I see a lot of negative reviews but can only speak as I find. I placed and order for a bracelet and my delivery date was 19-23 dec and it arrived this morning (21st). It looks really lovely, well packaged with a Lovely little gift bag. No complaints from me
Wow what a lying bunch of dropshipping b*!@£&^!# I noticed that they have screwed over others this his Xmas also. When i emailed them to ask where my order was the cheeky 🤬 sent me an email with a link on it showing a royal mail strike from 2023 like I lm that stupid! That Made me so angry trying to palm me off like that!! I asked where my order was and they sent me a reply telling me what i already knew!! that ROYAL MAIL are waiting for the order!!! NEVER BUY off these!!! Ordered in November some bracelets for my daughter for xmas and now she is going without her present. Now it's too late to get something else.
Ordered on 29 November 2024 a couple of brackets for my girls for Christmas with the free gift offer. said they would be delivered by the 11th December. Still had no delivery. Contacted customer service 4 times and still had no response. Normally use Joma around 6 times a year but won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered a couple of Christmas presents form the website a few weeks back, and after quite a few days realised I had no confirmation on update on the order. It was still within the expected delivery time but just to be sure I contacted the company to check the order had gone through as it was during the Black Friday sales and they would be very busy. They responded within a matter of how’s and assured the order was confirmed and provided the confirmation email/provided a status. The ordered arrived the next morning. Excellent customer service and items were perfect! Slight hiccup with the confirmation email but everything was sorted very quickly! Will definitely use again!
ordered on 29/11/24 and they had a free gift option with spends over £45. i chose my design and added this to my bag, waited 2 weeks for the delivery for there to be no free gift inside the package. contact customer services and they said i have missed out as i had to put it in my bag but i did this as there were 3 options to choose from. still awaitng a repsonse....
Wouldn't even rate them 1 star. Ordered a few times with these and had no problem. However I placed an order on the 25th November and it still has not arrived. I know they are very busy with Christmas coming up but the amount of times I've emailed them this week to ask for an update on my order as I'm getting very worried and stressed whether they will come in time for Christmas and heard no response just the same automated response that is not helpful at all. The worst customer service I have ever received I've emailed their customer care service everyday and messaged their Instagram page and got no response. The delivery timescale they gave me was between the 28th November and 2nd December it is now the 12th December. Won't be buying fromthese again I've even messaged asking for a refund as the days go on I'm worried if these presents will come in time but heard nothing. They don't care about their customers only care about the money.

My only choice is to return them (although they are personalised and it says they can't be returned) and order again. I have placed four separate orders now from Joma Jewellery. The first order had an engraved item - I wasn't happy with the scratches from the engraving, but they replaced the item without any fuss. The replacement still wasn't perfect so I decided to choose an alternative item instead. The customer services responses were fast and actioned in good time. The packaging is beautiful and can be personalised. My most recent order arrived in good time and I'm pleased with my purchases.

Absolutely amazing! Purchased a bracelet and a personalised photo booklet for my mum’s birthday. Decided not to pay extra for quick delivery so they expected it to arrive between the 20-22 August. It actually got delivered way before this! Beautifully packed and wrapped, very well worth the money. I highly recommend this company!
Don’t make a purchase. Ordered necklace for my daughter’s graduation. Order arrived charm was missing that I paid extra for. Only option is full refund or refund for charm. Have had nothing but trouble since ordering online with them.Ordered a cute personalised bracelet for a family birthday present. Paid for express delivery. Nearly 3 weeks later, nothing. Having only recieved 1 the next day i clicked on tracking number for the second to find that it had been missorted by the mailing company to Isle of Man!
