Ur company is very very bad.owin ur workers salary whitout solutiona. Its an injustice. Very soon am goin to court with ur company.

The worst agency in the whole of UK.Do not work for this agency that get you into JD warehouse. They use you make you do all the work then tell you to leave the job randomly gather all the workers over 200 people and just tell you to leave!Absolutely disgraceful!Treat workers like crap, no respect!

I was a very good worker never late never had a day off sick worked above and beyond. Lack of communication being told one thing and the person who was incharge of J&b where I work did something else totally UNPROFESSIONAL

I won't say anything good, they make me fill out job forms, send information about myself, they don't take seriously people who want to work, they promise me a job, they keep you and marinate you as a backup, while I'm waiting for them, I lost other opportunities, very bad service

Unbelievably disrespectful to their workers, they barely speak English so outside of "don't do that do this" there is very little communication also. They treat you like school children and chastise you at every opportunity.The particular job I'm currently working in, they hound you continuously and openly disrespect you in front of everyone. They give you one break which is half an hour plus 8 minutes to walk in and out, but should you wish to go the toilet or out for a smoke during the eight hour shift (outside of the dinner break) then they're on your back.Also, going back to the communication problems, they clearly favour those that speak the same language and those people get much better treatment. It's very clique-y and suspect when they're around you and aren't there (for once) to hassle you.I would describe working for them in this warehouse as being back in school. Only you're 35 years old and taking this stick from people possibly younger if not the same age as you.If I didn't need the money I'd be long gone, and they may yet just show me the door cos I won't stand around and be spoken to the way they think they can, so needless to say there's been one or two clashes in that respect.I must say, on a positive note, the warehouse company itself (which I won't name but I'm pretty sure they only have one in Liverpool so Google is your friend) - regarding their "core staff" - they're all quite friendly, even the managers and higher ups. It's the agency that's an absolute travesty.Never have I felt more like just a number in my life, but alas, whilst they're still paying me and I have nothing better- I'll persevere.To conclude; they will absolute treat you like muck on their shoe if you're not Romanian or Polish and attempt to put their boot so far up your rear you'll taste their shoelaces. Avoid at all costs.

I was offered work despite having some problems, I felt fairly treated, The pay slip was always correct. Any concerns were always listened to and resolved.

Having worked for Job & Talent for a year & a half I find this a very good company to work for . Always keeping me in work everyday . Wages are always right & paid on time . Our reps are always very informative & answer any questions which we have . Thank-you & highly recommended.

Job&Talent platforms asks to deposit money to complete Job dispatches , they will say once we dispatch we can withdraw our deposited money along with commision, but we keep on getting -ve high amounts and we need to deposit to complete that job , then how come it is a job platform , if we are paying to work, i have almost deposited around 20 k , still could not complete it .so i did not receive any money. I have emailed support team waiting for their response.

The adherence to health and safety standards is very high and the facility ambience is neat. The staff talks to and treat customers/employees with respect and dignity. I always wanted to be there.

The Managers are friendly and have cordial relationship with staff as well as always trying to see how the staff can improve in what they are doing.Also, the shift pattern and timing is very suitable.
