Excellent shopping experience for a superior brand. The Jon Hart site is easy to use with great product info. I especially like the color descriptions and post purchase product care info. Shipping was on time and as expected. Jon Hart products are long lasting and trendy. I purchased 3 Jon Hart backpacks for my teenage daughters again this year. This second purchase was to switch out to new colors. The Jon hart color options make it easy to pick a product fitting your current style. The monogramming options also make it personal.

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Rachelle Wise! She responded to my email right away and worked with me to help fix my problem. With her kindness, hard work, and excellent communication she helped me get my order in time to provide the gifts to my bridesmaids. I was sadly one of the brides who had to cancel her wedding to COVID but being able to provide special gifts to my bridesmaids is a silver lining so they still know how much I love and appreciate them. Rachelle, I truly cannot thank you enough or express my gratitude for your help. You truly performed a Christmas miracle and I am forever grateful!

K back to Katherine was the most helpful Customer Service person I have encountered in my many, many years of shopping. She promptly called me in response to a voice message, has me send a photograph of the item I was endeavoring to purchase. Upon receipt of the photo she researched the item and called me back with information on how to locate the item and place my order. Her instructions were very good, and I placed my order. Amazingly, she followed up later that day and requested the order number so she could follow it. Although I did not expect the item for 3-4 weeks, it arived just over a week later. Katherine served Jon Hart and me well.

The product (boot bag with monogram) is terrific and looks like it is super sturdy. It was delivered within two days of ordering.I had an issue with placing my order and was able to resolve it quickly through customer service. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future!

I ordered my backpack for school and I am involved in multiple extra curricular’s, which means I’m inside and outside a lot. It doesn’t scratch real easily, they aren’t hard to clean, easy access to everything I need, and very cute!

I bought six passport covers and had a problem with one .I had a quick response from Katherine ,She quickly resolved my issue , replaced one , sent out over night to me . Problem solved . I really appreciated everyone’s hard work in making this right for me.

I ordered the large backpack. I love that it fits my laptop with the Jon Hart 15” computer case. My order shipped quickly and was delivered to me the next day! I want to suggest, however, that the photos/videos on the website be improved, however. I’ve only been able to order my Jon Hart products online, and it’s difficult to tell how large a product is even with the dimensions listed.

The backpack is darling! I wanted the light purple color to match my current diaper bag and even though it wasn't shown online, I contacted customer service and they made the change for me. It is a piece my daughter will carry for a long time!

I have purchase 2 of the clear backpacks. I for each of my oldest 2 granddaughters. The delivery time on both were very fast! We had some issues with one of the backpacks and customer service was great. They were very quick to resolve all the problems and was custoner service at its best. There will be more purchases from Jon Hart in the future. Love their products and their business ethics.

Perfectly done Jon Hart!! Super fast shipping! When it got here I was so surprised I hadn’t it got a chance to check my email for a tracking number! The make up bag was bigger than we thought but ended up working out perfect! This was a gift for our teenage daughter that cheers along with traveling sports and it fits all her beauty needs!

I have purchased from Jon Hart before, but this year, purchasing everything online has made things more difficult. I recommend if you have questions about leather colors, stamps/monograms and leather quality to call and speak with someone. Their customer service is excellent. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. My overall experience was great thanks to such wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend.

We love the new travel kits. Great amount of space. The material seems durable. The initials look very Jon Hart! The only downside is the zipper is difficult to use on the two corners, we are hoping with use they will become easier.

I have shopped with Jon Hart for over 20 years!!!! I still have my first set of luggage I received as my HS graduation gift!! Thank you for the quick service in less than a week. I ordered 6 small storage kits, a 2-suiter and 2 sets of coasters and they were all perfectly done in color and monograming. My grandkids will love their special gifts for Christmas.

Second verse, sucks more than the first!!!After y’all offered to inconvenience me further, by saying you wanted the bag returned, because that was your preference, I said never mind. After y’all already demanded that’s what y’all wanted in my first call, I made the mistake of wasting more of my time calling again, at your request, only to be told the same thing. Build better stuff, and you won’t have to inconvenience your customers. The green dental floss shows up really well when I show it off; especially, in the YouTube video I made about your customer “service” team. Stitching on the handle was unraveling after first use. I called and asked for some thread to repair it myself; they replied that they wanted me ship it to them for repair, instead of them mailing a few inches of thread. What a waste of time, packing and travel, so I repaired the stitching with dental floss.
