successfully supplied watch that numerous other sellers listed (and accepted payment) but couldn’t in the end actually provide stock, so i was very happy !

I have emailed them on a couple of occasions stating that my package that was left on my doorstep (which is not a safe place) was taken. I haven’t had any response regarding my emails so I’m not exactly happy about that. I can’t comment on my watch which I purchased because I have not got it.

The shipping was fast, I was informed throughout the process. I do have a small complaint. I was expecting a different box for the watch, I was expecting one with a watch pillow, but that is just a small factor everything else was perfect.

I rate this product with 4 stars. Initially, I had doubts about the watch's authenticity due to a previous scam experience. My first impression was not ideal, and I struggled with the clasp on the strap. Despite considering returning the watch, I found the return policy to be quite strict, with shipping costs falling on the customer. There was a risk of not getting approval for the return, resulting in a loss of money. However, I eventually managed to figure out the strap and now, after a few days, I am thoroughly enjoying the watch. The leather band has already started showing signs of wear, but I assume it's just typical leather behavior. My only complaint is the no response from customer service and the unsupportive exchange policy. Nevertheless, the watch was shipped promptly, carefully packaged, and overall, it is a quality timepiece.

I ordered a hard to find Seiko (limited edition) watch from Joyce Jewellery. The watch was ordered 21st May. It had to be sourced from Japan and arrived at Joyce by 3rd June. It was then checked before being couriered to my address, and arrived safely and in good condition on the 12th June. So all up Order->Delivered was 3weeks. Pretty good in my opinion. Also, the delivery within Australia was tracked and insured as per my request.Both before order and during delivery I had a couple of queries that were promptly answered. The whole process has been smooth with nil issues, with good communication (via e-mail) where all my queries were answered within 1 business day. I would buy from Joyce Jewellery again in the future. Thank you.

The whole process of purchasing on the website was seamless. The communication when I only received two of the three products was appreciated. When there are delays for whatever reason being informed keeps you in the loop and you know someone is tracking your item. The items I received were packed extremely well, arrived in good condition and delivered in the time frame stated. Very happy to purchase again in the future.

Genuine products and a genuinely reputable seller. After purchasing an Armani product from David Jones, I actually received a used item to my astonishment. Their return and exchange process was a nightmare and they could no longer provide a replacement. Hence I contacted Joyce Jewellery who was able to provide me the product I was looking for, that too at a lower price. Customer service and shipping was 10/10! Will shop there again very soon for my birthday.

I live in NZ and found the most gorgeous earrings online. No one in NZ had them so I ordered them and they were required for a special birthday 6 April. Not being in stock they checked with supplier for accurate dates and were able to reassure me I would have them in time. They are stunning as well as being here for the 6th. Thank you guys. My watch arrived in good working condition, however I only just received it as a birthday gift from my husband, so haven't worn it much yet. Joyce was great with communication and prompt delivery time. So far very happy and would use Joyce Jewellery again.

A great business run by very efficient and helpful people. After phoning around a few jewellery shops, this was the only one who offered to order in the item I was looking for. We ordered the watch online, it arrived in time for Christmas which was excellent as it was a gift and we left it a little bit late. I contacted Joyce Jewellery to source another couple of links for the band and they have been more than helpful with this request. I am expecting to receive the extra links shortly. Very lovely prasiolite earrings! I’m captivated by this stone, a colour that’s simultaneously there and not there, the cut enhancing the sparkle, providing a prismatic effect of clear water with depths of softest green. By far my favourite gemstone for its subtlety.
