Is joywplace.com Legit?

Great site to order very cheap jerseys. I have ordered four times now and everything has always worked out well. The support answers very quickly via WhatsApp and you can also write to the support of Joyfball (same site only different name) if something doesn't work!

I ordered a kids shorts and jersey set and one adults jersey in June. They were due to be delivered on Friday 5th July and arrived the following Monday.Material is good, I've washed on a low temp and so far so good they are washing fine. I don't dry in the drier, hang on the line or clothes horse.

I had bought 6 jersey totaling 160$ when i received the package.. I had gotten nothing, but surgical face masks! This website/company is a scam!Do not buy from Joywplace!This website just keeps your credit card information and will use your money!!!!Be aware!

I have received both ordered t shirts today after 3 weeks. I did write a negative review before due to their lack of response to provide me with further delivery details via whatsapp and email communication. They did eventually text me back after a few days and updated delivery details. I am happy with t shirt quality and leaving a good review now, however there is a margin for improvement for their customer communication e.g. delivery information.

It's been almost a month since I placed my order, 3 shirts worth over £80 and still, I have not received a status update or shipping information talk less of tracking. I have also texted and rang the provided whatsapp number which is clearly a façade and there is no customer service process in place. I wish i read more of the reviews before spending that much money

At first I didn't have much confidence in this website. because I accidentally ordered on joywplace instead of joyfball. I was afraid that I was being scammed. I placed my order 1 month ago. And today it arrived neatly. so you really have to have a lot of patience. Delivery time can be between 3-4 weeks. I was very happy with my order. so good quality. it looks exactly like the original. and for such a price it is definitely worth it. but note that the size runs small so I would choose a size larger. This was my experience and I will definitely order from this website again.

I ordered a Barca shirt and it was pretty good, the order took around 18 days to come to sweden.Quality is okay ( I dont own any real football shirts to know their materials and things like that) Tip: instead of using 17track use Aftership ( it is much better and gives more info about your package)

Ordered 4 jerseys, one of each (home, away and third kit) with a custom jersey name and number in the mix. I was a bit sceptical because of a few terrible reviews online. There is some truth to the scepticism because the company gives you no updates whatsoever and the order just shows up after a month but they got the order perfect and that's what matters!

I ordered 2 shirts on the 4th of July, they have arrived on the 17th. Long wait but what do you expect when shipping from Asia, the quality of the shirts is good. They both arrived with the correct name on the back and sizing. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is the actual sizing itself is a bit off, I’m going to say for anyone that is thinking of ordering, go a size up as they do fit a bit tight. Other than that, you get what you pay for and it’s a great alternative to spending £100+ on an authentic shirt.

Placed an order for 2 shirts,didn't realise it was my old address stored on file,I contacted them immediately to give new address but they waited 2days to tell me that it was too late to change address and they have been shipped.I have no chance of getting them now.Does anyone know who their deliveries are done by,Royal Mail for example?

Ordered on line kit arrived and shorts were damaged. All the stitching came out. Asked for them to replace. They offered 10% on next order then asked me to send back to China. Postage would have been too much. ALSO BE AWARE MY CARD DETAILS WERE USED ONLINE FROM CHINA AND I GOT A HSBC ALERT THAT BLOCKED IT. YOU PUT YOUR CARD DETAILS ON THEIR WEBSITE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. I tried to place an order for a couple of shirts last night, for no reason my credit card was declined, I then instantly received an email from a third party company, "service wintopay", asking (in broken English) for further card details.This morning I have received a message from "jofball.com" asking me to contact my bank to release the payment.Also received a message from Lloyd's Bank telling me that suspected unauthorised attempts to use my credit card had taken place.It all seems a bit of a scam.

The company is legit, but they take almost 1 month for your jerseys to get delivered. Moreover, though their kits look very similar to the ones licensed by clubs, their products are all counterfeit.

Quality is great! It says order a size up but I would say a medium is a uk medium, small is uk small etc. Came In 15 days but that included 2 weekends and 2 easter bank holidays in 2023.

Delivery driver posted through wrong door and now we cannot get it back nor get a refund as support not replying.Awful company that use an awful delivery company!!Avoid at all costs folks!!

My son ordered a couple of football tops on the 8th August. Shipping was expected to take 7-15 working days. It's now 6 weeks later and tracking hasn't updated. Not convinced he is going to get the items and any emails to support and on facebook have been ignored. Can't help but think this is a massive scam.He's contacted the help desk and provided them with all the details of his order to be told they can't find an order from him. They have taken his money, no kit has arrived and are refusing to help. Beware!
