Is joanieclothing.com Legit?

Clothes arrived quicker than expected. Absolutely gorgeous dresses and really excellent quality. Its hard to find well made clothes nowadays but I think I just have. I totally understand their ethics of a few quality items in your wardrobe. Will definitely be back.

I have ordered a few items from Joanie over the past few years and I have always found the quality of the clothes to be excellent.It's great to find a site that has different and fun clothes without them being overly quirky or unwearable. There are some unique pieces, but can be still be worn every day.I haven't had any delivery problems and it's great to see that they've ditched the plastic bags in favour of paper packaging.

The best things about Joanie are firstly, you are endeavouring to be ethical and secondly, you give general measurements and also individual measurements for each garment. Well done. I appreciate that.

My order was delivered late, despite my paying for next day delivery. New customer discount was not applied. After returning clothes (which had arrived to late for the event I’d bought for) Joanne emailed me to say my refund had been processed. My bank says not, and now I’m stuck waiting for Joanie’s painfully slow customer service dept to actually process the refund. All in all a stressful, annoying experience

Ordered 5 things on this order and absolutely LOVE them all. Also adore the free book bag! Thank you Joanie. Also - Joanie adds information about the sizes/fit. I sized up on one of the dresses on Joanie's recommendation, glad I did because both sizes fit perfectly.

Quick delivery and well packaged but sizing is awful Edit: Thanks for your quick reply! I appreciate the sizing guides are there but when you order a size above your usual ‘just in case’ and even that doesn’t fit! And my friend had exactly the same issue (we placed orders within 24 hrs of each other)

First time order. Very impressed. Well made, cool print, good fit. Liked little extras like a buckle belt and a little button on belly area to stop gaping. Will order another soon.

I have ordered twice from Joanie and I love love love the clothes. Very good quality and look exactly as pictured. Nice quality fabric. I get lots of positive comments when I wear them and folks think they are legit vintage!

I absolutely love the shoes and lots of the stuff on your website. Can I be really honest, though, and say that I bought the shoes despite the photo on your website, which really was awful. If you get better photos in a more Boden or Wyse style, your stuff will fly out.

I bought a black pinafore dress and a spotty black and white blouse. Both look brill. Together or separately with other clothing. Always great and quirky designs and style. Plus 20 percent off was nice.

Excellent website, with great images of the outfits which match the reality. Like the brown packaging which is environmentally friendly but was disappointed that the garments came in a plastic bag which is not. However, still going for a 5 star review as the overall experience was good. Just do something about the plastic, please. Good returns policy.

The two shirts I ordered arrived promptly and are both terrific. I love the colour and design and the fit is great. Brilliant experience.

Lovely quality, great retro designs. Only thing I would love to see (as a shorter lady) are some items, especially the maxis and midaxis which drown me, would be some items offered in petite fitting.

I discovered this company by chance and I'm so glad I did. I am delighted with the two dresses and top that I bought, such unusual designs and great quality. The fact that they are committed to their ethics to sustainability was also a factor for purchasing from them as I usually buy clothes second hand.My parcel was delivered in a few days. A good shopping experience.

The dress was lovely and true to size the only concern being the Royal Mail who didn’t deliver on the day their email said.
