Took 4 days to come to germany was really fast delivery. 1 star off because I tried to call customer support and had difficulty reaching anyone. One time no answer and second attempt took 40 minutes before anyone picked up. Other than that great thanks

Love this application and happy about fast delevry and nice quality but I'll be more happy if you make something sale if it comes more than 1000 krone for example 10% or something like that.then it will be more nice to buy more and more 🤭

The products are great but the lack of delivery options (only 1 company) and the unnecessary packaging (I had a huge TV size box for a hat + 4 baby cups set + a pram mattress that comes folded ... everything would have fitted in a small box) are not.I had to get a huge and 3/4 empty box at the shop, the box having no handle, and I had the pram to drive at the same time. Luckily my flat is not far, but the packaging is ridiculous. At least, if you put things in gigantic boxes, add handles, please!Unfortunately, that's not the first time I have these issues.Definitely something to improve!

When you click on it, it takes you to the FAQ page. There, you have the option to know more how to return something. When you click on "Regret, Return something", it takes you again to the same page where it says "contact our customer service". Basically it feels like Jollyroom doesn't like to receive something back. They are ONLY interested in making more money!!!

Good product but the Delivery sucks...I had three products in the order, which I received on three different days and in three different locations ( from what I selected )

I ordered 2 baby chairs for my kids. The chairs and the quality of it I cant complane, they are very good. The only thing that i didnt like is that the chairs were sent in two different shipments, and i wasnt given a message about that. I went to pick them up just to find out that its just one of the chairs. So i had to go again to pick up the other chair in 2 days. If i knew that they are 2 different shipments i could have picked them up later when both would be in the delivery place.

The product arrived quickly and there is credibility in determining the time and in the specifications of the product. I recommend it as it is exactly as in the picture
