Is jomajewellery.com Legit?

I see a lot of negative reviews but can only speak as I find. I placed and order for a bracelet and my delivery date was 19-23 dec and it arrived this morning (21st). It looks really lovely, well packaged with a Lovely little gift bag. No complaints from me

Wow what a lying bunch of dropshipping b*!@£&^!# I noticed that they have screwed over others this his Xmas also. When i emailed them to ask where my order was the cheeky 🤬 sent me an email with a link on it showing a royal mail strike from 2023 like I lm that stupid! That Made me so angry trying to palm me off like that!! I asked where my order was and they sent me a reply telling me what i already knew!! that ROYAL MAIL are waiting for the order!!! NEVER BUY off these!!! Ordered in November some bracelets for my daughter for xmas and now she is going without her present. Now it's too late to get something else.

Ordered on 29 November 2024 a couple of brackets for my girls for Christmas with the free gift offer. said they would be delivered by the 11th December. Still had no delivery. Contacted customer service 4 times and still had no response. Normally use Joma around 6 times a year but won’t be ordering from them again.

Not a good experience. Placed order and returned to sender as the label Joma printed was missing some of the address. I’m still waiting for a refund for this item from November. Tried to get in touch but they started sending return labels

I ordered a couple of Christmas presents form the website a few weeks back, and after quite a few days realised I had no confirmation on update on the order. It was still within the expected delivery time but just to be sure I contacted the company to check the order had gone through as it was during the Black Friday sales and they would be very busy. They responded within a matter of how’s and assured the order was confirmed and provided the confirmation email/provided a status. The ordered arrived the next morning. Excellent customer service and items were perfect! Slight hiccup with the confirmation email but everything was sorted very quickly! Will definitely use again!

ordered on 29/11/24 and they had a free gift option with spends over £45. i chose my design and added this to my bag, waited 2 weeks for the delivery for there to be no free gift inside the package. contact customer services and they said i have missed out as i had to put it in my bag but i did this as there were 3 options to choose from. still awaitng a repsonse....

Wouldn't even rate them 1 star. Ordered a few times with these and had no problem. However I placed an order on the 25th November and it still has not arrived. I know they are very busy with Christmas coming up but the amount of times I've emailed them this week to ask for an update on my order as I'm getting very worried and stressed whether they will come in time for Christmas and heard no response just the same automated response that is not helpful at all. The worst customer service I have ever received I've emailed their customer care service everyday and messaged their Instagram page and got no response. The delivery timescale they gave me was between the 28th November and 2nd December it is now the 12th December. Won't be buying fromthese again I've even messaged asking for a refund as the days go on I'm worried if these presents will come in time but heard nothing. They don't care about their customers only care about the money.

Absolute shocking company don't no who packs the items but they sure can't read what you've ordered and paid for! Ordered bracelet for my daughter on photo gift card you pay extra for. Didn't receive that or the large gift bag , complained they sent me empty small box ! Complained again same arrived 2 weeks later !

Ordered and received two lovely items. Unfortunately both were missing charms that I had added and showed in my order confirmation. I contacted the company straight away but they say there is nothing they can do as it didn't go through properly. My only choice is to return them (although they are personalised and it says they can't be returned) and order again. No explanation of the issue, just a case of tough luck - our system didn't process it properly.Disappointed. Had there not been this bad handling of the error, I would have highly recommended them!

I have placed four separate orders now from Joma Jewellery. The first order had an engraved item - I wasn't happy with the scratches from the engraving, but they replaced the item without any fuss. The replacement still wasn't perfect so I decided to choose an alternative item instead. The customer services responses were fast and actioned in good time. The packaging is beautiful and can be personalised. My most recent order arrived in good time and I'm pleased with my purchases.

Companies must provide the website user to opportunity to opt out of non-essential cookies. Joma Jewellery does not allow you to do so which is illegal. This doesn't seem surprising given the amount of poor reviews they receive. Buyer beware how your data is being used/stored when dealing with this company

Absolutely amazing! Purchased a bracelet and a personalised photo booklet for my mum’s birthday. Decided not to pay extra for quick delivery so they expected it to arrive between the 20-22 August. It actually got delivered way before this! Beautifully packed and wrapped, very well worth the money. I highly recommend this company!

Don’t make a purchase. Ordered necklace for my daughter’s graduation. Order arrived charm was missing that I paid extra for. Only option is full refund or refund for charm. Only a day left to graduation had no option to receive a refund for charm. I wish I had read reviews before ordering as other customers have had the same issue. Not good enough

Have had nothing but trouble since ordering online with them.Ordered a cute personalised bracelet for a family birthday present. Paid for express delivery. Nearly 3 weeks later, nothing. No contact from the company, no telephone number to speak to an actual person. I’ve been fobbed off with “we’ll speak to the warehouse and get this sorted” several times, when i have contacted them.No refund offered, apart from when i demanded back my ‘express delivery’ payment. Which to their credit, they did refund.It’s a shame because i’ve bought from this company in stores before and i love their products, however i will never be ordering directly with the company again. Am still awaiting to hear back from them for the 3rd time and now awaiting a refund.

Absolutely terrible service. 21st birthday bracelet bought with additional charms which weren’t included. Complained, was refunded and ordered another one. Also came without additional charm. We are now two weeks post birthday and still no bracelet. Have been advised they will refund again but have completely given up and ordered something else entirely.

Such lovely jewellery pieces at such an affordable cost. They come packaged so nice and are perfect for gifts or for yourself. Delivery took about a week and a half but this is to be expected when you order around Christmas time- just order in advance if you need them for a specific date. I have bought jewellery from joma quite a few times now and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again 🤍

I’ve twice had a Christmas present order fail to deliver. When trying to call in to discuss this, I’ve been unable to get through on multiple occasions, and there’s not even an option to leave a message. I have emailed in but have very little faith I’ll ever hear anything back. I’m not convinced there’s any actual people working on customer queries at all.

Absolutely fabulous customer service. I ordered a bracelet for my daughter birthday and did t check delivery which would have been after the date of her birthday. Emailed to see if I could get it quicker and they sent it next day delivery with no charge. First class company and wouldn’t beside to order again. Lovely jewellery too 🥰 thanks again!

Excellent customer service and if could give more than 5 stars i would. I ordered 2 bracelets on 24hr tracked. Having only recieved 1 the next day i clicked on tracking number for the second to find that it had been missorted by the mailing company to Isle of Man! After contacting Joma i recieved a prompt email within 10 mins and item is being replaced free of charge and have new order number to confirm.. Highly recommended this company and jewellery is gorgeous with a lovely gift bag. Thankyou Joma jewellery first class business
