Is journey-masters.com Legit?

I spoke to Juan hernandez, lovely guy helped me a lot in booking. Deserves a credit!! Great company.

Henry was such a pleasure to work with! Very oatient and knowledgeable, he basically saved me from a ton of issues re booking that I overlooked in my rush to book my ticket.I highly recommend!

I hope every would be victim of this scammers uses every resource available to stop this fraud.Remember you can dispute the charges with your credit card company (although this "Journey Masters" will arrogantly tell you "do what you want to do "The next two resources are to file a complaint with the BBB, or the FTC, or both, but please do everything you can to stop this scammers.I had to fight them hard, but finally after three weeks I got my hard earned money back.

Scaaammmmm dont buy from this people seems like they use the same trick every time you book and then they tell you they dont have that ticket available and they can sell you a different one much more expensive i was able to lock my credit card before they were able to withdraw any money so when they find out they tried to convince me to buy for the price that was advertised first on their website

I booked a flight with them but the reservation price wasn't the same as the price announced on the fly-scanner website. So I didn't accept what they were offering, they charged me US$15 for nothing.

Booked through what looked like a reputable site that then transferred me to journey masters. Went through with the booking then got the bait and switch phone call. Tickets for United now are triple the price, because the promotion is expired. What promotion??? They told me of different flights going to an airport close by. If I want to cancel it's 48 dollars per person. Was told I'm on stand-by and tickets won't be confirmed until 3-4 days before travel. Scam stay clear!!!!!!!!! Will have to stop payment hopefully with my bank.

This was first and last experience and I will never use Journey Masters again. I requested a roundtrip flight and was told not to worry about the add flight added to my itinerary. However, American Airlines stopped me, would not allow me to board and when I called Journey Masters they insisted I can board and to go to my gate. I was unable retrieve a boarding pass and again American Airlines deny me access. The customer service representatives would not talk to each other and I was left with the only option to purchase a new ticket. Journey Masters refused my refund and left me on my own with my elderly mother.

This is a scammer group. Booked a flight in may as up on til now flight not confirmed. Tried calling the numbers which on site but they are all fake. DONT TRUST THIS SITE. GO DIRECTLY THROUGH UR AIRLINES. THIS IS A SCAMMER PAGE

Bait and switch. They couldn’t be more obvious. Advice to all…Please Read….. Go directly through the airline’s websites as that will be your safest way to book. These discount site are a “crapshoot” and if you’re unwilling to gamble you’re hard worked for vacation. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY.

This is a SCAM. They offer you a ticket an then try to sell you another ticket for more than twice the original price. If you don't accept they tell you that you lose your original reservation amount.

The worst service I have ever received. When you buy the airline tickets online, they post a low price pending confirmation from a sales agent. Then, when the sales agent call you the following day, the price of the airline ticket is much higher. Moreover, agents lie to you about the ticket price and try to sell the routes they want. The claim process is a nightmare!Definitely, I do not recommend this company to anyone.

No stars to be given!! This is the most deceiving and fraudulent site to go through. I’m out a lot of money and have my bank fighting them for reimbursement. Book tickets in January and come to find out in April for our trip in June to Aruba that our tickets supposedly were canceled or never issued even though I got confirmation of it. They went on to explain that I needed to pay an extra $150 to go and get another airline Booked through them they jerked me around for three weeks saying they had to book because it it was a group travel. They had to get in touch with the airlines and blah blah blah blah blah. I told them that they were scammers and I wanted my money back and they said go through your bank , do not do not do not work with them and also they go by other names so look into journey masters with additional websites, claiming to be them to never book from them. They are scam artists! I finally told the guy hope he sleeps at night because he’s going to hell!
