Is jones-london.com Legit?

Would give a -5 stars if I could.I bought two pairs of sandals advertised as High quality leather. They were plastic.They won't return my emails. Ignoring all communication. Misleading you that their products come from London. Meanwhile they are Chinese products coming from China.Trying to send the products back to refund is an absolute laugh...How can that company still be trading on line????Again, another scam, openly stealing from trusting customer.

EVERYONE PLEASE REPORT THIS ‘BUSINESS’ TO ACTION FRAUD!!! - I have, and the more referrals they get, hopefully something can be done to stop them. I’m glad Trustpilot have put a warning on here now. PayPal were totally unhelpful and useless! I have previously put a review on about this fraud. They go by many different names. It’s appalling they are still getting away with it. For all we know they may be using slave labour to make the products!

I spent 106 pounds in two tops and received nothing tracking number saying that they have been trying to deliver What a scam I will never order anything again unless it’s amazon the only one you can trust

Spent £157 on what can only be described as rubbish! They are pretending to be a British company with their warehouse in China. I paid £20 to return it. Since then NOTHING. I was warned they might not refund me but if I was sending back it had to be sent back to China - scammer alert DO NOT Buy!!!!

‼️UPDATE ‼️FINALLY GOT MY MONEY BACK!‼️Glad I paid with PayPal - it was a difficult and time consuming process but after many many weeks of chasing up, PayPal finally refund all of my money. AVOID JONES-LONDON as they are total scammers. I WILL CHECK OUT REVIEWS NOW BEFORE I BUY ANYTHING ONLINE IN THE FUTURE!

Absolute crooks! Ordered a very nice looking jacket, advertised as leather and suede. It arrived and is plastic and polyester. I requested a refund and their returns policy to be informed that the return was at my own risk and cost quoting upwards of £20 then no guarantees. Sadly I paid by debit card as I don’t think there was an option for PayPal or Apple Pay which are my preferred method. I finally opted for 100% credit stupidly and now there is no credit when I log in. Charlatans¡

Can't believe it! On the Jones London website it shows trust pilot reviews fraudulently. Plain lying!! This is fraud and trust pilot should take action by reporting to police So upset...handbag fell apart on first day. No luck in getting a refund.

I'm disapointed I had to give them a one star rating as the service provided doesn't even deserve that.- very poor quality product- unhelpful to the point of obstructive when I claimed a refund.- return process designed to dissuede customer from returning goods.- two months later still await a refund.- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I got sucked in too, so I did a chargeback with my credit card company and got my money back. It takes time and a bit of effort but don't let these scammers get away with it. This site has been taken down from Facebook and another set up called 'Sage-London'. Exactly the same goods. Beware!!

Would have put zero if I could. Poor quality goods & do not represent the images on website. Web site full of inaccurate images, incorrect information e.g.customer service open 24/7 then says closed Sundays only open till 6 Monday to Friday only open till 5 Saturdays. No labels on garment no info about washing drying etc. returns policy make it unlikely you will send back costs more than garment. Do not buy anything from this company. Not based in London goods made & sent from china. They should not be allowed to trade.

I would have given zero stars if it were possible. ‘Cashmere’ jumper arrived on time but is a very cheaply made synthetic fabric printed to look knitted. Absolute rubbish. Facebook continue to allow this and similar companies to advertise their products. So many scam companies out there often with sob stories about having to close down. They’re not based in the UK despite the names line ‘of London’. Buyer beware.

Scammers. I bought from their website thinking they were a London-based family business having a closing sale. They were showing 4.8 star trustpilot ratings. Now there's no mention of the closing sale, somehow they have a 1 star trust pilot rating, and I was sent some very low quality items that weren't as advertised. Shocking really. I can't return anything because the return is "at your own risk" and "might get held at customs in China". Don't waste your hard earned money.

Item described as genuine leather (Lydia handbag), which is in fact PU/plastic - still being sold on their site as genuine leather approximately 5 minutes ago, when I checked. Company is in China - NOT London! Full refund received after escalating claim through PayPal, but they try every tactic beforehand to avoid paying this. Read their refund policy carefully, before buying - I didn't! I didn't do my research this time which I usually do, but luckily for me, PayPal came to the rescue - thank you PayPal!

Total scam. Avoid at all costs. Bought a so-called high quality leather bag and it was plastic. Very poor quality lining. Having read the previous reviews, I won't bother with a return.I discovered the advert on Facebook - interestingly, there's another company selling similar, if not identical items, under a different name, but stating that the family business is being closed down, just as Jones-London did.

This is a follow up post from me. I ended up with 3 pairs of plastic slippers when I thought I was buying a single pair of leather orthopedic mules. They were intransigent about any corrections to the order. I contested the payment with my credit card company and won! All money refunded!! I have contacted Kyle Jones about my storage and return postage charges. I have given them 3 days to reply. Avoid this Scam Company at all cost.

AVOID❗️‼️❗️These people are thieving scammers. Had a mare trying to get a refund via PayPal. They told me in order to get a refund I had to return the items at my cost and providing I had proof of postage the address was shown as correct I would get a refund. This was not so. I went round in circles for weeks with PayPal providing all the evidence and showing that the parcel was stuck at customers. PayPal then changed the goalposts and said the parcel had to show as delivered! Problem being that Jones “London’ refused to acknowledge customs to release it from customs despite my multiple messages. PayPal closed my case in their favour!!! I was shocked!!! Had to put in a formal complaint to get this investigated and I eventually got my money back months later!! Do yourselves a favour and avoid like the plague!!!

I received my order in a timely fashion however it was not suitable. I started the return process promptly and their policy clearly states 14 days and cost is the responsibility of the customer which is fine …. However - one needs to get authorised before returning . Took 4 days to get a response . Then they wanted photos - another 4 days to get response. Then an email came saying was I sure and all the reason - up to £35 to return the order … still no address . I am at 13 days now and still waiting for address to return items. The order was over £100! Trading standards need to investigate this company . Absolutely awful system and actually a non existent returns policy . Company ships from China …

Be very aware! wrote a review exposing this scam lookalike website. Amex claims department initially suspended the charge for a 'Vintage real leather bag with micro suede lining' The bag arrived plastic and with a cheap nylon printed lining and poor stitching.However since then Jones -London have given them documentation that I received 'a bag'and refused to pay £25-£35 to return it to China.... Amex have now re- charged me for the item. So Amex are now giving a green light to fraudsters. AFG
