They sent Jewelry that looked old and tarnished. Wasnt able to gift it the way it showed up as it looked rusted out. When trying to resolve with company, they sent me cleaning insturctions in which I would have to go buy all kinds of items to mix some mixure to clean it. I was simply trying to buy a gift for someone when they they expected me to do thier job of making the jewelry presentable for gifting. They wouldnt even offer a discount for me having to go to buy all these cleaning agents for the mixutre and do the work. I would never buy from them again as they have horrible customer service when they send items that are damaged.

The silk pomegranate tallit , kippah, and bag I ordered is exquisite! It’s beautifully made. I didn’t expect to like the gold and silver threads as much as I do. It’s very high-quality work! It is a bit wider than I had expected, but that’s still all right with me. Also, I don’t think the entire blessing is on the atarat.

At first, I was very apprehensive about making a selection from Israel during this difficult time in their country. But with that said, I must say I was more than pleased with the entire process and service I received. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was most helpful, in Israel, and I received exactly what I ordered. With that said, the diamond chai is of high quality and is beautiful and I am indeed please with my purchase. The two bracelets I bought were even more beautiful in person than they looked on the website. Customer service was exceptionally responsive. Have to say, that this was the worst product + worst return policy. When my necklace arrived, the chain was knotted and tarnished. I un-did the knot, went to place it on my neck, and it broke in the middle. It was flimsy, and not worth $100.00 CAD. I paid $23.00 CAD duty when it arrived--not a problem; but when I emailed about the damaged necklace, toe company told me to ship it back to Israel ($25.00 CAD), and on top of that?, pay the duty when it arrived back to Israel (possibly another $25.00 CAD). I ended up throwing the cheap, rubbish necklace in the bin, knowing it was going to cost me $50.00 CAD, to return it. Even my husband said it looked cheap/made in China.

We received our items in perfect condition and everything looks great. We are very happy with our purchase.

I received my Shofar in good time- about 2 weeks from Israel to Canada. It is absolutely beautiful- and very clean.
