Simon at JMC patiently answered all my questions about the vehicle lift I was interested in and put me at ease. He identified an affordable and talented installer in my area who delivered and installed the lift. Simon followed up with me repeatedly throughout the process to keep me informed and updated.the installer even offered to come back after my new power service is activated to orient me to the new product. I am thrilled with this service!

Our ministry is building a auto repair facility to help people who cannot afford to get their vehicle fixed. The 2-post lift I selected was sold by a lot of different sellers including Home Depot but JMC offered one of the lowest prices and had good customer reviews. Nicole was my contact for shipping and any other issues. The lift was delivered on the day promised. There was a quality issue with one of the arms but Nicole contacted the manufacturer immediately. And followed up with me several times to make sure the manufacturer had contacted me. The replacement arm was shipped right away and delivered the next day. It was a relief to have a customer contact I could trust.

This is a scam ordered a transmission adapter paid un full then they Nicole castro from email adriana hernandez wanted another $23.00 to ship my 8l90 adapter as they are supposed to be the distribution center. And claimed they order from it. So need more money. Fraud scam alert ⚠️ 📢 do not buy from them it is a scam a real company advertising a product will send you the product at the price they are advertising at not ask for more money after you purchase it.

got an email regarding an order from October of 2021. we bought a compressor for just under $7000.00 it arrived in January and not even 5 months later it dies. i called jmc for warranty information and got nowhere. kept getting the run around and told they would call back which they never did. i finally 2 weeks into having no compressor and over $10,000 in work lost figured out how to contact e-max myself and they had a replacement unit out to me within 24 hours. we are in need of another compressor to run another building of ours. we will defiantly get another e-max just next time we will either buy direct or from one of e-max preferred distributors

I purchased a lift from JMC, installed it and about 1 1/2 years later had problem with a hydraulic line on the lift. Called the technical support group they helped me diagnose and locate the specific problem. They sent a replacement hose under warranty, installed it, no real problem, up and running in a few days. I was very please with the support and follow up I received. Stuff happens, when it does, it is nice to have the support and expertise I was the beneficiary of.

I ordered a large air compressor from JMC via internet order. Soon after order placement they called me to be sure the order details were correct including the shipping address. The day after the compressor was due to be delivered they called to be sure everything went well. Can't ask for better service than that!

INDEED! I maybe got a little snaggle-toothed when, instead of processing my order as expected, they took an extra day and required additional ID from me. (Bank info different state from delivery address because we just moved and haven't changed that yet.) I need this equipment to open my doors for business, and didn't appreciate the delay. Imagine my surprise and delight when it arrived ON TIME! Just like me to get a little bent for nothing. :) VERY happy with the service, the customer support folks, and everything about JMC Equipment. Even though I ended up purchasing my lift from another vendor I found Juan to be courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He never grew tired of my questions either on the phone or via email. He always returned my query in a timely manner and was interested in whether or not any new information stimulated another question or completely answered my previous one. I plan to contact them to further enhance my garage and mechanical needs. Highly recommend this company.

Placing the order was easy. I decided to add an additional item to the order a day later and Laura helped me through that process - some places make this almost impossible. I recently purchased a 134a recovery and servicing unit for the corporate aircraft where I'm employed.The salesman Mark Berrio was very helpful to me in selecting a useful unit for my needs; his help was very beneficial to the company. Very positive experience. The negative was that the unit worked for about twenty minutes before shutting down. Quick troubleshooting revealed a broken solder on the underside of the power cable receptacle to which I was able to access to re-solder. Problem solved. Not a shortcoming of JMC but of the manufacturer.

The customer service here was phenomenal, I called in to get a floor jack for our shop and the people on the phone were very polite and helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. After the Jack showed up I received a phone call the next day asking if we had gotten it and if it was in good condition, which it was. I have never had a company call to make sure everything was ok with the shipment. We will definitely be purchasing more from JMC as we need it.
