Ordered additional Clinicare products following laser treatment for thread veins and rosacea.Items came well packed, with samples the next day. Great service, thank you and happy to recommend.

Have been trying for a couple of days to contact you, your phone number just cuts off and so far no reply to any emails or Facebook message, no sign of my order yet sadly. Took a week before any reply finally got my order, probably won’t use again and phone number still doesn’t work!

The team were super helpful. I placed my order only to realize I’d missed an item. They asked the warehouse to hold my delivery while they added my additional item in and sent me a payment link, this meant I wasn’t having to pay additional postage. Everything arrived a day later. Great service!

Ordered a few products form the clinicare range no problems apart from one of the products been half full. I contacted customer service & they informed me that it may of been damaged during the transit.Susan who took care of this problem for me was very helpful & kept me up to date of my parcel every step of the way. Hi I tried to purchase this for my Mum as Christmas has gone and Mothers Day is next, as she liked mine I searched for Butter London Handbag Holiday. Found it but cuticle oil sold out and I got refund. However opened my mail and got this 🤩a new bottle with note but cannot upload a photo. A basic internet upload, not a fantastic review site as anyone can say anything without proof. My photo shows a note and a wrapped bottle of cuticle oil, BRILLIANT.

I placed an order to then be emailed days later saying it wasn’t in stock so would I like a refund or to wait until it comes in the following week. I replied right away to say I can hold on until it comes in if they can send it first class and I didn’t receive a reply or any further communication from them. After sending another email to find out when the item would be sent I eventually got a reply. The item was actually sent a couple days previously but they failed to communicate that so I didn’t know the item was on its way. Glad it was promptly dealt with but the communication could do with some improvement. Thanks
