live chat to cancel, they said we are sorry, what we can do to make you like juice.ai etc. I just want to cancel the subscription, why you guys have to force me to stay!!!! and then 2 weeks passed still they didn't cancel and it's still charging me. Very horrible and bad example set by them for this tactics.

It's stop working after I generate 10 articles, until now over 10 months, I still can't generate any article any more. Just a big scam.

I got in contact with the juice.ai company on June 19 to ask a few question about their $19 per month blogging service. They took forever to respond and never responded to my questions fully. I also asked about the link to sign up for the 30 days blog posting instead of 15 days and they told me it was for only 1 month of 30 blog posts and then it went back down to 15 monthly posts. So when I went to sign up with the link on July 2nd (that is how long it took for them to communicate through emails with me) the price had changed to $29 per month. So I asked them to send me the link to the $19, and they responded to me saying that their price had changed to $29 per month on Jun 5th. So I told them that I have been communicating with them since June 19 and I have tried to purchase before the 5th of June. They never responded to my last email and now as of July 15th the price jumped up to $49 per month. This is a great bait and switch company.

Juice.ai has been great to work! It is a great tool for creating content on your blog quickly. Derek has taken all of my suggestions into consideration and tried to incorporate as much of it as possible into the product roadmap.

The tool helps me create a list of long-tail keywords, primarily low-hanging fruits allowing me to organize my articles with these keywords. Despite its simplicity, Juice.aI is incredibly powerful. I was able to create high-quality content using all the essential tools included inside. Juice has an easy-to-use interface, and everything is well-arranged.

Juice.ai is a good, easy to use tool for generating articles quickly. This is not just another blog software that makes you write like a robot. It’s a complete content creation system that can help you improve your business and get more leads.The creators are really nice and helpful. I'm using Juice now and I'm getting better and better results every day. I can’t wait to use this product in future projects.

They dont tell you there is no refund for first time customers; even if they cant provide the service. I wish i could submit the email screenshots for proof. this company isnt straight forward about the service they cant provide. STAY AWAY! I asked for a refund and was told no!

Absolutely no communication from support , didn't even work I have been charged 4 months now and I have canceled 3 times and no luck from them except taking my money and not answering the 15 emails I have sent and chat bot is useless , 😢 I have canceld bit it seems to keep charging me not good enough , I don't recommend this at all

I've talked to their support team and they're really responsive, would recommend it.
